We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the house! There were some details that we have noticed were not in tip top shape. This may sound a little negative and picky, but considering how much money we have paid for this week, this house could be much better. The mattresses are over used and not comfortable, one cozy chair in the kitchen is totally falling apart, there are two can openers and both didn't work, the pool cleaning net has more wholes than anything else, the decorative water fall lights were blinking, the wire pit housing was loose and wouldn't ignite. These few things would improve the stay in this house by a lot!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here. It would work well for slightly larger families. This is one of the cleanest VRBO houses we've ever been in. The kitchen and BBQ are very nice....you can and should cook many of your meals here. It's pet friendly, which we needed, but still really spotless. The pool, game room, and poker table were just perfect for keeping our family entertained. All the pool equipment and appliances worked flawlessly. The property manager responds immediately to anything...truly exceptional! He sent some people out to fix a couple minor issues we brought to his attention. The neighborhood is a decent suburban track, just 5 minutes driving from most places you would care to visit in Palm Springs.

We were in Palm Springs for Spring Break. It was myself and husband, three adult children, and one 5-year-old. This place was perfect for us! The backyard oasis was a hit. My 5yo LOVED the playset, put-put, and pool! The adult kids thoroughly enjoyed the outside TV. We used the pool so much that it got a little gross by the end of the week. I emailed Narek, and he responded and had someone to the house in less than an hour of my email! We would definitely stay here again!

This was our first time in Palm Springs, we were there to celebrate our moms birthday. The property did not disappoint! The location of the home was nice and quiet, and the home itself was clean and super comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with the necessary tools to function in a home. Overall experience was a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this home.

I was very happy with the house. A great space for a large group, a beautiful pool and hot tub, and a reasonable ride to the Palm Springs nightlife. The property manager was very easy going, which was much appreciated.

Nice property but there is an ant problem in bedrooms and especially the kitchen. We had to spray constantly throughout the week. The hand held shower head mount came off.

The home was spacious, clean and well stocked. We had an absolute blast. Narek is an amazing host and even allowed us to check in early. Will definitely be renting this house again when going back to Palm Springs. 10/10!

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with friends to celebrate a 30th birthday. The house has everything you could want and is in a great location. Everyone loved it. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Every year our extended family of 6 adults and 4 children stayed in a Palm Springs hotel. We rented a cabana and got poolside service until the kids had to go to bed and the adults had to separate. This year we tried this VRBO. The house provides Palm Springs glamour with kid friendly activities. The mountain view is spectacular, the beds were comfortable, and our time on the patio and in the pool were amazing. We had food delivered, but next year we plan to cook more because the kitchen and BBQ are fully equipped. The premises were pristine and our host was responsive. We have 12 year-old twins and typically use VRBO instead of hotels, but this venue topped our other experiences.

We stayed here with 6 adults, 4 children and a newborn baby. We all enjoyed the property and never had to leave except to get groceries (5 min drive from the house). You have full control over the AC and the heat for the pool and jacuzzi. Great game room in the garage with multiple games to play with. Kids had a blast. Would stay here again!

Spacious and clean all around family, friendly accommodations. Our stay was very enjoyable. They have a beautiful backyard yard where you can barbecue and spend time by the pool. Inside they had every thing you need to enjoy a nice stay. Host was easily reached and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this home for your next trip to Palm Springs.

The property was clean upon arrival and very spacious. Our group enjoyed the pool and hot tub amenities, and had all the supplies and instructions we needed for a relaxing palm springs vacation. The poker table setup was a fun addition as well!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The space was well suited to our needs with 6 adults and 4 children. The highlight was the great backyard, which is well used by adults and kids and the games room which came in handy on a rainy day. Our host was attentive and most small needs were dealt with swiftly. Overall a great stay!

We had 10 in our family and needed a large enough place to fit all of us for an 8 night stay. This property was spacious and open and the large indoor and outdoor dining tables & chairs easily accommodated our group. Our son is a pianist and loved the Baby Grand. Many evenings spent playing piano with family singing along! The kitchen was large but wasn't as well stocked with staples as we've experienced in other vrbo properties, as we did a lot of cooking and grilling. The outdoor grill area was great! The smaller bedrooms have no dressers, but the master suite had 2. The only place to put our clothing was the small drawer of the nightstand and the shelf below that. We've had other properties where small dressers were inside the closets. We had to request more towels as we didn't have enough for all 10 of us, and there were only 4 washcloths. More dish towels for the kitchen would be helpful. Maybe a water filter for the refrigerator water? The water tasted terrible so we kept a pitcher with water, lime and lemon slices in the fridge so we could drink the water. The pool and Jacuzzi were great and we used them even when the weather turned cold and rainy. We did have difficulty with the NOT user friendly pool/ spa controls, but our landlord responded immediately to help. In general, he was available when we had any questions or needs. We liked the location and found a park/playground in walking distance from the house. The game room was also great fun, with a lot of competitions happening all week long. All in all we had a great experience there, despite the drastic change in weather, and would recommend this property for other families.

Our family rented this property for 10 days after Christmas. From start to finish we had an amazing experience. It had everything we needed to be able to relax and enjoy some time away. The converted game room was a hit with our kids and pool/hot tub was definitely a favorite. Narek was prompt in responding to any questions or needs we had before and during our stay. We will definitely be going back again!

Our family of 9 stayed over an extended weekend, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The place was super clean, had plenty of bath and pool towels, and had the best backyard. The pool and jacuzzi was the perfect size. The kids entertained themselves on the swing set and with mini golf. The owner was very quick with his response. I highly recommended this place!

From initially booking the property, Narek was responsive and wonderful! He quickly answered questions about the property and made sure we were all set for our stay. The house was clean, organized and provided everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. We had six adults and three kids in our group and the house provided space, activities, and fun for everyone! We are already planning out next stay at this amazing property!

Rented this beautiful house for my birthday weekend. Brought friends and family over and we all had a blast. Everything you can think of this house had. Even a very convenient light to bbq after hours. The pool and jacuzzi were tons of fun for everyone. The beds were made everything was clean ready for use. I would definitely suggest this home for a getaway out of the city with lots of fun. We literally didn’t leave the house not once. Not to mention the game room which my kids really enjoyed. Will definitely come back when I wanna get away, the price initially was a little high for me but it ended up being way worth it. Thanks again for renting us this amazing house.
