Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot and highchair. Balcony with outdoor furniture. Storage for surfboards (shared with other properties on-site). Parking permit for 1 car in underground car park provided (with lift access). No smoking. . Cribbar is a new, stylish collection of unique, sophisticated apartments situated in a prime location overlooking Fistral Beach.

The build design complements the stunning setting. All apartments have generous balconies or terraces looking out either across the golf course, town and sea or over the stunning seascape to Trevose Head. They are generously sized, efficiently laid out, and beautifully appointed and finished.

Design features include contemporary kitchens with granite work surfaces, video entry phone, mood lighting, thermostatically controlled showers and underfloor heating.

Communal areas feature key fob entry system into gated underground parking, passenger lift to all floors from car park, surf wash down area and surfboard/storage areas.

Enjoyed it a lot even the weather was good for october nice friendly people everywhere plenty of places to go out and eat, zoo close by wanted to go to flambards fair but way to far was a bit gutted about that the apartment was lovely great views

The flat was great. Clean, spacious (for family of four), everything we needed for a beach holiday. We would happily stay again. The only thing to be aware of is that it’s on the only road in and out of the fistral beach bar complex, which meant of Friday and Saturday nights there was considerable noise after 12pm from drunk people walking Back to Newquay from the beach bar. Obviously this is nothing to do with the apartment, so is not a criticism of the property, but worth being aware of if you’re thinking of booking and have young children that are easily woken.

The weather wasn't the best during our stay but there was plenty to keep us occupied in the apartment; games, PlayStation and a good selection of films. We were a party of 4 and would not hesitate to recommend this excellent apartment, with beautiful views.

Welcome book was missing so had trouble finding things like the wifi code. Tried to ring manager three times but they didn't respond so rang Blue Chip who fixed inquiry immediately. Excellent. Hot water discoloured which needs looking into and no water pressure in kitchen sink. Position, views and amenities were excellent and we would love to return.
