About this apartment rental
Beautiful apartment on the ground floor of a large villa Cibourienne, with 2 reserved parking spaces located 20m from the front door.
The house is located on Bordagain Hill, near the splendid Villa Art Deco "Leihorra", a 20th century historical monument.
Our apartment has been redone with a decoration combining the charm of the old and the contemporary furniture.
Housing
A kitchen: a high-end oven combining traditional oven and microwave, a dishwasher, an induction hob, a large fridge with freezer compartment, a coffee / espresso machine, an electric kettle and a robot. The kitchen is open to the dining room with a large tray that will allow you to have a drink in a friendly atmosphere.
A large table in the dining room (+ 2 extensions) and in the extension a living room where you can enjoy the library, hi-fi and a large HD TV in comfortable armchairs or on the sofa.
3 large rooms: the Marine room with 160cm bed, Oriental rooms and Plum with beds 140 cm. All rooms have a large closet with wardrobe, shelves and drawers. Sheets and linens can be provided on request with supplement (contact me).
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a natural stone basin, a towel radiator, a beautiful rattan armchair, and a washing machine.
You can enjoy a sheltered outdoor terrace, overlooking the port of Saint Jean de Luz, which will allow you to enjoy lunch in April or enjoy the quiet bird watching.
We want our tenants to respect the equipment and facilities available to them and we wish the house to be returned in the same condition as that taken at the beginning of your stay. The cleaning fees are not systematic but can be added.
Pets are not accepted.
The apartment is non smoking but the terrace is at your disposal !!
Despite the green space in front of the house completely flat, access is very steep, we prefer not to accept children under 12 years to avoid any incident, especially since no portal secures access to the road.

At 50 m, the Villa "Leihorra" classified historical monument and a splendid sight on the bay of Socoa and the bay of St Jean de Luz.
At 200m, you can enjoy a small family beach, the port of Ciboure, and the market with regional products on Sunday morning. But also many small shops, cafes and restaurants.
10 minutes walk you will be on the beaches of Socoa with opportunities for water activities (diving, sailing, jet ski ..), 15 minutes on the beach of Saint Jean de Luz with its shops and entertainment.
In summer, free boat shuttles allow you to move easily between Socoa, Ciboure and Saint Jean de Luz.

Lovely apartment for a quiet family holiday
The apartment is in a quiet residential area, close to the shops in Ciboure and the lovely beaches in Socoa, and also a 15 minute walk from St. Jean de Luz, just across the bridge. The apartment is well equipped and nicely furnished, with good sized living space both inside and out (a small terrace perfect for outdoor dining). We enjoyed our stay very much, and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet place with easy access (apart from a quite steeep hill!) to shops, restaurants and beaches.

Appartement très spacieux, calme, propre et fonctionnel.
Entièrement équipé, il permet de passer un agréable séjour en famille quelque soit la météo !
Sa belle terrasse avec vue sur le port de Saint Jean de Luz est un grand plus . Nous y reviendrons sans nul doute !

La propriété est fraichement renové, dans un secteur tranquille, à un peu moins que 15 minutes de marche du centre ville de St Jean de Luz. Le confort des meubles, matelas et l'organisation de la cuisine ont étés grandement appréciés. Seul bémol pour les gens avec des problèmes cardiac ou de mobilité, la propriété se trouve en haut d'une côte et c'est vraiment préférable de partir à pied en vue des espaces limités de stationnement.

Décoré avec goût, spacieux, calme et a proximité du Bourg
Très agréable accueil pour un séjour de repos et de découverte de cette belle régions.
Le quartier est vraiment tranquille et pourtant à 10 mn à pieds des commerces et des animations festives. Surplombant le port, la vue est sympa et le pays Basque, malgré le monde en été,(dont nous faisons partie) offre de multiples possibilité de visites.
Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison bien agencée et bien équipée, envie d'y revenir.

Un cadre reposant et un appartement très bien situé
Nous avons passé une semaine à 4 dans ce bien.
La vue de la terrasse est très sympa, le cadre est reposant, et on est dans une petite bulle de calme.
Le bien est très bien équipé et fidèle à la description.
Il est idéalement situé, tout est possible à pied et dans une période où l’on veut breaker, c’est très appréciable.
La plage de Socoa est à moins de 10 minutes, la grande plage de St
Jean de Luz à 20 minutes et le centre avec ses commerces, ses halles et la place Louis XIV à 15 minutes.
L’accueil est très chaleureux et les propriétaires répondent à toutes nos interrogations.
