I can't say enough wonderful things about our family trip. We had three children with us, which can be challenging. The location came with a pack and play and items for the beach, which significantly assisted in our packing. The condo was lovely, the host extremely responsive, and they recommended some wonderful local entertainment, including a photographer who took our family photos on the beach. My kids can't wait to come back, and neither can we.

The condo has beautiful ocean views and overlooks the pool as well! Great location with easy access to Viera, Melbourne, and a short drive to Orlando! The condo has a very comfortable couch to lounge on, and comfortable beds for sleeping!

This property was great! It was just as the pictures showed. It was very clean and updated. We have stayed in many units at Spanish Main and this was by far the nicest. Very bright and not cluttered with a bunch of junk. Just what one needs. Will definitely book again.

The title floors need a deep cleaning this is mentioned to our contact and they will do this after our departure both toilets were a little loose on the base the king bed in the second bedroom mattress was poor. Lack of cleaning products in the unit, specifically toilet bowl cleaner.

Plenty of space for a family of 5. Was exactly like it was pictured and clean. Thought we would be closer to the pier to walk but it really wasn’t a big deal. The pier had free parking and there were plenty of spots this time of year (3 miles away). Our teens played volleyball there and we also found a pickleball court along the way. Enjoyed that every morning. Kennedy space center was just a little over 30 minutes away. Went to Orlando for day (about 60 minutes). Went grocery shopping the night we got there and unfortunately the refrigerator wasn’t working properly. Taylor was helpful and quickly gave us a solution (on a Sunday). She let us take food that didn’t spoil to another unit until they could replace it on Monday. Also paid to replace the food we lost. Our only negative was we could hear the people above us scooting chairs and dropping things on the floor at 11pm a couple of nights.

The condo was large, comfortable, well equipped, and clean. The location was ideal for visiting the Kennedy Space Center and was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The beach and pool were very nice and we even got to see a SpaceX launch one night on the beach! We would definitely rent this condo again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo #53. It was clean and had plenty of storage for all of us. Beds were comfy and we loved that all the rooms had ceiling fans. They provided beach equipment which we used and appreciated! The pool was nice and had super easy access. The owners were communicative and quick! We would absolutely rent this condo again if we find ourselves back in Cocoa Beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Spanish Main. The condo was beautiful, clean, and had all the amenities our family needed- beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, beach towels, pool noodles and more. The beautiful beach is just a few steps away, and provides the perfect viewing grounds if you are fortunate enough to find yourself here for a rocket launch. It was the perfect distance to Kennedy Space Center. I would highly recommend this property and property manager for your next family vacation.

We had the best experience. The place was very clean and organized. It came with all the amenities we needed. Each room has a large tv and the rooms/closets were very big. Owner was extremely quick to respond. She reassured us that the place was good to go and our trip would not be affected by the hurricane. She was easy to talk to during the trip and offered great recommendations for local places. The location was right on the beach but there was a pool too. Can get everywhere within a 10 minutes via car.

This was exactly as expected. Great setup on the beach and with the pool. The condo itself was perfect for the 6 of us…plenary of space. The only downside (and we knew coming in) was the fact the was no propane grill available which for us was a bummer. The kitchen could also use more plates and glasses but other than that it was perfect. Would highly recommend

Great place for our family to visit. Dad in wheel chair was able to get around, little tricky with the bathroom, but it worked. He loved sitting on the deck watching the waves. The beach was a great spot to watch the rocket launch at night. An amazing light show for sure. Parking is a little tough at times, but that is the only negative we see. Just about every morning there was someone cleaning the pool and sidewalks. They do take good care of the common areas.

We had a great week at Spanish Main. Great location, easy access to the beach. No parking issues. Contact with the PM was easy. We were visiting family in the area. This was a great place to stay. My handicap father was able to wheel around and loved seeing the beach from the balcony. Would recommend.

The accommodations are fantastic. This is a mixed property of weekly rentals and permanent residence. There are a few of the residents that are rude. This aside the overall vibe is great. We will be back if we go to Coco Beach.

We wanted a place on the beach that we could enjoy in between my daughter's softball games. This was perfect. It took one minute to walk from our door to the beach, beach chairs, an umbrella, towels, etc. were provided, the pool was clean and the entire place was just nice. When it rained, we could sit on the patio area without getting wet and everything inside was clean, coordinated and just beach chic. We would definitely stay here again if coming back to Cocoa Beach.

Spanish Main 53 was the perfect get away for our family. The condo was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed including beach towels, chairs, and boogie boards. The week that we were there was cold but the beach was beautiful and very close. The pool was heated and a nice option when the water at the beach got too cold. Would stay here again!

We stayed in this condo for 12 days. It was a beautiful condo right on the beach. The location was perfect. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. We even got to see a rocket launch from the Kennedy Space center. Would definitely return.
