About this cottage rental

This house gives you access to an exclusive Indoor Pool & Hot Tubes on the Treetop Village resort property! We are constantly keeping this home fresh with updates. New exterior doors and window (Nov 2021). New flooring, new fixtures, new stove & hood (Nov, 2020). On the water, octagon-shaped cottage with a unique architecture of rough hewn interior finishes and exposed beams. Amazing views from the huge deck makes this Treetop Village home feel like you are truly living above the trees. Your birds-eye view looks down into 1 of the 3 outdoor pools, with public boat slips steps away for fishing, swimming, or docking your boat. Two-level home with master king bedroom and bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room with an additional full bathroom all on the main level; and a bedroom, sitting area that converts into a bedroom, and a bathroom in the lower walk-out level. The upstairs living room contains a sleeper sofa with a sliding room divider for additional privacy. Conveniently located and easily accessible off of Horseshoe Bend Parkway, a quarter mile past The Lodge of the Four Seasons and minutes from marinas, restaurants, nightlife and golf. By water, Treetop Village is located at the 13-mile-marker. Other amenities include an indoor heated pool with 2 hot tubs and sauna, 2 tennis courts, recreation dock, and a basketball/volleyball court. Smart TVs are 45 and 50-inch flat screens, each with DVD players.

We had a great time and really loved our stay! The pool is right next to the house and we floated by the public docks. I will warn that the lower level pull out couch is a bit broken, so the bed isn't very comfortable - everyone else in the house said their bed was super comfy! The house is cute and has great space to hang out inside and outside for a group of 7!

We had 4 adults and 3 kids and it was great! Everything was very clean including the furniture, blankets, sheets, and towels. The memory foam beds were so comfortable and water pressure was amazing! Love how the dock is just out the door. The only imperfection was the coffee maker wasn’t draining quite right. Everything exceeded our expectations here and we can’t wait to return. Thanks for a fantastic spring break getaway!

I wanted to see the leaves this fall and this was the perfect location to do that. This treehouse is right on the water with an incredible view of the tree-lined shore. What a joy to wake up to such beauty everyday! This is THE cleanest property I've ever stayed in. I've stayed in a lot of VRBO's and this is by far the best. The property manager/owner communication was outstanding. I hope to have this location as my "go-to" at the Lake of the Ozarks.

We had a wonderful stay. It is the perfect treehouse (as my children called it). The property is very well kept, and the house stocked with many necessities. I really appreciated having the pool toys and floaties available. We plan on visiting again! John was great when we had difficulty understanding the lock system when we checked in at 12:30am. This is a great get away!

Very much enjoyed where I stayed. The only thing I can say is the stairs are so all the way down to the Lake and to the pool and looks closer than it is in the pictures. I got to spend time with my family that live in the area. For barbecue, we had so much fun. It was very peaceful there lots of hills, but that's the area. Only complaint I have as the toilet seat was broken. As sat on it and almost fell to the floor other than that, we had a fantastic, terrific time.

We had a group of 8 friends and we had such a great time staying in this home. It’s hard to tell by the photos, but it’s very spacious! With the pull out couches and room dividers, it functions as a 4 bedroom! The lake access is really nice and close by, and the 3 pools are so nice. My friends and I spent most of our time on the premises since there was so much to do and the place was nice to be in. The place also had plenty of condiments, towels, everything we need for a comfortable stay. John was a great and accommodating host who always responded promptly and was very hospitable. We were so impressed with how well this property was taken care of! It was so clean, everything we could think of was provided and of nice quality, and the space is set up with so much flexibility for several people to stay but have enough space. It felt like we were staying in a tree house, the windows and views were awesome. We were there in March, so before the busy season, and would love to return to this cabin and enjoy time out on the lake. John was very quick to respond and answer questions. We would highly recommend this property!

What a wonderful cottage and location and super easy check-in! Great location within the ozarks and a wonderful view. The cottage was very spacious inside, clean, lots of windows, very well stocked with tons of things. As a couple we didn't use the downstairs but it has plenty of room for a family vacation. Easy parking and close access to many Ozark amenities and restaurants and stores. Highly recommended!!!

The property is nicer than the Vrbo pictures give credit to. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable - very important. We had 6 adults, 2 small children and 2 dogs. The three full baths were perfect for our group, plenty of towels available. There was a cupboard full of games and DVDs. There was enough space at the table to enjoy our Thanksgiving meal. We used the deck a lot and enjoyed the indoor pool. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks to the hosts for providing such a wonderful place.

My family and I had amazing stay here. The property was perfectly located right above the pool and lake! The owners provided many extras in the home to ensure we had everything we needed and even had a little goodie basket upon our arrival! We will be staying here again!

Our stay was more than we expected! The place was well maintained, as advertised, and had all the amenities you can think of and then some. There is a pool in walking distance, and so is the lake. John was very friendly and helpful and so was his wife Tracie.
