Our Direct ocean front corner unit at the Sandcastles is decor in a Key West look and is located in Famous Beautiful Cocoa Beach, Florida. Our Vacation Condominium is nestled on the oceanfront. We offer you a very Clean, Smoke-Free, Attractive Unit for your stay with free high speed internet and cable TV and free parking. From the condominium complex you will have direct access to the beach with lots of White Sand and Warm Water for Swimming, Sunbathing, Surfing, Wake Boarding, and much more. Yes we have a elevator at the Sandcastles and in condo full size washer and dryer.
Sandcastles has exterior cameras and we have a exterior door camera.

This condo is so well stocked you will think you are at home, no need to pack heavy.

The pool & hot tub is open from 9:30am to 10pm. Please note: if the outside temperature gets below 60 the pool will be shut down till the outside temp go’s back up above 60. Pool hours may change at anytime.

Our Smoke-Free Condo has a Key West style makeover and is bright and colorful. The decor includes Tile Floors, nice Cabinets & Granite Countertops throughout, nice Lighting fixtures and fans . This 4th floor condo offers one of the best Direct Corner Atlantic Ocean view from the living room balcony and master bedroom window. You can enjoy a Margarita on the balcony while taking in a Awesome Ocean View.

Master bedroom has a king size bed while the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds. There are 2 full baths, a well equipped kitchen, dining area, Cable TV in all rooms, and a DVD & Stereo in the living area.

No need to pack heavy. You will find almost everything you could possibly need - beach chairs, blender, dishes, ironing board w / iron, blow dryer, full size washer & dryer, towels, and linens. You name it and we've provided it for your enjoyment. There is even a In-Unit Electronic Safe, A Pack-N-Play porta crib for the really young ones.

We are here to help just ask. If you are not booking from Sat. to Sat. please click on the contact owner button to see if I can work your dates in before you click on the request to book button. If you need to cancel your reservation I would have to re-rent the condo for your dates to give you a refund minus a $100.00 administration fee.

This condo was so beautiful, so well stocked and so comfortable we really didn't want to leave! It is definitely as described - the 4th floor view is perfect. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings watching the sunset (and a SpaceX launch!) and enjoying the ocean breeze. The unit is very well stocked, and Keith was a gracious host. Also, the beds were absolutely the most comfortable we've ever had. We will be back!

Everything exactly as stated. Owner happened to be n premise and when we had an umbrella he provided that was damaged from previous occupant he delivered a new one immediately. Condo was perfect for viewing hte boat races which is what we came for!

This condo has a great view and is wonderfully maintained. I would highly recommend it. Everything was provided for us and we could relax and enjoy our stay. Also the pool is just the right size to relax and enjoy those hot days.

Amazing place! Just as the pictures show. Views are gorgeous. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen and bath (even curling iron, blow dryer and straightner) as well as extras like beach towels, chairs, etc. Keith was great to work with and quick and easy to talk with. Great location with restaurants and shopping near by. Would absolutely stay again!

Keith's condo is awesome! The condo is impeccably clean furnished and outfitted. Everything is in great shape. The views of the beach and ocean from within the condo and on the balcony are unmatched! The complex is also in excellent condition and is ideally located on the beach within walking distance to restaurants and downtown Cocoa Beach. Keith the host was very responsive, communicative and his attention to detail is outstanding! We will book this unit again without hesitation on any future trips to Cocoa Beach!!

The condo is just as it was shown. Had everything you would need and then some. It was great. The on-site management was good also. There was a problem with the gate going out to the beach. We made one call and it was fixed. It was good all the way around.

My family and I were thoroughly impressed by this condo. The condo was so well stocked that we could have only packed half of the things we brought! Kids beach toys galore! Very clean condo and gorgeous balcony! Great place for kids, pool and hot tub were never overcrowded. Beach was not crowded as well and very clean. Will definitely book again in the future!

Keith's place is the best overall rental we have ever stayed at in Cocoa Beach. Great location, very clean and well kept property. The condo was amazing, everything looks brand new. Keith keeps it stocked with almost anything you would need at the beach, umbrellas, chairs, toys, boards. Keith is a great host, he checked in with us a couple of times to make sure everything was going well. I highly recommend staying here if you are planning a beach vacation. Ten Stars !!!!

My husband and I brought my 93 year old parents to this beautiful resort and we enjoyed every minute of it. We loved the view and the easy access to the beach not to mention the beach wheelchair that was provided. Both parents took advantage of it and it made all the difference. The condo had everything you could need and more. We hope to visit this little bit of heaven the next time we visit the area.

We have vacationed in numerous Florida locations using VBRO but have never had a better experience. The property is second to none. The view is fantastic! You can sit on the deck and enjoy the view and the sound of the waves or you can sit in the living room or master bedroom and relax to the sound of the waves. The condo has all the beach stuff you could want. The beach is great, not too busy, and the pool and hot tub are a great way to wrap up the day. The kitchen is stocked with all the pots, pans and spices you need to eat in and if you want to eat out there is an abundance of options just minutes away. Keith is wonderful to work with and will do everything he can to make your vacation a once in a lifetime experience. I can only hope we have the opportunity to rent this condo again!

The condo had a great location and easy access to beach. The condo was very clean and access to washer and dryer was fantastic. We also appreciated the beach chairs. We purchased a small styrofoam cooler and left it in the condo for the next guest. Maybe consider offering your future guests a small cooler to take drinks down to the beach. Great property.

Cocoa Beach is THE PLACE we stay for our summer Vacation. Sandcastles is on a perfect spot on the beach and Keith has the best best condos in Sandcastles! We stayed in Key West Condo which is festively painted a bright lime green. The moment we walked in we knew we were going to have a fantastic time. Every need is thoughtfully taken care of before you even know you need it. Plenty of essentials plus lots of extras. there was enough seating for everyone to watch a movie together, and to have dinner together. And the view from the patio, which also had six seats for everyone, is the best view you could ask for.

The condo fit our family perfectly, allowing the comforts of home, space for everyone to relax, full of amenities, and stunning views! Everything was very clean, well equipped, and organized. Communication was great and the check in, check out, and security was intact and easy to follow. Being on the ocean with a direct path to the beach was amazing. The pool and hot tub were a bonus as well. We would definitely recommend this property owner and rental!! Thank you for a great experience, we loved it!

Truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend Keith and his property. We enjoyed the beach the location is ideal close to shops, a local gym and restaurants and the view is worth a million bucks. Considering buying one of our own.
