Rugalmas bejelentkezés, kedves személyzet, utazgatáshoz kiváló elhelyezkedés.
Én egy szőnyeget elhelyeznék a szobában.

Posizione struttura ottima,
Stanza umida, ascensore a pagamento, b & b al quarto piano e bar dove fare colazione appena sufficiente

Location was very central and easy access to transport.
Walking around late night felt a bit strange and was also told by local residents to be careful at night.

The location was right by the train station, lots of places to eat around the area, the place was clean, spacious and also equipped with everything you need, AC works. The bathroom was good.
The elevator required 10 cents to work to bring us to the 4th floor where our room was.
8.0
The place is nice with a nice bathroom and centrally located (just 4 minutes walk from the main train station and Alibus station). The owner is very good at replying to messages, and the Naples travel information left for me is very useful. Simple breakfast, croissants and coffee.
Need 10 cents to use the elevator.

it was on the 4th floor and the lift only worked with a ten cent coin

Very close to the train station and metro. The breakfast is at a bar around the corner and includes a coffee and a croissant. The apartment ihas a small kitchen, which we did not use, but pots and plates were there.
It has very thin walls. The area around the train station in Naples is quite chaotic and dirty (the area, not the apartment).

The location is dangerous and cant go outside the minute the sun sets. Room was unclean and so were the beds and pillows

We arrived way before the check-in time and efforts were made for us to get in the room early so we could also enjoy the town during the remainder of the day. Our room was large so were the kitchen and bathroom. The bed was a double, not two twins smushed together, it was very comfortable and warm (we visited in February). The AC was already set at 30 degree Celsius and it warmed the room rather quickly (again, we visited in February). We had sufficient towels and toiletries and kitchen utensils. We had hot water whenever we needed it. Yes you need 10 cents to ride the elevator but we received 5 or 6 coins from the host on our arrival and it became a game to see if we could get any 10 cents coins during the day. Yes the room is not super soundproofed but that is the rule rather than the exception in Italian houses, we took it as part of the genuine experience. Don't pay for breakfast, not because it is bad but because in Italy the breakfast is coffee and a croissant-like cornetto. Go around town and get coffee in different places - diversify :) the food is extraordinary.
It has nothing to do with the host efforts, but the area is very, very dodgy, and in the morning, the Piazza Garibaldi smells like shit - literally. I hope things will improve in the future because Napoli is very beautiful and definitely worth visiting and experiencing.

The location of the place is excellent. The owner was great in responding messages. They said in reviews that the place is a bit dodgy but in my experience it was OK, I felt safe. Shops is also very convenient. Kitchen is a big plus. I would recommend and definitely will stay there again.

It was close to train station. Breakfast was good also. They give us tickets for Cafe which is close to hotel and we used them. For elevator they give you coins.
Glasses were not clean in the kitchen. Some particles on them. We could not open the window because there was a bad smell outside.

This B&B is conveniently located near Piazza de Garibaldi where train & metro stations are, as well as airport bus. We also appreciate good communication from the staff, with instructions for arrival etc.
The apartment is on the 4th floor and you need to pay 10 euro cents for the lift - unfortunately we learnt about this too late to bring any coins with us, so the only option was to climb the stairs with luggage. The area around the building feels a bit dodgy, yet we didn’t face any unpleasant situations.

great location close to the station

Good access to the central station, good breakfast, prompt staff, clean linens, clean room, good bathroom.
Had to fiddle a bit with the key to get it to open the main door to the street.

Very nice and clean apartment in the city centre. Super easy contact with the owner. What's more once we arrived we got the map and list with recommendation on where to go etc. :) amazing! Grazie mille!

The location was great, right next to central train station which was very convenient for us to do high-speed trains. It is also close the the center of the city and the beach and the ferry. Room was clean and spacious too, love it. The staff was helpful and friendly.
At first, we didn't like the nieghborhood which doesn't look safe in the evening but the building has 3 layers of locks so it's actually safe

The whole place was nice with good bathroom, central location (really just 2 minutes from main train station and Alibus stops). Although our check-in was a little bit rush, we have to give credit the hosts, that they managed to prepared to room in 1 hour (we asked for early check-in).
Really good value/price comparison.
Communication with the hosts was good, they even gave us tips for good restaurants.
We did not like the fact, that the lift inside the building needed 10 euro cents for being operable - we arrived with small child and the buggy and it caused a small problem on the way out. We also asked for early check-in, which went not exactly as we thought, but in the end everything was sorted.

Close proximity to train station. Cheap room.
Unfortunately in dodgy part of town. Sheets were dirty with rips/tears; bathroom not cleaned in some time.

Clean and comfortable place. Hosts were very cooperative and allowed late check in. Thanks a lot!

It is really nice little appartment for a couple and the location is good to move around naples. You can spend easily some nights here for your naples tour.

The check-in time was flexible and the guy was waiting for us at the reception. He also gave us the coins for using the lift :-)
The apartment was big and has everything you needed, except the cleaning stuffs for plate and etc... since this should be the common stuffs for the apartment that the guests can also clean the plate, pot after cooked without buying for their own.
We have not stayed at the room much but the apartment was not sound proof and it was not a problem for us as we were really tired and this could not prevent us from the sleeping. I just want to write it here in case someone finds this helpful.

The room itself was perfect: Very big and with all the amenities you need, including hair dryer, WiFi, TV, shower gel, kitchen appliances, etc. The bed was super comfortable and the room has a little balcony that leads to the main street. They even give you a map and some restaurant recommendations, which was much appreciated. It has a lift but you have to pay 10 cents, although the host gave us some coins for it, so that was also a gentile gesture. The room is next to Garibaldi Station, which is the main station so transport connection is very good. The hosts were very nice and very honest when they told us they do not recommend driving in Napoli since is a bit dangerous because people don't follow the rules. They also allowed us to leave the suitcases till we waited for our flight.
- When you arrive you have to pay 15 euro for touristic tax, which is fine, but we were never told this in advance.
- The area is horrible. Garibaldi station is full of thieves and homeless people, is extra dirty and at night it feels super dangerous. Some local people told us is not a great place since they know a lot of tourists go through this area and they try to steal as soon as they can. Be careful.
- They give you vouchers for a coffee and croissant in the nearest café. However the waiter was extremely rude. He would complain and roll his eyes when we asked him for a knife or tap water. I've never met such a rude waiter. And this was everyday. We couldn't believe his attitude.
- They have a garage near to the B&B. However, our host told us it was 15 euro per day and they tried to charge us 20 and then tried to charge us even more when picking the car up. We didn't like that they try to scam you every minute.
- The street is quite noisy, lots of cars and doggy people screaming, is not B&B's fault, but something to consider.

The location is great (close to metro, train station, bus station and also relatively close to the historical center). Communication with the host was easy. I would say for the price it’s a pretty good option.
We lacked some amenities (eg toilet paper). Check in was quite late (4pm).

A great location near the central station - it was really easy to make trips from here ★ We loved our kitchen, so we could cook ★ Breakfast was great, coffee with croissant in the nearest caffee with great morning atmosphere on the square ★ Staff was super friendly and you could arrive when you need, like at 21:00 because of late flight.

Absolutely everything. It was so spacious and clean and 2 min away from the metro entrance
Nothing negative to say

Great location close to train station and room was large and clean! Showers were great as well and kitchen was equipped enough for a short stay! Note bring 10c to operate the lift when checking in.
The mattress was quite old and there was extremely sagging in the middle. Pretty much only one person could sleep on it and naturally will be sleeping in the middle as the mattress sagged so much.
7.0
breakfast could not be used but I believe it worked in a side street cafe, location for transit very good
there was a problem using the keys but it could be due to my incompetence
