Villa, 2 Bedrooms each with extra bed, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4/6)-
An important procedure has been implemented that allows to disinfects the house 100% at every guest departure. It is an OZONO MACHINE suitable for ensuring a total and perfect sanitization of all internal spaces and all furnishings from bacteria and viruses.
Disinfectant gel for your hands and disinfectant spray for surfaces will be provided.
There are two large bedrooms each with kingbed and extrabed, each with private bathroom. One bathrom with shower and the other with bathtub and shower. Each bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the sea. There is also a solarium of 100 square meters from where you could admire an amazing sea view... with sun loungers, table with chairs for outdoor dining, barbecue corner with gazebo. All teak wood furnishings.
House La Torricella is also air-conditioned and has free Wi-Fi.
To access the Structure there are two possibilities:
-there is a public lift that leads from the main road to a panoramic walk and after few stairs interspersed with landings you enter the House. The lift is open from 7:30 until midnight and periodically the lift is stopped for maintenance. In alternative there are stairs (120)
-There is the possibility of organizing a paid baggage transport service, the cost depends on how many pieces of luggage.
The property is only ten minutes on foot to the centre of Amalfi and Atrani, where it is possible to choose between various fine-dining restaurants with accessible prices and true Mediterranean cooking.
From Amalfi, it is easy to visit other locations, such as Ravello, Sorrento, Positano, Capri, Ischia, Mt Vesuvio, Paestum, Ercolano and the Pompeii ruins via daily sea connections or by local SITA bus or our confidence local driver.
The House La Torricella rate: air conditioning/heating ,housekeeping service, private washing machine, linens, towels, amenities, available on arrival, electricity are included in the price.
There is a toll public parking very close to the property.

This property was a highlight of our Amalfi coast trip. Great location! Easy to walk into Amalfi Town or Atrani. The house was a great size, lots of room for the 4 of us. Oliviero and his wife were amazing hosts, from emailing in advance and assisting us with things to do, a driver to Ravello and a great lunch recommendation/reservation while we were there. The house is set-up with everything you could want/need. Thy also provided coffee, eggs, toast, yogurts, etc. which was so great to have since we wake up much earlier than our children. The best part -
the views both from the bedroom terraces and the large rooftop terrace. Simply amazing. We cannot wait to have a chance to return.

The pictures just don't do it justice. The location is absolutely incredibly beautiful. We have travelled alot and we agreed it's the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. The house is very conveniently located. There are some stairs to contend with but if you aren't living like the Italians on the Amalfi coast, then you need to stay on a resort / get a hotel room - it's part of the experience. I do recommend having Oliver / Lella setup a baggage porter service for you - very affordable. Transport from the train station can be easily setup / affordable. Oliver and Lella were awesome. They helped us tremendously in getting there, getting setup, advice while there, etc.. There was a very nice welcome "basket" / collection of food - very nice.The minicruise with Oliver was fantastic and highly recommended. The culture, and food is just incredible. There is so much to do from the minicruise, to ferry to Postiano, to bus ride to Ravello for evening dinner / watch the sunset, to walking to Amalfi for shopping / breakfast, to hanging out in one of the small cafes in Atrani. The house is very traditional and well-appointed - just perfect for the 6 of us. The rooftop solarum is the jewel of the house. I could live on the solarium - we spent alot of time up there - it's actually two-tiered, which don't really show in the pictures. It really is hard to put into words how great the house and the hosts are. You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I took our granddaughter on a trip to the Amalfi coast for a week. We had a wonderful stay at House La Torricella. It was so nice to wake up to a spectacular view of Atrani and the Sea. The house and views are just as beautiful as the pictures show. The location makes for an easy walk to downtown Atrani or through the pedestrian tunnel to Amalfi. The house was well stalked with provisions for dining-in. Oliver and his wife were very gracious and were eager to offer helpful suggestions on how to get the most enjoyment during our stay. We would highly recommend this location for guests to stay while on the Amalfi Coast.

The house is exactly as pictured and the views of Atrani from the rooftop terrace and bedrooms are spectacular. We were so grateful to have chosen this quiet and charming location especially when returning from hectic nearby Amalfi, Capri and Positano. Lella and Oliver are the sweetest hosts and have thought of everything including a welcome pantry with staples of that you need to start your vacation: eggs, milk, yogurt, fruit/veges, coffee, water and as stated in other reviews, wine and beer for additional purchase. One of the main reasons I chose this house is that the hosts have an extensive local knowledge and can make any arrangements that you need for restaurants reservations. We booked high speed train from roma/airport transportation to paris. Taxi transports was so necessary for us because it made it easier to travel between the towns as the ferry was not an option bc of our seasickness plus we didn’t want to wait for the sita bus which was slower and scheduling inconvenient. The lift does take 1 eu each way; is very convenient and clean. Expect stairs everywhere in the Amalfi and the route to the villa from the elevator is such a pleasant and picturesque stroll. Porter service can be arranged ahead of your stay if you need (we didn’t need) Be sure take a taxi to Ravello and enjoy Cimbrone and Rufolo gardens. Wish we could have taken Oliver’s boat cruise it looked amazing. If you can, try to hike the Path of the Gods into Positano and have a gelato/sorbetti daily.

This property is conveniently located between Amalfi and Atrani. A short walk to the center of both locations. My spouse and i stayed here with another couple. Oliver and Lella are fabulous hosts. They gave wonderful restaurant suggestions and helped us book a winery visit. Our one regret was that we could not book a day on the boat due to choppy seas. The rooftop was a wonderful place to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of an action-packed day. And our hosts had a stock of nice wines from which we could purchase without the need to find a store. They also very thoughtfully stocked the refrigerator with some food staples so we could have breakfast (and coffee!) the first morning. Made for much less stress on that first day. The villa is quite lovely, and we would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!!

179 steps a long walk then more steps with all baggage that's after you get in and out of a realy dirty elevator that you need a euro coin piece to make work, bags of trash every where.
The apartment had bars on windows/doors in need of general updating, cracked walls tiles with mold , the sun deck view is wonderful if you look pass rusted old furniture molding pillows and broken umbrella all now trash just left there. So very disappointed we decided it was too depressing so after 3 days we decided to leave, our dream
to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary here would was not to be, along with all that money we had saved.

First of all, Oliver is a fantastic host. He has a tremendous ecosystem of contacts in Amalfi that he leverages to make sure you have everything you need. It started well in advance of our arrival, when he arranged to have my family picked up from the train station in Napoli. It continues when you arrive, with restaurant recommendations where he has known the owners/managers for more than 20 years!
The unit itself is exactly as pictured and described. The view from the bedrooms and the the terrace is absolutely incredible. You can’t get a better one! He makes sure that it’s well stocked, like many places in Amalfi it is hard to get supplies to, so he takes care of it! We had planned to eat in restaurants so, the supplies he provided were perfect for what we needed for breakfast.
We spent a day on Oliver’s boat to see Amalfi from the ocean, and it was fantastic. The price is competitive with other providers, and as with other elements of our visit, it was well stocked with drinks and food. His knowledge of the area is fantastic. And if you ask my 15 year old daughter what was the highlight of her amazing 2 week trip to Italy (1 week at an incredible villa just south of Florence; 4 days in Amalfi; and, 4 days in Rome), she will tell you it was the day on the boat in Amalfi! The water is incredible, and there’s no better way to access it that the 3 places we stopped to swim!
All told, it was a fantastic experience. Thank you Oliver, you were a great host.

I can't find words to express how amazing our stay was. Oliver and Lella are more than owners, they are amazing hosts and beautiful people. He helped with all of our logistics coming and going from Rome, while in Atrani and with all the little things a traveler with limited Italian will need.
From our arrival in Rome, he helped select the best train, coordinated a driver and met us as we were dropped off. He and Lella gave us a tour and you can tell immediately, how proud they are of the area and love hosting guests.
Food and drink was available in the house (free of charge), and a quick recommendation for dinner really helped. The house held my wife and I, 2 college age young adults and my15 year old with ease. It was clean, every thing worked and the patio view is simply breathtaking.
It's an easy walk to and from Atrani or Amalfi, especially for my kids. The elevator was very useful for us older kids. :-)
We opted for the boat cruise Oliver hosts and I can't recommend more highly. It will be the day we speak of most I think...beautiful views, food, drinks and swimming. I could have sat and listened to Oliver for days.
When the time came to leave, they made all the logistics for us and personally ensured the driver came when and where we needed. Very kind.
Finally, I have to say the communication was exceptional and very reassuring. I'd recommend using Whatsup. Very responsive and helpful.
Simply put, if we ever have the opportunity to return, I know where I'll be staying. It was exactly as advertised and we couldn't have asked for more.

Amalfi
Oliver was a gracious host. Upon arrival he met us where our driver dropped us off and brought us to the unit. The refrigerator was stocked with necessities to avoid a grocery store trip after a long day of traveling. Plus he had beer and wine available, for purchase. The villa was clean and comfortable for four. A good location, accessible for exploring other cities on the coast. The only negative is the furniture on the roof. The view was spectacular but didn’t enjoy it as much as we would have, if the furniture was nice. Overall, great time.

Long wedding weekend in Amalfi
My family came to Amalfi for the first time for a wedding. Oliver and Lella were wonderful hosts. They were so helpful with things like arranging car transport to and from the airport and our different venues. They also went above and beyond by securing a cot for our 1 year old so that we didn't have to travel with one. The home was lovely and a short walk into the center of town. We'd really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Host, Location and View!
I am a frequent VRBO user and this is one of my all time favorite properties.
Here is why:
The host - Oliver is one of the best hosts I've ever had. There was a detailed check in to make sure we felt at home, plus he thought of everything to help us enjoy our stay. They pre-bought a few basic food items so we had something immediately, all free of charge. Plus they had numerous wine and beer available for purchase.
Location - Atrani is the perfect location on the Amalfi Coast. Having experienced it, I would not want to stay in Amalfi, but near it. This is less than a 10 minute walk from Amalfi, but you have the feel and experience of a genuine Italian seaside village with Atrani.
View - Last but not least, the view from here is absolutely breathtaking. Every bedroom looks over the sea, and the solarium view is blocked by nothing. You'll feel like you're on top of the world!
Overall, one of the best stays we've had. Book here and you'll be glad you did!

Spectacular View!
Everything about the property is just as pictured, comfortable Italian style villa! The kitchen & bathrooms furnished with everything you need & we appreciated all the basic first days needs, coffee, milk, breads, juices provided. The bedrooms are spacious & the beds are very comfortable. We loved having balcony doors open at night & listening to sounds of the ocean. The most incredible thing about the house is the view...it's just stunning! To get this view, there is some walking involved, but there is an elevator & Oliver can help if you're older, like our group! Oliver also can help arrange an amazing driver to take you to Positano, Pompeii, wherever. It was a magical, wonderful trip!

Aside from the climb up and down to the elevator or into the town square, the location and spectacular views from the house are something we will never forget. Loved our visit to Amalfi … with the added bonus of Atrani! Outstanding location to see all of the coastal towns… great food too! Easy to ferry and bus everywhere. Memorable stay in beautiful Amalfi
We really enjoyed our stay here. The home has gorgeous views of Atrani from the bedrooms and from the large solarium patio. You wake up with a beautiful sunrise with veins of the beach and harbor from your balcony in the rooms. The home is large and was well equipped for our family of 5. It is in a great location with wonderful beaches, restaurants and bakeries close by and about a ten minute walk to Amalfi and 5 to the Adtrani Plaza.Oliver and Lella are fabulous hosts and arranged all of our transportation/tour needs to the airport, Pompeii, Villa Cimbrone and Villa Rufolo. Which was very helpful and made our trip more enjoyable not having to hassle with finding transportation. We also booked a day on Oliver’s boat, which was a lot of fun. We had a great Italian lunch onboard with plenty of drinks and wine. Visited some beautiful swimming areas, and beaches which we all enjoyed. The nearby restaurants are affordable and the food was amazing. This was a truly memorable vacation! Thank you Oliver and Lella!

A perfect place to be happy
to explore the amazing Amalfi coast and to enjoy a perfect place to stay this house is the place to be! Its an authentic house, in style, very Italian, spacious and clean. The view from the roof terras is stunning, as it is from each window and balcony. There are a lot of nice restaurants nearby, as well as lovely beaches. The owner is very helpful and kind.

Amazing stay
My husband and another couple travelled to the Amalfi Coast for a week in October and stayed here. Oliviero and Lella are wonderful hosts. They had a driver pick us up at the Napoli train station and deliver us to their beautiful rental. Oliviero was there to greet us. The house is well equipped and is great for 2 couples. Lots of room/ privacy with 2 king size bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and the rooftop terrace is fantastic!! This is a great location to visit the beautiful area from. The bus and ferries are easy to use and there is a pedestrian tunnel to walk through to Amalfi port. Treat yourselves and enjoy Oliviero' s boat cruise. You won't be disappointed.

Perfect location and perfect hosts
The location (easy walk to either Amalfi town or Atrani) was perfect. The views of sunrise or evenings from the terrace were like being in a movie. Our hosts Oliver and Lella were great and responsive to our every question. From the beginning, being met at the parking garage, shown all the details of the apartment and having the fridge full of fresh fruit and vegetables, this worked out perfectly for us. Absolutely breathtaking views on Amalfi Coast
My husband, two sons and I stayed here for four nights.
We traveled from Rome after coming in from the states. Great contact before our arrival to get our arrival time. Owners set up transport from train in Salerno to the home with a private driver who was very friendly and gave us ideas on what to do once we got there. As soon as driver pulled up to the home, Oliver was there to greet us. After being travel weary, it was wonderful to be greeted with a glass of wine and fruit. Home had everything we needed and more. Oliver & his wife thought of everything. They even had juice, bread, pasta and some other grocery items in the fridge waiting for us. The views from the bedrooms are phenomenal and the patio had absolutely incredible views of the sea. Short walk to Amalfi shops and boat excursions. We wanted to thank Oliver & his wife for going the extra mile for our trip. Even at the end of the trip they had a gentlemen to help us get our bags to the lift. If you're looking for a relaxing place to stay, this is it! If you like to shop, Amalfi has many shops and restaurants that are easily accessible. We stay at many VRBO homes for vacations and there are owners that go that extra mile. These are owners that go that extra mile!!! Enjoy you

Perfect Location in Amaklfi
Love the views, Love the location. This property is conveniently
located with just a short walk to the center of Amalfi. The view actually is around the corner from Amalfi and overlooks the small village of Atrani - away from the noise and bus traffic in Amalfi. Please note, there are hills and steps - you're not going to escape that! If you prefer, there is a public lift (elevator) just a short walk from the property that will bring you down to the sea level. Amalfi itself is an energetic town with a great selection of shops and restaurants and there is no shortage of beautiful sights. It's also a great hub to plan additional day trips to Positano, Sorrento, Capri, etc.
The property itself is immaculate and has a great rooftop patio. Oliver and Lella are tremendous hosts and go out of their way to ensure your trip is worry free. For example: they stocked the refrigerator and cabinets with enough food to get you started without worry. Milk, juices, fruits, eggs, coffee, croissants, makings for a quick pasta dinner, and the list goes on! In addition, our hosts went the extra mile to help and arrange a private driver from Naples airport. This was especially challenging on both ends, as our inbound flight was extremely late due to delays - We arrived at 2am at the home only to find Oliver waiting for us! An on the outbound, equally challenging as we had to leave at 3am for an early Naples departure. Our family was certainly appreciative of all that help and support!
While not a real detriment, we did manage to trip the master power breaker several times. Likely due to running the A/C units, and doing laundry! Aside from that, we would certainly recommend this property for your visit to the Amalfi area!

The owners very responsive to any requests. Wine and beer available at the home and you can pay as you drink. Came with groceries which allowed us to eat breakfast at home. A beautiful home with all amenities needed, slippers, robes, hair dryer and Ac in the bedrooms. The terrace view is breathtaking and the home central on the coast and 7 min walk to town. Oliver was the perfect host, from arranging transportation and guides to dinner recommendations.
My husband and two sons rented Oliver’s place for 4 nights in June. The views of Atrani and the Mediterranean are amazing. It is a short walk to the beach and town of both Atrani and AmalfI. you can take the elevator to a tunnel to Amalfi or Atrani or their are stairs that take you straight down to the city center of Atrani.
The house was as described and we were happy with our accommodations. Bedrooms are spacious and very cool, AC units in each. The kitchen and living area do not have AC, but we found that if you close the doors to the kitchen off, the AC from the bedrooms will cool down the living area. On the roof you have your own terrace to relax on or eat dinner, like we did one evening.
Two days in a row, we rented Oliver’s boat and spent they day cruising along the beautiful Amalfi Coast. What a treat that was! Again, Oliver was an incredible host. We preferred eating on the boat instead of docking and eating on land. Gave us more tome to enjoy the water.

Location of this property is perfect with a wonderful view!! Really enjoyed this spacious and clean home. Oliver and Lella were gracious hosts and made our family feel very welcome. They truly went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us!!!

Amazing!
Oliver and Lella are wonderful hosts! They think of everything...help with luggage, recommendations for restaurants and day trips, welcome toast and food in fridge! The wine on premises for purchase was also a terrific convenience. Highly recommend this place if you are heading to Amalfi Coast!
