About this house rental
Pacific paradise
This newly renovated second level home has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths and is right on the beach. It can be rented with the beach front lower level two bedroom that sleeps up to six people, VRBO 732960. The living room has 180' ocean views and lots of comfortable couch seating to watch the dolphins frolicking in the waves and enjoy the beautiful sun setting into the Pacific. The dining table can accommodate ten with additional adjacent bar I seating for eight. There is a well furnished kitchen and a second full size refrigerator in the den. The den also has laundry facilities and a media area.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a twin, bedroom 2 has a king, bedroom 3 has a king, bedroom 4 has a king and a day bed, and bedroom 5 has two twins. Bedrooms one thru four all have ocean views. The den has a day bed and there is a pack and play and high chair.
There are lots of beach towels, beach toys, boogie boards and a few bikes. There is parking for two cars. The lower level has a shared patio and a two bedroom, also available to rent and perfect for extended families. The patio has charcoal and gas grills, fire pits, and several picnic tables. There are also comfortable seating areas to sit and enjoy the view, one of the best things about being right in the beach. It's a perfect place to create family memories.

We enjoyed our stay and ocean views. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The owners are friendly and helpful. We arrived to beautiful fresh flowers and wine. The house was well stocked. The bikes, surfboards, and beach toys were a huge bonus:)

The house was very spacious and very comfortable for 6 adults and 4 kids. I appreciated the little details like the extra fans, quality linens and towels, fresh flowers and TWO full sized coffee pots (which we used every morning). The house is stocked with everything you could think of and those items tended to be of very good quality. The owners were around but they were never intrusive and were beyond friendly and helpful. The location is amazing as the house is directly on the boardwalk, the beach and walking distance to many restaurants, bars, markets and coffee shops. You can walk a few short blocks (<4 mins) to the bay side if you want a more relaxed vibe for an afternoon. My kids loved the excitement of the ocean side. Playing in the sand everyday brought so much joy to our kids. We truly loved our stay and we would strongly recommend this rental to anyone.

This is the third time we have stayed here and we love this home. The location is perfect and close to everything. The views are amazing from the large window inside. I would highly recommend this home for your vacation in Mission Beach.

We had my mom and dad, my husband and I, and our four kids ages 6-11. Plenty of room for all of us. Very clean and well stocked.
One of my kiddos started to get sick while we were still flying. The stomach bug lasted just about a day. It was nice to have a washer and dryer to keep everything clean. Especially when one of the kids lost track of their towel and instead of guessing whose was whose, we were able to wash them and know they wouldnât be sick also. There were cleaning supplies and that was a huge help. I didnât want anyone to get sick including the cleaning crew, or people after us.
There were plenty of towels, beach towels, extra blankets. A good stock of plates, bowls, silverware, pots, and pans.
Everything was well laid out and great instructions on how to deal with garbage, or anything like that.
We met the owners and they were so nice. We enjoyed their dog too. Itâs great to see how small of a world it truly is when you have overlap with someone youâve just met.
I would absolutely stay here again if we ever go back to San Diego.

The house is ON the beach! The view from the front picture window is the ocean, waves, volleyball players, bikers, sand and beach! We had kids running around but didn't turn the TV on since all their time was spent on the beach or visiting SD. Marta and Ben are GREAT Hosts! They addressed our WiFi problem until resolved the next day. We had 6 adults and 4 kids (3-7) with room and privacy for everyone. We had a great time exploring your city and Mission Beach. Thanks for sharing your house with us. We hope to come back and visit again!

My husband, our two married sons, their wives, and our daughter all had an amazing time! The bedrooms were spacious and accommodating for three married couples. The location was perfect for enjoying the beach, ocean, restaurants, and shopping. We enjoyed biking on the boardwalk and watching dolphins and a whale from the spacious livingroom couch and window! We definitely plan to stay here again!

We had three generations staying in this wonderful place by the beach and had a fabulous time. Miles of wide sand beach and as the picture show spectacular views and convenient location. Hosts were extremely quick to respond and even got a repair person over the holidays. We hope to be back!

This property is gorgeous! It's in a perfect location, right on the beach and a short walk or bikeride to the bay. There are shops and food and entertainment within walking distance.
The unit is clean and incredibly well stocked with everything you could need.
Ben and Marta are the best hosts ever and go above and beyond to ensure their guests are comfortable!
4 adult couples and a baby stayed in this unit and we had more than enough space for comfort.
We loved riding the bikes and using the boogie boards and other beach toys.
We had the most magical stay!!!

There were 10 of us. 6 adults and 4 children ages 5-9. Plenty of room for all. Very comfortable feel and space to spread out. Really well appointed kitchen. The washer/dryer really helped a lot. Bikes, beach toys, volleyball and more supplied with the unit. Close to so much for adults and grandchildren to enjoy. Minutes to the airport, zoo, sea world. Walk to Belmont Park. Couldnât ask for more. The hosts are a delight to interact with. You are literally on the beach, We enjoyed watching dolphins and volleyball from our front window. Donât think about it, just book it.

We loved staying at this property. The location is perfect-right on the beach. We loved having coffee in the morning watching the dolphins playing and surfers surfing from our huge picture window. The unit was well equipped and the owners, Marta & Ben, were wonderful. We could walk to restaurants, Belmont Park, coffee shops, and shopping. Would absolutely stay here again when we are in San Diego again.

My idea of an ideal vacation is with family, overlooking a sunset on the beach and a good book. That is exactly what we had at this home. Plus, the host provided us with chocolates, wine and flowers!
This home was perfect for our family which included an age range from six to eighty-two. Everyone had lots to do or they could just sit and watch the ocean waves.
This was the best equipped rental home I have ever seen. Appliances, kitchen equipment, utensils, towels, sheets, and mattresses were all high quality. The hosts have put a lot of thought into their home and they were charmingly hospitable.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a relaxing family vacation with a beautiful ocean view. The property was large enough for all 11 of us and was stocked well with anything you would need. It is in a great location with so much to do within walking or biking distance. The owners were so helpful after an unforeseen event prevented us from getting to the house to park, she found us a place to temporarily park and even helped us carry our luggage to the house in the wind and rain!

The property was perfect for our family! We had three couples and three youngsters in our place upstairs. There was plenty of room to spread put and Marta left us wine and chocolates! Two refrigerators was a bonus! The location was great in that there was always the beach for the kids to play on but also other activities and restaurants nearby. Also many items for entertainment in the garageâŚbicycles, corn hole, etc. We also rented the two bedroom place on the ground floor for the other family with us. We would definitely recommend!

Annual reunion of our growing family + locals was perfected by hurricane Kay. Lower temp, beautiful clouds, lots of little fish enticing Dolfins, Terns, and CLEAR warm, water made a lovely and roomy space even more perfect. The condo leaves nothing to be desired. Ben and Marta were very kind hosts and easy to communicate with during our stay. The home is beautiful, spacious, functional and newly remodeled - the pictures dont do it justice. The window overlooking the beach is breathtaking. They also provided bikes, boogie boards, chairs, and umbrellas which made a huge difference in our experience and enjoyment of the beach as a family. Excellent stay!
