The location was great and we were very comfortable.

The staff was very helpful each time we interacted with someone. Really like the live music in the cafe and the pool area.

The pillow could have been better. Too flat.

The Residence Inn exceeded expectations and we hope to visit again!

The hotel was clean and well designed. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was great with some nice touches like cold brew coffee. While we didn’t get to use the amenities as much, the pool area looked great.

The hotel was awesome, beautiful grounds and wonderful staff!

The breakfast was great. Lots of options from eggs, waffles, bagels, oatmeal. The coffee selection was great. I especially liked the iced coffee selection. The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable place to stay. The breakfast was the best. The pool is very nice.

There was a couple bugs in our room, our room was super close to the a door that everyone takes to get to parking lot.

Staff was very friendly.

Our rooms were never cleaned. I wasn’t sure if this was because of Covid but would have been nice to just have someone pick up our garbage and change out our towels. I called and had towels sent to our room and they brought them up.

Overall, always a good stay

Pool facility and restaurant are great! You can't beat that the rooms come with a kitchen either.

I stayed here for the first time not long after it opened a few years ago and it was beautiful, immaculately clean and nice in every aspect. The rooms and furniture now are beginning to look less clean and a bit more scuffed and ratty. Maintenance in that regard isn't that great. The breakfast is decent, but they have done away with anything, but the most basic foods which are mediocre at best now. Overall, still a value for the price, but that may change soon if the quality doesn't improve.

Wonderful for the price!

Room was very clean and had many conveniences, including a full kitchen. The restaurant/bar is not open past 9pm, but has good food and excellent service. Overall, always enjoy staying here!

Disappointing, comfortable but interrupted night sleep. Wish we had stayed elsewhere.

Room size was good and things like microwave and fridge were helpful for us.

Booked this 1 night months ago and despite requesting a quiet room (I was not looking for a free upgrade just a quiet room) we were put on the second floor, at the car drop off point in an adjoining room. Banging across the floors upstairs all night and very early morning, cars arriving till late and noise in the corridors despite the 10pm quiet zone. Staff were totally uninterested in us when checking in and even less interested in my request of a quiet room. Totally miserable. Saving grace was the lady who apologised the next morning. Too late by that point. Also totally falsely advertised as lake view, you cannot see the lake and I am not sure you would be able to even if the water level were higher.

Beautiful property and great room. Good value for a king suite.

Large room, everything we needed was right where we expected it. Lots of room to spread out, USB and outlets everywhere. Internet fast enough to stream anything we wanted on our devices. No disturbances and easy to get to and from room from the lobby.

AC made some harmonic noises that sounded like a helicopter at times, but it wasn't enough of a nuisance to reduce the rating.

Extremely friendly, helpful staff who went out of their way to accommodate our needs and requests. Clean rooms. Breakfast was included in the price of the stay.

Room service for cleaning the room was only once a week; would have liked the room freshened up two - three times a week.
