But overall the price worth it.

The old lady is very nice and she can use translation very well and no problem communicating. She gave us small gifts when we left. Room is huge and a piano and dining table in the bedroom.

The description says private bath but it is 4 rooms sharing it although there is another one downstairs. Everything is old but it’s a good experience for the old style if you like it. The bed is a small queen size bed. There are only two sockets in the huge bedroom. No AC. I needed to use the fan. 4 burners in kitten and only one with handle so you can only use one. The whole second floor has only one trash can and it’s in the kitchen. We even didn’t know where to throw the used pads. She has the key so you have to wait when she go out she will lock you in until she come back or you come back after she is back. But most of the time she is home. She asked us to be very quiet we didn’t even dare to talk loud or play music. Shower water pressure is not very good. She is really nice and asked us to give 10 and I was hesitant what number to leave here. I guess that’s why it’s high score.

A real example of staying in a Georgian home.

Absolutely first rate for price charged. There is a kitchen for your use complete with fridge. A store is 5 minutes walk away with everything you need for an overnight stop. I was able to park my motorcycle in the garage under the house which was great. The bed was very comfortable and I finished up getting 9 hours sleep which is unheard of for me!

For the cost of this stay, nothing.

A Piece of Georgian Hospitality

The owner lady sent us a welcoming message after booking, using our own language, Finnish. When we arrived she showed us the shop and came there with us. We could have stayed there for 24 hours after arrival (we had booked the room for one night). The house and the room looked gorgeous. There was a grand piano in the living room, and the hostess asked me to play it. The athmosphere was cordial. I warmly recommend this place.

Great place to stay in Gori.

Very nice and clean house in Gori. The property is run by a lovely lady and she makes sure you have a pleasant stay. The room is huge and so is the bathroom and kitchen. I recommend staying here with a local if you are visiting Gori.

The host is extramly nice with positive energy, very welcoming, friendly and ready to help. She cooked us dinner and we had a great chat. The architecture of Gulis home is amazing, with high ceilings and with historical furniture.

Very good

the hostess was very friendly...she insisted we park our car in her garage..she was ready to wake up early for an early check out..though she spoke only russian we were able to communicate using google translate...we had a room to ourselves but the bathroom was shared..however, while we were there, no other guests stayed over so we had the upstairs area to ourselves...we used the crockery and the dining area to have our dinner!

the mattresses were lumpy and the beds creaked loudly every time we moved.

Loved everything, coming from New Zealand the experience was fantastic. Guli was really lovely she made you feel so welcome , she was very friendly and cheerful. It's a beautiful house and good value for money, and well worth having the breakfast,we would certainly stay there again. Translation on the phone made it so easy to communicate so the language barrier was not a problem.Thankyou so much Guli. From Jack & Trish New Zealand. 😊
