Comfortable

This is a very nice apartment. Hot water in abundance , however the fitments need attention. It is reasonably well equipped and the bed was very comfortable for me. Stayed for 2weeks

Very noisy area, building work and dogs barking. No reception desk all remote , definitely not for me in the future.

Muy buena ubicación pero no se descansa

La ubicación es perfecta. Estaba muy limpio el apartamento!

La cama y la almohada muy incómodas! La insonorización de la habitación muy mala. Le faltaban cositas básicas como: cepillo y sartén.

Totalmente recomendable.

Ubicado en pleno centro de Almería pero en una calle tranquila. Sofá muy cómodo para dormir. TV grande con Netflix incluido (aunque nosotros no tuvimos tiempo para ver la tele, es todo un detalle).

Complicado aparcar en la zona pero es normal estando situado en pleno centro. Bastante molesto el ruido del ascensor. Para estancias de más de 1-2 días se debería disponer de más de 1 toalla por persona.

Corta pero suficiente

La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro de Almería. Y los electrodomésticos, como el frigorífico y la tostadora nos parecieron excepcionales.

Pues que tuve que llamar comunicando por tercera vez que mi móvil se había roto y que contactaran con los móviles de mi familia. Finalmente, nos encontramos en la puerta de la casa sin ninguna información a los teléfonos que comenté, por lo cual tuvimos que contactar telefónicamente. Otra cosa, es que si poníamos el aire acondicionado y alguien utilizaba el cuarto de baño, los olores se dispersaban por toda la casa, y eso no es muy agradable.

trendy homes is a perfect place to stay in Almeria. I highly recommend it!!

the apt was fully equipped with everything you need. it is clean, modern and functional. a very spacious living area with a huge window opening to the outdoors. the location is perfectly located to the histórico centro.

The communication with the hosts was smooth and fluid all the time. They were very accommodating and always prepare to help you, making you feel at home. The location is fantastic, in the heart of the city. You can walk to the main attractions, markets, cafés, restaurants and shops in short distance. The apartment is functional and well equipped.

Very relaxing stay in the city centre

The host was extremely helpful - she allowed me to drop my bags in the apartment early while it was still being cleaned, she also sent me directions to a local supermarket that was open on a Sunday as most shops are closed on Sunday in the town, also she popped round in the evening to drop off the kitchen cleaning pack which the cleaner had forgotten to leave behind. Overall a very good experience, and the location of the apartment is very good for access to local monuments and the beach.

The mattress on the bed was a little too thin for me but I guess everybody has a different preference so for some it could be perfect.

Superb

Flat was large and comfy, location was great - close enough to attractions but not loud.

Dropping off luggage is a bit tricky, we ended up blocking someone's garage for a bit. It seemed like the dishes/cookware weren't cleaned between stays.

Very close to everything, very clean. Oriana was very helpful.

No mirror in bedroom so had to do makeup in bathroom. Extra blankets would of been good as was rather chilli at night.

Practical and central city apartment with modern equipment

Modern, well equipped and quiet apartment near the city center. Plenty of shops and groccery stores, restautants etc nearby. Washing machine. Host was extremely helpful. Great smart TV. Working A/C with heating.

very comfortable apartment. everything you need is there. Good location, close to the center.

the bedroom is big so a bigger bed would be nice. Parking is difficult but you can rent parking space for the days you are there. The owner gives you advice.

Nice well equiped apartment close to old town.

Nice property in excellent location. The appartment was very well equiped .Sundries including coffee, cleaning products and lovely toiletries were also supplied.Ariana was always available if needed.

There wasn't any english speaking channel on the TV. Would have liked an information pack with a map and local information etc . It could also include the host's tips on activities and places to visit and recomendations on best places to eat.

A great base to s

I've stayed here before so I knew it would be a great place to work and enjoy the city. Spacious and well equipped apartment. The roof terrace is a nice place to relax in the evening - shame that the chairs were in a bad state.

The coffee machine did not work. I didn't sleep in the living area but if someone did, the fridge would be very noisy.

Dog-friendly place... there are not so many in the city centre! Good location. Spacious.

Outdoor working with remote control and it was supposed to be opened remotely after my phone call, and it happened, but I had to call several times before anyone picked up the phone! Hospital feeling inside. All is white!

Excellent apartment in central location.

The hosts for this property have been responsive and helpful right from the time of booking. Nothing seems to have been too much trouble! The apartment is large and bright, and spotlessly clean. As we were there for 3 weeks we had a full weekly clean with fresh bed linen and towels. Location of the property is excellent, easy walking distance to everything you would want to see. A range of toiletries, and kitchen necessities, supplied - much more than one would expect in a rental.

Not much! Some local building work was a bit noisy but that is hardly the fault of the hosts.

Host is enormously helpful. Nothing is too much. Location is excellent. Everything on your doorstep spacious and comfortable Huge TV if you want to watch something and chill.

Good stay the one way system small streets a challenge at times garage parking a must

Location of the property was very good close to a Parking garage cheaper if you pay at the gate guard than the machine.

Didn't like the building works next door very noisy but as we were out most of the time bearable workers start early......

Great apartment made for an enjoyable stay

Location was perfect, quiet street a few minutes walking away from the main sights. Apartment was clean, bright and comfortable.

A nice apartment and would stay again if more instructions were left for visitors. Great location.

Great location and nice apartment. Clean and comfy. Nice shower products, bath and shower available.

Difficult to get through to someone to get the entry details. Would have preferred an earlier check too, No instructions on how to use the induction hob or the heating. The shower went cold during 2nd shower of the day.
