This property was just what we needed for our small family trip! The property was just as listed, extremely clean and perfect for relaxing. It had everything for both adults and kids to enjoy. We had an issue with the power (city problem, not the property) and Alek responded right away when I reached out to him. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for the perfect getaway that feels both fancy and comfy.

Layout of house, pool and game room was great. We had several days with accessing hot water but this problem was resolved. We also had three days of power outages in the area which was annoying.....though not a problem VRBO could solve. Should give heads up to future clients if these power outages are to continue.

This rental was everything we wanted for our family gathering! We had 5 adults and 5 kiddos, everyone had a bed and the beds were comfy. Neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen was well-stocked with the cookware and dishes we needed to make big meals. We loved the backyard and spent a lot of time in the pool! The host was quick to reply when we had questions. We would love to stay there again next time we’re in Palm Springs!

Our vacation stay here was perfect! We were a multi generation family of 6 adults an 8 and 2 year old. House was absolutely perfect for us. The games room saved us for the first 2 days when it was rainy and after that it was all about the backyard with the pool, playground and other areas. Kids used it all as did the adults. There were life jackets available- we’d brought our own- but didn’t need to- and some pool toys. The kitchen was the best stocked Vrbo kitchen I’ve had the pleasure to cook in. The whole house was exactly as advertised. And Alek was so fast to get back to us if we had any questions..he was fantastic from the day we booked to the day we checked out. It was a wonderful experience and we will stay with him again!

This place has something for everyone to enjoy. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi the most and enough room to sing and dance and a table for all to sit together at mealtimes.

This place was perfect for our group. Outdoors is wonderful with great pool and spa, putting green, and basketball hoop. Inside was beautiful with lots of room. We absolutely loved the game room. Downtown was just a short Uber ride. The most important think is that Alek was a wonderful host and very responsive to any questions we had. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay. Our two year old grandson spent most of his time at the playground or in the spacious family room. Our 4 year old enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the playground. I enjoyed having every room on one level. Easy access to fun! Everyone had their own bedroom. The adults had fun, too. So much thought and planning has gone into making this home an enjoyable place for a vacation.

This place comes as shown in the pictures and as advertised! Brought the entire family and we all hung out in the back yard for the entire stay. The kids loved being out there and there was never a dull moment. The game room inside the garage is amazing as well! You can't go wrong with this house if you are looking to stay in and entertain the entire family. Will bookmark this place and stay again in the future .

This was a fabulous house with lots of room for lots of people. 2 bathrooms was never an issue with the mirror closets in the bedrooms. Yard has a fabulous pool and we spent lots of time. Table inside and out was plenty big for all 8 of us abs used all the outdoor furniture. Kitchen was very well stocked. We had problems with the Air conditioner but owner fixed it within hours. This house was exactly as advertised. We had the best time there and would love go back to this house.

Great house for a big group! The backyard is awesome...full of activities and a great pool. Great communication with owners and ease of use overall. Very convenient to airport and downtown. The kitchen was a little light on glasses and general supplies (papertowels, napkins, Ziplocs) we could have used more bathroom towels. Overall, great time!!!

The house has everything you possibly need for a good time. The kids were thoroughly entertained with the play structure and the pool. The game room is an added bonus. The house was super clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was timely and he was lovely to deal with. Will book again!

We booked this house for a golf trip and found this house that offered four bedrooms. The house is located in old Palm Springs and was probably one of the nicer homes in the neighborhood. It has been remodeled and was in good shape considering the age of the home. The home was well furnished and we slept comfortably. We found the home to be too far (30 minutes) from most of the golf courses we were playing and the driving back and forth got old, but otherwise a nice place to stay.

This property was amazing! Check in and communication with the owner was seamless. All the bedrooms were clean and a good size (also good bedding). We love to cook and the kitchen did not disappoint, everything you needed was there. The boys lovveeedddd the game room and played darts and pool all night, great entertaining and the backyard had it all!

We stayed the weekend and had some family and friends join us for some pool time and BBQ. The house was very clean enjoyable. There was something for everyone to do, the pool, basketball hoop, swing set for the little kids and inside they had a room with foosball and air hockey. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

exactly as described - perfect for larger family or friends gathering - only negative was refrigerator icemaker malfunction (not hosts fault) and terribly uncomfortable futon as bed in game room - 99% positive - completely recommrnd without reservation after a 4 day stay - kudos host !

The house was perfect for a spring break getaway in Palm Springs for our family and family friends. Checking in was a breeze and it was hard to leave the house. We thoroughly enjoyed all there was to offer from the pool, barbecue, outdoor dining, game room, poker room, and well-stocked kitchen. Great location and Alek was very responsive and accommodating.

This beautiful home is clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed our annual vacation with our extended family of 10. Pool/hot tub, swingset, basketball half-court, putting green, ping pong, darts, and billiards kept us entertained. Alek is an awesome host who responded promptly to our many messages, and was very considerate of our needs!

The house was amazing. Clean, centrally located to our activities, and 2 minutes to a grocery store. Alek the property manager was excellent to communicate with. Easy check in, easy check out. The house had an ideal setup for our group of golfers, but would be perfect for a couple families. The putting green, hoop, and backyard pool was awesome and got plenty of use. And the spa heated up quickly, which was convenient. Thanks again Alek,

We had a great time staying here. The home is clean, updated, and extremely well maintained. The kitchen is stocked with essential cooking, serving, and eating items. The game room and poker room are so great! It was too cold to use the pool but the spa was perfect!! You can really stay here and enjoy or get out in Palm Springs. It was close to the tramway, the casinos, and nearby grocery stores. The host is super responsive and easy to connect with. Would absolutely recommend for a family or friend group with a range of ages!
