Each bedroom has a private bath with shower, king size bed, fan, safe and indoor and outdoor sitting areas. All rooms share views of the walled garden, pool, town, and surrounding hills. This 3,000 square foot home can sleep up to 10 people and it is at once your own hideaway and a gateway to the delightful town of Sayulita, known for its languid pace, smiling attitude, and happy-go-lucky approach to life.
Sayulita is a small town of about 3500 that offers visitors many tourist attractions while at the same time remaining true to its Mexican origins. Forty kilometers North of the popular resort town of Puerto Vallarta, on the beautiful Riviera Nayarit, it was originally discovered by surfers who enjoyed its consistent waves and then by lovers of Mexico who found it an oasis when other favorite spots were overrun by tourists and development. Describing its laid back atmosphere, some have called it the perfect blend of a Mexican hangout and a Southern California beach town. While Sayulita has developed a low key tourist business, it remains free of chain hotels and chain restaurants; and, its cobbled streets are instead filled with taco stands, fruit vendors, galleries, and surf shops. In recent years it has attracted some beautiful boutiques that feature both traditional Mexican crafts as well as objects of modern design produced by Mexican craftsmen.
At its heart it remains a beach town where everything is a five to fifteen minute walk and local color is just around every corner. In addition, to its own beach that is alive with surfing schools, vendors selling Mexican crafts and tasty delicacies, and local fishermen, if you want to take a long walk or a short drive, you can visit many other nearby beaches each with its own unique beauty. For a more active vacation, Sayulita offers a wide range of activities for visitors of all ages including surfing, whale watching (Nov.-June), fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, horseback riding, jungle trekking, jungle canopy tours, and mountain biking. With so much to offer, you can see why Sayulita has been recognized as a special vacation destination by the New York Times, National Geographic, the magazine of AARP, and many other publications. Now you can enjoy the friendly surf, the strong sense of community, and the taste of old Mexico that have made Sayulita a great destination for vacationers.

Thoroughly enjoyed the tropical setting of this lovely home. The layout allowed for privacy as well as great gathering spaces. The pool was well enjoyed and surrounded by beautifully maintained landscaping. The town center and beach were well within walking distance and, after walking through the bustle & noise of downtown, we appreciated the quiet of the house's location.

We loved our stay! We were a group of 10- mostly over the age of 15. The property is beautiful and closely located to town. A/C in the bedrooms and the refreshing pool were a must during our summer stay. We also rented golf carts (highly recommend), had two dinners prepared for us at the house, and were transported to/from the airport. We would highly recommend this property!

We had the most wonderful stay at Casa Dos Chicos with our family and friends — what an incredible property! We enjoyed the amazing sea and scenic landscape views, as well as our helpful and welcoming hosts. The house itself is just gorgeous with the many outdoor living spaces which are comfortable with beautiful aesthetics. We had fun swimming in the pool, cooking and eating al fresco, napping in the hammocks, and going down into the town. There was a festival in town and the noise floated up the hill— though loud, it was also festive. The space worked well for multiple families. If you have young kids, you’ll want to watch them closely because it is high up and the railings aren’t child proof and the hill is steep so a golf cart is useful. All in all, lots of great features. Highly recommend!

My family and I recently had the opportunity to stay at Cash Dos Chicos and we were blown away! If we could give them 6 stars we would. The home is incredible with the best views in Sayulita. Each room is private, clean and cosy, and the cleaning/ gardening staff are super sweet and professional. Patrizio is a wonderful host and Ernesto the house manager was very attentive to any questions we had. We have already booked for next year!

Unbeatable Sayulita Home
We had an absolutely incredible time at casa dos chicos. Everyone we interacted with was so kind and helpful and responsive. We had someone come cook for us one of the nights and it was perfect! The house was cleaned and cared for every day and all of our needs were meet instantly. The house it's self is gorgeous. The view from the upper deck is unbeatable. We've stayed a few places in Sayulita now and I must admit, I think this was by far the best. Close to town but far away enough from the noise as well. Thank you to the staff who made our stay so amazing!

There were 2 buildings each had 2 bedrooms and were hooked together upstairs with the kitchen and living area which had amazing views of ocean! This part of our vacation was stress free and all 6 of our party loved it!! Would definitely stay again!

This home is nothing short of perfect!
Homeowner and property manager are very responsive and accommodating. The casa is clean (cleaned daily as well) and well appointed. Beautiful view with amazing ocean breeze on living level. The pool is perfect with nice afternoon sun. Super easy to get to town- golf cart makes it even easier. We loved this casa for a relaxing vacation!

The views are AMAZING!
You can't beat the views at Casa dos Chicos! The property was very clean, the rooms were large and the en suite bathrooms were great. The pool was nice and heated and the upper deck was where we spent most of our time which was awesome! We have never stayed in town or up on Gringo Hill so we were not prepared for the noise from the animals, gatherings and traffic. Our only complaint with the actual home was lights shinning in the rooms at night (thick curtains would really help) and the beds were really hard. We suggest you cover up the lights at night (or bring eye masks), unscrew bulbs and bring good ear plugs for sleep:) All in all it was a great property and walking to town was super easy!

We had an absolute blast at Casa Dos Chicos! When a place is even better than the photos 😍Went to celebrate my 40th birthday with friends. Ernesto our property manager was wonderful and very helpful with the few things we needed. Renting a golf cart, speaker for music and even setting up 4 massages simultaneously! We also used the chef for half of our meals and were never disappointed. Maga and Bety were lovely. Only complaints would be, the construction next door that started early in the am. Also, be warned two flights of stairs stand between you and any common area. I’m sure not in the dead of summer, would be less challenging. Also, we would have been so unhappy without our golf cart rental! It’s a must. Thank you Dos Chico’s we cant wait to return.

Relaxing and beautiful
This home is just far enough from the hustle of the town, but not too far to walk - although I'd recommend a golf cart with the hills. The pool is amazing, each room is a private suite, and the open concept living and dining on the roof allow you to really soak in the views and relax with your travel group. The staff was so accommodating and we were able to enjoy delicious homecooked meals and massages on our rooftop overlooking the ocean. As long as you're prepared for a few stairs, the view is unbeatable. Thank you for sharing this home with us, Patrizio!

Most beautiful & clean villa in Sayulita
What an incredible property. We came here on a surf/birthday celebration trip. From the moment we booked the property to the moment we left communication was easy and reliable. There was never a moment we wondered where we were going, what was available and what to expect.
The property is beautiful, clean, stylish, gorgeous and breathtaking. The views are out of this world and the pool was great to relax in after a long day at the beach. Close to town and the beach which meant we never had to drive for long then 2-5 min. We highly recommend having the chef cook, the meals were delicious.
We definitely recommend staying at this gorgeous property when coming to Sayulita. We will be back.
Thank you Patrizio, Ernesto and Maga! Have a beautiful rest of your week and we look forward to seeing you soon.

Gorgeous House, Lovely town
First of all the owner is absolutely fabulous..he is very responsive by email and on top of eberything. The house itself is serioulsy beautiful! very uniquely designed and the views are out of this world. There are 4 very equal suites all with en-suite bathrooms that are very well decorated. The pool is much bigger in person than in the pictures and actually gets a lot of sun during the day(I was worred it would be too shady with all of the palm trees but it wasn't!) we hung out by the pool most of our trip. It is a short 10 minute walk to the beach, downhill so very convienient. The walk up the hill gets hot but then you can just jump right in the pool!! sayulita itself has lots to offer, good beginner surfing and paddle boarding, lots of unique shops and restaurants. the beaches are ok but lots of peddlers. the sand is very nice and the views on the beach are great and there are lots of places to get chairs and drinks! overall we had a blast and would highly recommend this villa to anyone..oh and the cook maga was great too! If you want to stay in a very nice place in a very cute town then Casa Dos Chicos is the place for you!

Exceptional Stay
We had an exceptional stay at Casa Dos Chicos. The rooftop dining room and living room are an open floorplan, with spectacular views of the ocean. We spent most of our evenings there--relaxing in the jacuzzi tub, reading in the hammocks or eating dinner by candlelight. This communal area is perfect for entertaining and a nice compliment to the more private areas of the house. I would also say that the pool is a welcome alternative from the beach--complete with all the amenities (outdoor shower, adjacent grill). And for those evenings when you really want to be lazy, you can have a wonderful meal catered and prepared on site. We've rented private homes around the world and I would recommend this property enthusiastically.

Perfectly Designed
Sometimes we purchase items on line because the pictures are great, but the actual product is shoddy....In the case of Casa de dos Chicos the pictures do not do justice to the beauty of the house, gardens, views or pool. Every inch of the house is perfectly designed and decorated, from the sea-blue staircases to the magenta interior walls of the outdoor shower. Everything is designed to enhance the colors of the Mexican Rivera in which the house is located. The rooms are spacious and airy with windows that look into the interior garden and the bay. Every detail has been considered including all the correct cooking equipment, luxurious linens, even the art books in each room. The house is private and lovely. However, just as the owner advised, the town is noisy. There is a cacophony of roosters and chickens, gas delivery trucks and music from sunrise to sunset. The good news is that you only have a three minute walk to the plaza of Sayulita with its lovely little shops and cafes. The food is wonderful and the grocery stores well stocked. The people are friendly, many speak English, the beach is uncrowded but active, and it's paradise there in winter. We loved it and are looking forward to returning next year.

Unforgettable vacation
We are an Italian Family with 2 teenage girls and we spent a wonderful, unforgettable vacation at Casa Dos Chicos in December 2010! From this enchanting and luxurious villa you can enjoy 360 breathtaking views of the countryside and ocean and admire beautifully colored birds and Iguanas everywhere on the surrounding tropical trees. At the top of the house we had lovely breakfasts everyday with local Sayulita sweets, we bathed in the Hot tub with ocean view and spent beautiful moments in the open air living room on the comfy sofas and the delightful hammocks. The 4 bedrooms are spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated and each unique and very private + with its own bath! At the garden level there’s a heated pool surrounded by a garden of tropical flowers where we relaxed every afternoon in full privacy. Every morning we made the beautiful walk to town and the beach where the atmosphere is the most authentic Mexican we ever experienced. Casa Dos Chicos is a not to be missed dreamy adventure!

Ultimate mexican escape
Casa dos Chicos is the ultimate Mexican escape for people who want a luxurious but still authentic travel experience. Its position up the hill, looking out over the town (not to mention the rooftop living room view of the ocean!) gives the house a removed, serene effect without feeling disconnected. It's not a gated or resort experience. You feel every bit a part of the town of Sayulita while you're there and can enjoy the vibrant energy of this wonderful little town.

Superb Luxurious Mexican Casa
We visited this location with 4 friends [6 adults in total all in our 40's], once we arrived we all wanted to move in. The views, the 'casa compound' [as we referred to it], the town, the town people, the food, the sights the sounds, all added up to a perfect vacation. The local Property Manager was so helpful with getting us acquainted with the house, the town, and neighboring areas, he was also quick to respond to any assistance that we needed whilst we were staying at Casa dos Chicos. Renting from the owners was a breeze. The walk into town was easy and we all looked forward to the short adventure 5-7 minutes down and 7-10 back [uphill], we rented a car and hardly used it unless we drove to other areas outside Sayulita. In town you can find everything that you need [wine, beer, meat, fresh seafood straight from the boat, produce, baked goods, good quality roasted coffee ground or whole bean etc.] And as for the house itself - the photos don't do it justice - you truly feel like a 'rockstar'. Stop hesitating get there and check it out for yourself it is a beautiful part of Mexico and an amazing place to stay.

What a beautiful splace...
This is truly a beautiful vacation villa! The interiors are a fun mix of minimal modern design and vibrant mexican colors and the set up is sublime! Every bedroom is unique and private and the 360 views from the kitchen and living room and the bridge are beautiful! We spent every late afternoon in the heated pool and then after dinner we would soak in the rooftop Hot tub...so relaxing! Sayulita is also very charming full of good restaurants and great boutiques. We will try to come vack as soon as we can! Thank you for a great vacation!
