Exceptional

This is truly beautiful house 🏡 with amazing view . everything you need for a comfortable stay is available (towels, shower products, iron, dishes, goodies, and they even left us a bottle of wine 🏻) the territory in front of the house is wonderful, there you can relax in the evening after a walk, have dinner at a table outside, lie on a swing or in deckchairs. very friendly and kind owners of the house. this is a place where you want to return

Beautiful at home feel in Bellagio

We were so delighted with our stay at Casa Francesca! Francesca and Oreste were so super welcoming and immediately made us feel at home in this amazing home. Fantastic home all around, authentically decorated, all the facilities you could need, amazing view, a great garden and Aircon! Location is nice and quiet, although it's next to a main road, you barely notice any noise from any cars. The E-bikes that were given at our disposal were absolutely great, it's a short 5 minute bike ride to the centre of Bellagio. Seeing how busy it was and how little parking there is in the town these made our trip 10x as convenient. First day we spent around 40 minutes driving around by car looking for a parking spot. The road to the house is a bit hilly but with the e-bikes it's a breeze. Just 2 minutes down the road there is a tiny pebble beach that's basically secluded. Every time we were there there were max 2 other couples, a real sanctuary in the super busy bellagio and como all around. Francesca and oreste were also able to provide us some recommendations on where to go eat, go for coffee or breakfast pastries. Middle of our stay Francesca would check in how everything was going which was really attention Overall a great place to stay at Lake Como, can only recommend!

Exceptional

We had a beautiful stay at casa francesca, greeted by the hosts with a very warm welcome. The house is very quiet, comfortable, very clean and well equipped. There were e bikes available but Bellagio and nearby village of Visgnola easily reached on foot. Garden was particularly lovely with sun loungers and a swing seat to enjoy a morning coffee.

Lovely house and garden within walking distance of Bellagio.

The garden was exceptional, our dog loved it. The location was fine and after we had got use to the parking in Bellagio it was easy to find somewhere to park the car for the day.

A wonderful and characterful house in one of the most beautiful places on Earth

The house is in an absolutely stunning location, and close to the best part of Lake Como in Bellagio. Francesca and Oreste were really friendly, and despite a slight language barrier they explained everything we needed to know and made us feel incredibly welcome. The house itself was full of charm and excellently kept, with some of the most incredible views.

This property is in a beautiful location and is very clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need … We were able to have very relaxing holiday and would recommend it to anyone wishing to explore this area . Francesca and Orneste are exceptional hosts, very friendly and happy to help and answer any questions .. We would definitely return again 😊

Tranquillo e Bellisimo

The location was beautiful! The garden was gorgeous and relaxing. It overlooked Lake Como. The home was the perfect setting to appreciate the culture and beauty of Italy. There were small, old stone walkways to walk down into town (about a 20 minute walk). Francesca and Oreste provided fresh apricots and figs from the fruit trees on the property. They could not have been more kind to us! We also appreciated the two electric bikes that were provided to us. Though the roads were small and tight, we were able to walk to two local restaurants and cafe (5 minute walk). We just had to be mindful of the passing cars. So grateful to have had this experience and the opportunity to stay at Casa Francesca! Bellisimo!

Taxi's were not easy to come by in the town of Bellagio, so we walked to and from town. But the 20 minute walk up to the house was beautiful.

Perfect

We were welcomed from the moment we arrived to Bellagio by Francesca and Oreste who showed us around as they dropped us to the beautiful house. Even with the language barrier we got a great understanding of the best places to go and they were making us laugh the whole way! The house was beautiful and the gardens were perfect for an evening dinner with the stunning view. we will definitely be visiting again

Perfect stay and loved our time there. Would suggest others to book here also.

The property was perfect for a couples retreat. Loving hosts definitely improved our experience and we will definitely recommend this property to others.

Only point worth mentioning, travel into Bellagio centre is around a 30 minute walk, with busses running every two hours. This did mean however that we took in the sights a lot more but walking back to the house was up hill.

Wonderful house, best place to be in Bellagio!

Wonderful place to stay at lake como. One of our best places at the lake and we are every year at lake como. The house is beautiful and the host are so welcoming. We will come back!

Great weather and so much fun exploring Bellagio.

The garden and the view are wonderful! The kitchen is fully stocked so you are able to cook. The hosts, Francesca and Oreste, are great people who don’t have to share there beautiful garden house but I’m so glad they do.

A sidewalk!!!! That’s not the hosts fault. There is no room for sidewalks anywhere in Bellagio!!!

Lovely stay in Bellagio

Very authentic and charming house in the style of old and beautiful Italy. Equipped with everything you‘d need for your stay e.g. wash machine, dish washer etc. Francesca and her son gave us a very warm welcome and provided with fruits and a Prosecco which was very friendly. Also there was a cot for our baby and therefore we were absolutely satisfied with our stay in Bellagio.

Superb

Very stylish holiday home. We enjoyed it a lot. Complete kitchen with everything in it. Nice hosts! I'd recommend it for a relaxed stay.

Lots of traffic nearby, no sidewalk, you have to walk on the street to get to bellagio.
