About this house rental

This home has been recently updated with a fresh new look by our local design team, including a refinished POOL !!! You are only a 5 min drive to all major beaches and close to lots of great local restaurants and activities. Boca Ciega Millennium Park is within walking distance. This 2,100 square foot home has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and is a great place to host family and friends. This spacious home features hardwood flooring, a large bright white kitchen with granite and stainless steel, featuring views of the pool, fenced backyard for the kids, and poolside dining for the adults. We are excited to host your group.

• For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean with plenty of space. The sliding glass doors were tough to open and close and some lounge furniture by the pool would have been nice, but those are my only complaints. Would stay here again.

The property was as described in the listing.. it was clean and very spacious. The pool was great. The kitchen has high end appliances. There were a few things that could be improved upon to make this great. There is not enough seating in the common areas. If your rental sleeps 10, 10 people should be able to sit together in the living room. We blew up 2 air mattresses to allow for more seating. Also, the only tv in a common area is in the front living room which is away from the open kitchen, dining room and family room where everyone spends time together. We had to buy an extension cord to plug the tv in in the second bedroom and a paint can was supporting the bed frame in that room. If these things were fixed, we would definitely rent again.

The communication was amazing, the house was perfect for my family. Quiet neighborhood and close to shopping and the beach. Would most definitely recommend this house to anyone!

Great property, but could use some freshening up

Great property, but could use some freshening up

We stayed two weeks at this property and had a great time, there was plenty of space, everything was very clean, the back yard is huge and the pool was a big hit. However, as someone who owns and rents out vacation properties I noticed many things that could and should be improved. 1. There is barely any grass in the back yard and as a result, it gets muddy and is also filled with weeds and branches, I and one other person got thorns stuck in our feet as a result. Must wear shoes in the yard 2. The grill needs to be replaced, it gives off a strong chemical smell when you use it and has a hard time holding heat. I would suggest adding a normal propane grill, charcoal is a pain to deal with. 3. New furniture: the beds are not comfortable and neither is any of the furniture. There is not enough sitting capacity in the main areas of the home (two small sofas) and there is no real outdoor furniture (we had to bring our own). If you have a pool, there should be some loungers for your guests. 4. Kitchen: The filter was expired in the refrigerator and the ice maker didn’t work, this needs to be fixed ASAP. In addition, the dishwasher is not properly installed, it feels like it may fall out of the cabinetry at any moment. 5. Bedrooms: For some reason, air conditioning has trouble getting to the bedrooms, I and my guests were very hot at night in the bedrooms. In addition, the mattresses are very dull and the sheets are not comfortable. Overall, we had a good stay here, but most likely wouldn’t come back unless if some changes are made.

Great location, nice pool!

Communication with the owner was excellent and he worked with us with check in and check out. Excellent location: 10 minute drive to the beach and walking distance to a beautiful park with fantastic nature trails and views of the water and amazing sunsets. Great private pool MADE our trip! Kitchen was well outfitted. Plenty of sleeping space for parents and up to 6 kids.

Overall good but a few minor things. If you put plastic on the mattress you need to put mattress pads on the beds otherwise it is Difficult to sleep because all you do is sweat. The first night I thought the sheets were put on damp. Very uncomfortable. Also a stopper for the kitchen sink helps.
