Our location, our owner, our room, made our stay more Fabulous

Civitavecchia port was near to guest house, we were greeted by the owner on our arrival, who told us our room was ready, pleasant surprise, he told us about all the areas good for eating places and the property was so handy for everything.

There is nothing I didn’t like. It was spotless

Francesco was an excellent host providing assistance and information when you required

The accommodation was what was advertised and expected, the double glazed windows made the room ultra quiet and it was in the centre of town so everything you need was right there

Smart Cruiser can't be late

Snack and water included soda were available after a long flight. Clean bed and bathroom. Walking distance to the free cruise ship bus stop as Francisco explains showing on a wall map. Follow his directions where and when to check out to meet the shuttle bus. Use elevator to 2nd floor to check in.

Great place to stay!

Such a convenient location to the port. And Francesco was amazing! He explained everything thoroughly and made sure we knew how to contact him if we had any questions!

Sorry, there was nothing that we didn't like about our stay.

Close to port entrance, clean, modern great place to stay

Location to the port, very modern facility, owner was helpful, and available if needed, room was small but more than adequate, clean, daily replenishment of sodas, juices, snacks, breakfast sweets. Located steps from one of the port entrances with good nearby restaurants.

Neither we or our friends had any complaints about our stay

I would honestly say that it's the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed in. Francesco was very helpful and nothing was a problem. Will definitely be back.

The hosts were extremely friendly and went through everything. The places was exceptionally clean. Great location! and you felt very safe.

Room was very close and easy if taking cruise. Room is very close to nice places to eat. Very clean room and location as well as quiet.

Would have been nice if TV had a few English speaking channels, if possible.

Location was excellent for access to the cruise terminal and accessible to restaurants nearby. Quiet. Very pretty and close to Fort Michaelangelo. We were only there for one night but would have no problem staying longer.

Good location and price for one night stay prior to cruise.

Unfortunately breakfast was not as advertised in photos (covid rules). Host was misinformed about pre-cruise covid testing policy and confused us. Noise travelled easily between guest rooms.

Great stay and lovely service

The location is perfect for people going on a cruise as it is right next to the shutte bus to the port. The owner kindly walked us to the shuttle bus stop in the morning. The service was great and they provided drinks and breakfast. The coffee offered by the owner was unforgettable. The room and the bathroom was pleasant and clean. I would 100% recommend this place!
