Great location with quick access to grocery stores, shopping, dining, entertainment, etc. Pool was well kept and clean. House had all needed amenities. A few things were pretty worn (grill had hole in bottom, bag boards warped and unusable) but overall a great stay and worked well for us. Host was friendly and responsive.

This property met our needs for a landing pad while we went out for day trips. The outdoor space for entertaining was not well kept as we expected but the pool was heated and was a big hit with the kids. The kitchen allowed cooking and food prep and the shuffleboard was fun.

We absolutely loved our stay at this house, the owner was the most responsive and helpful that I've experienced with these vrbos. The house itself is super cute, clean and quiet neighborhood, which is perfectly located with 15 mins of everything or less. Came with all the essentials, beds were comfortable, and the pool was heated, which was a bonus. We loved our stay, and would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

We loved our stay! Fun house with shuffleboard, golf and heated pool. When we ran of Kleenex the property manager, Troy, was there in less than 10 minutes with a re-supply for us. Troy was extremely knowledgeable of the area and places to shop and dine. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale! Neighborhood is older. Conveniently located to many places from downtown to talking stick park. This place was nicely redone on the inside. Nice heated pool! Communication was great from Mike, the owner, and Troy, the property manager.

We found lots of properties with heated pools, but this was one of few that didn't charge $50 to $100 per day if you actually wanted the pool heated. Communication was excellent and easy and both the manager and owner wanted to know if we needed anything. The location is within a few minutes of Old Town.

Mike (the owner) was PHENOMINAL - super communicator & quick response times! Troy (the property manager) lives super close & is able is to come quickly! He’s also super communicative & a fast responder! (Plus he had GREAT suggestions for restaurants) The house had plenty of pool & shower towels. The kitchen was REALLY chock full of EVERYTHING you’d want to cook- usually VRBO’s are pretty sparse & not so well equipped! There was a keurig AND a drip coffee machine as well! We used the washer & dryer quite a bit- that was VERY handy to have PLUS they provided all of the laundry detergent & dryer sheets we could have needed! Totally above & beyond! The bathrooms had really nice (not cheap) shampoo, conditioner, & body wash! Loved the proximity to the fashion district & Old Town! There’s also a park nearby which provided some nice walking areas & play areas for kiddos. We used the pool at the house every single day we were there & we loved it!

Mike was wonderful to work with. He was accommodating, quick to respond and very helpful. The pool was so nice and there were lots of things on the property to keep our girls occupied. Mike's house was fun and easy to navigate while traveling for my bachelor trip. It had everything we needed, including a grill! I would highly recommend this house to anyone who plans to travel around the Scottsdale/Phoneix, AZ area!

The property was clean and spacious and had many sleeping options for our large family. All the doors that lead to the pool have locks out of reach for children. I really appreciate those especislly since i have a special needs child that is an escape artist. All the kids enjoyed the pool and backyard activities. Will be adding this place to our list of places to revisit.

We really enjoyed the house and our stay was wonderful! Mike was great! One of the lights in the bedrooms wasn’t working and he had the property manager to the house to fix it within the hour! If you want a stress free trip with a nice, comfortable house.. book this! We plan to come back!

Home was nicely remodeled and spacious for the six of us adults. Really good location to the wedding we attended in Scottsdale and a short drive from Phoenix airport where we flew into and got a rental van. Wished we could have stayed longer and golfed too!

Overall, I would have rated it a 4 star VRBO for the nicely updated finishes and heated pool. Bumped down to the 3 star due to some apparent "abuse" and health concern. Black mold spores in the master bathroom so my pregnant wife had to use the main bath, peeling paint in areas, few things stuff in the couch cushions, tub overflow missing. Other than that, the house served as a nice escape for the weekend for us.

The house was cute and clean. Based off other reviews, I was expecting it to be closer to old town but I didn’t feel like it was close to anything other than wal mart or the freeway. The house could really use some updating. The lights were beyond annoying, and the main one in the living room was broken. The backyard looks much nicer on pictures and had a lot of weeds and dirty old floaties. The most annoying thing for us girls was the lack of mirrors. There are two little $5 door mirrors, not even hung. Sounds silly for some but for now on in the future I will be looking for mirrors when I book a house. This house is better suited for a guys trip.
