PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.
PARKING: Parking for One (1) car is included, parking for a second vehicle is $20/day. (Maximum 2 cars)
PETS: Pets are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.

We brought my mother Inlaw, son, two daughters, and us to visit. We flew causing us to only bring a personal bag on the plane as we thought we could wash any clothes needed. There is NOT a washer or dryer. The spare room does not have a 3 bed bunk bed. It only has a twin over full not shown in pictures. The listing listed a bbq grill, but it was completely empty. Shower head didn’t work. No vent in the kitchen so the alarm goes off every time you cook. The home’s floors have major damage. The back door is messed up. The master bed under rails came out often causing issues with the bed.
However, this location is AMAZING!! You are on the boardwalk and can see the ocean from the dinning room. The communication from manager was wonderful! They even brought us extra towels as needed. I would come back and stay I just know what to expect. Definitely great Value, but you get what you pay for so have reasonable expectations.

The location is fantastic! The home is small but for the few days we were there it worked. The king bed is very hard and my husband and I like soft beds so that was a challenge. There is one couch, we couldnt all fit on it comfortably. The AC units may need to be upgraded soon but served their purpose while we were there. The parking needs to be addressed. Put a sign for the downstairs apartment and sign for the upstairs parking, the upstairs people parked in front of the downstairs front door and it was a cluster. Overall, it's a cute little place to stay and the location to the beach and Broadwalk is fantastic!! Lots of place to eat that are walking distance.

First of all the place they gave us to stay was not the booking that was confirmed and paid for. I was not contacted by phone to be told that the place that I had originally booked was no longer available only by email. I had no reason to look at my email because I thought booking was confirmed, how would they knownif i wven wanted to stay where they chose for me without communicating with me. Poor management and the place was dirty. No pool like i wanted and no laundry facilities. The door lock kept jamming. No outlets in the bathroom. Stove was dirty, toaster burned your toast on one side. No plugs near the bed to charge your phone at night. The guy i spoke to in the phone was super nice but it didn’t help the fact i was not where i wanted to stay.

The location could not be better. We opened the windows in the living room and enjoyed the ocean breeze. My only complaints are the very hard mattresses and no vents in the bathroom or kitchen. We cracked the bathroom window which helped but the kitchen smoke alarm kept going off when trying to cook. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute 2 bedroom one bath beach house. Steps to the beach and very walkable to restaurants, bars, and some shopping. We Ubered to Publix for food shopping for week because we didn't have a car. There were a couple of items we missed in house, but it didn't affect our time. Would definitely stay again.

This location is a wonderful pick.
Only thing is the spare room needs updated pictures and you list second parking available for $20 a day but when I inquired I was told no second spot available.

The location is very good in hollywood beach. A bit noisy but near of erevything. We also received 2 fireworks on the house one night but really the location is awesome.
There is the father of the owner that call himself: (the owner of the property) who’s always lapping around the house and tell you things that you should or should not do about the house.
The house clearly need maintenance work. I repair the toilet crash twice, and a lot of equipement are old. There is not a lot of crockery. Bring your own wine glass because there is not.
When we arrived, the house was not that clean. It could easily be cleaner.

CONS: listing shows 2 twins & 1 queen in 2nd bdrm, it actually only had 1 twin & 1 queen (we made it work, but not as advertised), it could have been cleaner (bugs gathered under master bdrm curtains), door code changed during our stay but we got quick service, an older man was coming and going on the property (he claimed to be the owner and argued with me when i asked him to stop walking around the property), main living space was stuffy and didn’t have great ac, our car got blocked in because there were 3 other vehicles parked in the driveway of the property the day we arrived
overall we had a great time and we would consider renting this place again

We arrived after a long day of travel and didn't have a code to get into the property. It was 2 am so we couldn't get in contact with anyone and had to drive to Fort Lauderdale to find a hotel. Not fun! The next day the property manager got us in and refunded the first night.
The location is perfect and it was wonderful to have parking right next to the door. There is an great patio in back with lounge chairs and a table and chairs. The place is literally steps from the beach and tons of restaurants, bars, and shopping.
The house was immaculately clean. The only thing that would have enhanced our stay is if there would have been a few extras like beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards. We ended up buying these things and then handing them down to people on the beach.
We will definitely stay here again.

Steps to beach, Broadwalk, entertainment. Space was smaller than it looked online but was fine for our purposes. Back patio was great! Beds were comfortable. Cleaniness was ok but we were surprised to find a purse from previous guests that was left in corner of living room and not noticed by cleaning staff. Basic cleaning supplies not included, nor was the hair dryer that was listed. We were not impressed by the teenage girls that were banging things around, swearing and yelling upstairs one of the days, think they were owners family

The house seems small but it was amazingly roomy! I really wish we had the bunk beds. But we couldn’t use the oven or stove do to it not having a regulator on it & the propane made everyone light headed but they did have a table top burner luckily!

Due to a medical emergency I was not able to go on the trip, but my sister reported back that the location was absolutely fabulous! Right at the beach and the Broadwalk and easy walking distance to dozens of restaurants and activities. I can also say that this condo is a real value when compared to other condos on the Broadwalk! Management was very easy to reach and responsive.

When we first arrived at the property it was rather late due to a delayed flight. As we got into bed the sheets and comforter where all stained with something red. Pretty gross but we had no choice but to sleep there. The next day I went to make our lunch from bread I bought at the store and the bread was FILLED with ants. Those ants haunted me the whole vacation only because they where on my nightstand, the counters, the bathroom and the table. They did bring me a new comforter I will say that.

Loved the location, close walk to the beach and boardwalk.
Had a great time, the house is charming and we felt safe there. We bought too many groceries and had to leave some items in the fridge and freezer....I hope that someone can use them. Thank you, we had a fabulous time.

Close to the beach but needs better updating and maintenance.
Not enough comfortable seating. Not enough lighting in any of the rooms. One lamp in the bedroom was broken. Garbage disposal was broken when we arrived and was not repaired for 5 days and multiple phone calls (The owner had to personally get a plumber). Toilet was running intermittently when we arrived and was not fixed for 4 days. The surface covering on most of the kitchen cabinet doors was peeling off.
The unit was very handy to the beach, the one car parking was right in front of the unit, the back yard patio was private (although it would be shared with the upstairs unit) and the gas grill worked fine.

Gem of a condo! Super cute and comfy!
This super cute condo had multiple great beach views. The back patio was reallly nice to hang out on and had a great beach view too! The location on the boardwalk is perfect. We absolutlely loved our stay!

Fantastic Location, Nice place, would go back
This was my first vacation rental experience, and it was a great one. The unit is located a 3 minute walk from the beach, broadwalk, restaurants, and the major highways. We wanted to be close to everything, and in that area this rental exceeded my expectations. As an added bonus, it took approx. 15 min. to get there from Fort Lauderdale Airport, very nice.
The unit itself was nice, roomy, and very clean upon arrival. There's a private patio in the back, good to relax in the evening. Owner provided us with pack and play for child to sleep in, that was nice.
There's a second unit upstairs, for the most part good noise insulation in the unit, only heard people upstairs when they were walking around. Owner is very particular about not a lot of noise, no parties, etc. We appreciated that, as we were really looking for a low key location to relax and unwind.
Only drawbacks I noticed were: The bathroom could probably use a little updating, and closets had a little bit of an odor. Also the wall unit a/c in the bedrooms are a little noisy at night. Had an employee of the owner ask me to move my car, didn't realize the spaces in front was for 2 cars (doesn't say that anywhere either).
