Perfect location and super comfortable for a city break in Krakow.

Magnificent, spacious traditional apartment in the very centre of Krakow Old Town. Every facility for a perfect stay. Very helpful host,

Remote for tv was very tricky, and couldn't get Netflix but that was a very minor niggle.

Superb

The central location and that we were able to.bw dropped of outside the door. Lovely furnishings and plenty of VERY hot water!! Very spacious rooms and everything we needed in the kitchen.

Our main complaint is noise its no reflection on the owner as there is nothing that can be done. The position of the appartment is in a busy area for night life and the noise goes on almost ALL night. Not good for light sleepers. The appartment is on the 1st floor ( no.lift) and the stairwell was often very smokey - rather unpleasant if you are a non- smoker

A wonderful place to visit

lovely large apartment less than 100m from old town main square. The local people are friendly, helpful and courteous

I mention this for complete transparency although it is not the fault of the property. I have seen other reviews which suggest that the property is noisy because there is a nightclub underneath. This is not true. There is a restaurant underneath which closes at 22:00 and is not a problem. However you are in the middle of an area with a high concentration of clubs and bars and there is noise EVERY night as revellers leave in the early hours.

Perfect Location and comfort

The property is an old building with what must have been huge apartments from well off families at a certain point. The entrance to the building could be better kept since it doesn’t give a good first impression, but then you enter the apartment and…. Love it! The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and the location is fantastic; half a block from the main square. A welcoming cold bottle of water in the refrigerator would be my only suggestion, particularly in the hot summer and not knowing your way around, but other than that it was the perfect place for a great stay in Krakow.

Not cleaning properly at the time of pandemic?

Spacey, close to the main square and to all you want to see in Krakow.

Cleanliness – 2 out of 10: • Dirty dishes in the dishwasher from the previous party • Greasy dishes in the counters • Garbage in the garbage cans from the previous party • Smelly toilet because it was not cleaned properly • No plastic bags in some of the garbage cans • Minimal and insufficient amount of toilet paper provided • No paper towels or napkins in the kitchen The apartment was not cleaned properly, which is absolutely unacceptable, especially at the time of pandemic. Location: perfect except the apartment is right above the bar, which gets extremely noisy every night until 3-ish in the morning. Wifi: We were given the wrong network name and the wrong password. We received proper settings close to midnight after several communications with the host. Clear recklessness on the side of the host.

Beautiful place to stay,but cannot sleep

Apartment itself was beautiful and the host is on phone if needed 24/7.

The most amazing apartment. Just wish it could be relocated.You can walk to square in 30 seconds,but apartment is above a bar which opens until 5am. Then noisy revellers for another hour. We had to leave early because of this.

Fantastic property and location

It was like being home from home everything you wanted was at hand

This was better then i thought fantastic location but a little loud from the students late in the morning but apart from that superb

Lockdown experience in Krakow

The location is excellent. The facilities in the apartment are spot on. We didn't plan to have to cook whilst we were here but as Poland went into lockdown we found ourselves in the apartment a lot and fending for ourselves. We kept saying how lucky we were to be in the apartment with all the facilities. Jacek is a pleasure to speak to and so helpful. Reassuring us whilst we were stuck there due to flight cancellations etc. We can never thank him enough! When Krakow is back up and running however, we will certainly return. The boys made use of the sofa beds which were comfy and we all used the Netflix which was a godsend. There were bars and restaurants close by which looked like they would have been lovely so we look forward to trying them when we return.

There was nothing we didn't like about this apartment. It's just fantastic!
