Aldo was a super host. We were only there for one night, but from the moment I booked his room he reached out to me to offer a personal welcome and ensure I had directions. Lots of space with a private washroom including shower.

Grazie per la splendida accoglienza!

Pulitissimo, vicino alla stazione e comodissimo sia al centro che al terminal crociere, la cosa che più merita un ritorno, è sicuramente il proprietario. Gentilissimo, disponibile e sorridente, è stato un piacere conoscere Aldo e alloggiare presso la sua struttura.

Жили как настоящие итальянцы , отличные апартаменты , добраться легко от вокзала по Google maps , главное как выйдите с вокзала ,чуть вперед , направо и будет подземный переход , туда и идти . Хозяин был очень любезен , ждал нас пару часов, Тасеева мы задержались в дороге

El trato recibido por parte de Aldo. Nos abrió las puertas de su garaje para guardar la moto y nos recibió con una botella de agua fresca, que fue "como oro" para aliviar el calor. El desayuno fue bueno y se preocupó de darnos las fuerzas necesarias para continuar el viaje en moto. Nos trató como si fuéramos amigos. Un trato cercano y muy amable. Muchas gracias por todo. A 10 minutos del puerto, para pasar la noche después de desembarcar o para ir a visitar Roma.

Don't keep searching, this is the place.

Amazing stay. The location was really convenient, the room clean and comfortable, and the ambient really cozy. But what makes this place unique is Also, his host, such a nice and attentive guy, he prepared us a great breakfast and even helped with my bike setup for the trip. Thanks Aldo, we will definitely be back!

Comfortable stay, wonderful host and economical price point.

The check-in was easy. The host was responsive to messages. Parking was available and provided upon request. The bathroom and bedroom were private and a nice size. The rooms are all locked separately so that you know you have security while there are others staying in the other rooms. The host is very knowledgeable about the area and can give ideas for sight-seeing in the city and outside of the city. The breakfast was simple, but very tasty! We were happy with our stay.

The wifi did not reach our room, so the property would benefit from wifi boosters so that the signal reaches the back of the property. It wasn't a problem for us, as we have Italian cell phones and could simply access wifi using our phone hot-spots. International travelers may feel this is an inconvenience, to use their computers or phones in the communal living area. Also, we visited in January, and Italy has strict laws on energy use. This means that the heat doesn't come on until the evening (around 6pm or so). Our room was quite cold before the heat came on. The heat also turns off early in the morning, so it's not extremely warm when you wake up. This is not something the property owner controls. I'm only mentioning this so that international travelers who aren't aware of the Italian energy laws are aware, especially in the winter months. The blankets on the bed were warm though, and we were not cold when we were in bed for the night.

Aldo, the caretaker is very friendly guy and also resourceful. This place is near the port and is clean. It is a B&B and great place to park your bags and roam around.

Nothing to dislike... For the room rent it served my purpose well.

Amazing stay, thank you Aldo for your hospitality!

Great location, 5min from downtown. Train station is 10min away so it made it easy to connect to other cities. The room is spacious, large TV, private bathroom and nice sharing living room and kitchen. Wifi isn’t the best but we didn’t care much for it. The best part is the owner, he is super hospitable and helpful. We came late at night and he was very understanding, provided us with all information we needed. Breakfast is a classic Italian coffee and danish style which we loved.

Only wifi, but as mentioned its not a dealbreaker.

The perfect accommodation in Civitavecchia

We arrived after the normal check-in time, due to our ferry being late. The host was super understanding and even offered to pick us up at the Harbour, which we sadly didn't see in time. When we arrived, he offered us a bottle of cold water, which was super appreciated and a really nice gesture. The room itself and the private bathroom were both large, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was nice and the host had a couple of recommendations for Civitavecchia for us, after we asked him. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

The host went out of his way to accommodate and there was a warm welcome on arrival. The garaged parking for the motorbike was great. It's in a quiet area only a few minutes from the port so great when arriving or leaving by ferry. Couldn't asked for better.

Superb

Big room, confy bed, quality sheets. A bathroom that can be used by two persons at the same time..rare find. Usually small bathrooms add more to the stress of traveling and being in a new place. Aldo, our host went beyond our expectations: we asked for a late check-in and he waited for us at the gate, helped us with the luggage and the parking- we were very happy with that, at no extra cost. The morning started with a good breakfast and Aldo's big smile. Really appreciate it!

The bedroom, the quietness.

Breakfast was the only part we did not like, as it was really minimal. Also the car parking is not confortable, as it is in a garage separated from the ma in building, but anyway the car was covered for the night.

Superb

It looks better in real than in the picture. The host was so nice. Everyday we got coffe, fresh pastery, jogurt and etc. It is located 10 minutes to sea. The living room looks like in a fairytale. I woule go there again.
