Breakfast was pretty good,location was being at the height pretty cold
Sheets on the bed,could have been better if it was more smooth,got provided executive suit but the sheet was pretty rough imo.

Wonderful views/sunrise/sunset, Food and facilities are forgettable
location and service, comfortable room and clean
Food was not on par with the resort - mostly western food and indian, buffet was unimpressive as was breakfast. Exorbitant food and beverage prices given the lack of taste. No bar, no outside dining, poor lighting - generally sterile

Need more improvement.
I just like the cable car ride , view of the hills, and swimming pool.
I have booked an executive suit 2 days earlier via booking.com . On the actual day, i phone them but they said they haven't received any bookings and wasted my 3 hours time to confirm it. Once i reached the resort. Everything was delayed. In the website it said checking in was at 1200hrs but the staff said 1400 hrs. 2 hrs is just waste here. They fixed my room around 1420 hrs. Executive suit is just like a delux room. Its not worth the money. No room service might be coz of covid 19. Resuturant has limited meals and drinks. No redbulls, no crisps and nuts. Garden are not yet properly manage. There was a old coffee mug and trash were lying and was stinking whole corridor. No one showed upto take them.it was infront of sagarmatha block RM 115. Staff in the restaurant didn't ask me anything or my order. I had to rush them to ask.there wasn't anything in the minibar in executive suit.
