Very good location. Nice personell. Decorated with taste.
The drain in the shower cabin, which drained quite slowly.

O quarto estava com limpeza impecável e localização central, os detalhes dos mimos como café, água e vinho do Porto de boas-vindas, apresenta banheiro confortável com ótimo chuveiro e atendentes da recepção super prestativos.
Nada a relacionar.

It’s very modern and clean. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. The location is excellent - just around the corner from a busy shopping street and an easy downhill walk to the station. Nothing seems very far away.
The kitchen is quite cramped. It would be a challenge to cook a meal there and then wash up (but we ate out all the time)

The staff of the property went above and beyond our expectations. The morning that we were scheduled to leave one of the children in our group was ill and needed to visit the doctor. We asked for a late checkout, but they would not accommodate us in our old rooms. They gave us a new completely unused room for us to wait and relax. Miguel and the team there made us feel at home during a difficult situation. Thank you!
Nothing.

The amazing location right in the city centre, spacious apartment which is recently renovated. Very helpful staff at the reception. The apartment was very clean.
If there is someone present in the apartment upstairs the sounds of walking on a wooden floor are very loud and you have a feeling that there is someone else present in your apartment, which is very uncomfortable.

Lovely apartment and nicely appointed.
Two things. The floor above floor was extremely noisy and with travellers, their hours are often during the night, or awake during the night. It left me tired and sad as having been a Travel Agent I would have highly recommended this apartment. Also the double lock on the apartment door locked me in for 10 minutes one morning when I had a 7.15am train to catch. Very stressful. No one man’s reception unless it is check-in time. I later heard the apartment opposite mine having the same trouble, but getting in. Other than these two issues my apartment, facing the road and a double balcony was absolutely lovely and a welcome gift of a delicious port made by the owners.

Nice and clean room.
Although we advised the property through booking.com of our arrival time, no one was there at the reception. The door was locked. We saw cleaning staff at the upper floor's window, so we yelled to them to come to open the door for us.
We were given a room in the attic. Though the room was nice, the kitchen sink is placed in an awkward position. It was difficult to use the sink. I have to add that only the kitchen sink in the attic is like that, our friends staying in other rooms in the lower floors were perfectly alright.

Great location close to train station and city centre.
Reception was lacking. On the morning I checked out, I wanted to store my luggage but no one answered my phone or message. TV has poor reception too.

Cleaness, welcome Porto wine and room decoration and appliances.
The sofa-bed.

Space in the room. Small bottle of port as welcome gift.
Main door locked and had to call to gain access. It was prompt and may have been only a few guests. Stayed before with a room at the front. All good. Room at the back this time and nightclub noise till early hours impacted on sleep. No one around on departure. Not a huge issue but some people might feel a tad abandoned. Also worth mentioning it’s on a very steep hill. It is Porto after all.

Good location to explore and enjoy Porto. Thoughtful decoration, we enjoyed the olive theme and the overall attention to detail, even free Port wine to enjoy. Compact apartment but with everything you will need, good shower and comfy bed. The staff very helpful and attentive making check-in a joy. Parking easy to find.
Not much...

Good position. Clean, good sized, comfortable apartment. Staff helpful and friendly and the Manager, Filippa, was great.
The street below was noisy throughout the night. The lighting in the bathroom was inadequate and one of the main lights next to the bed needed replacing. I mentioned this when I arrived but it wasn’t fixed.

The location was amazing, smack down in the center of Porto on arguably one of the most beautiful streets when you exit the apartment. The interior was tasteful, though a bit too minimal. Cleaning the room was possible on a daily basis and was done very thoroughly and fast; one of the lamps was dangling a bit with the wires exposed, but was fixed the same day once we reported it.
The price was way too high for what we got back for it in all honesty. The beds were quite lumpy and not very comfortable and what struck me as very odd was there were two hanging lamps directly above the bed, which looked like they should be above a dinner table, where in multiple occasions we banged our heads against when trying to get into the bed. The room was also very dark with only two small windows as the only source of some natural light.
The hallways were more often than not having a very moldy smell which is not the nicest way to start or end the day. The apartment itself was saved from this by keeping the windows open during the day so fresh air could get in.
The bathroom was alright save for the door not being able to open fully and not without getting stuck on the floor and also the shower that started to flood after only 2-3 minutes.
If you value your sleep between 10pm and 6am I really advise against booking a room here on Friday and Saturday (luckily we stayed during weekdays for the most part) for the fact that there is a nightclub directly attached to this building at the back where we were sleeping. Closing the double paned windows and wearing high quality earplugs we could almost drown out the sound of the bass, nonetheless we had a terrible nigh our first night on Saturday. This obviously isn't the hotel's fault and how a night club is allowed to operate with such laughable sound insulation is beyond me. I'm not sure how much the hotel can do about this but they have my sympathies.

loved everything about it

The room was great. It was large, had a kitchen, nice bathroom, and 2 beds. We had daily cleaning and change of towels every two days. The reception staff was great and very helpful. The location is very central and everything is close by. I would definitely come back when I visit Porto.
There are only three small things that we did not like:
- the spare bed was a bit lumpy
- we had a view of the back of the building and during the whole night on Friday and Saturday, there was noise from the building nearby
- we were located on floor -1 which actually had a back view of the 2nd or 3rd floor but when we were entering our room, there was a smell of humidity coming from the -2 floor

Good location, secure, nice friendly accommodating staff, well equipped and clean.
Unfortunately, on Friday and Saturday night we were kept awake - until 4am by a very noisy night club at the rear of the property. I would therefore recommend an apartment at the front - ideally on the second or third floor.
My only other recommendation would be a little more lighting and a full length mirror.

The apartment was nice and clean, the staff pleasant and great location.
The noice from adjoining apartments was exceptionally loud. Specifically, every footstep / movement could be heard from the apartment above (even with earplugs). It was just too much, and it was really unlike anything I've experienced. Also, the staff offered to post postcards for us, but they never arrived (which might not be their fault, but it's always disappointing when that happens).
