You couldn’t have found a better location for a ptown stay. Nice outdoor area too for bbqing. It’s an older house so there are quirks to that. Good communication from the host of somehting goes wrong.

Great location with easy walk to town. Really nice to have parking and quiet neighborhood - enjoyed sitting outside in the early mornings and evenings.

Our stay on Pearl Street was fantastic. The home is a charming antique with all of the character a historical home offers. The bedroom AC units were a god-send in the crazy heatwave the Cape and elsewhere experienced during our visit to P-town. The home's location can't be beat. Right near everything on Commercial Street and a quick ride to beaches, stores etc., yet all is delightfully quiet. Spent several evenings in the yard as the temps cooled listening to birdsong, watching the bunnies and relaxing. It was a good week for the 5 of us. Thank you!

The great spaces and large front yard are perfect for groups and families. Enjoyed the well stocked kitchen every day. Perfect for grilling and relaxing in the front yard after a long day at the beach or shopping on Commercial. A very atentive host really sets this place apart. Very responsive and accommodating. Each room is appointed well with all the necessities and allowed for privacy if needed. Can't wait to be back in Ptown!

We enjoyed our stay at 34 Pearl Street very much. This historic house in Provincetown is quaint and cozy with modern conveniences and the location is perfect! It's walking distance to Commercial Street, yet away from the noise. The beautiful yard is an added plus. We would return if vacationing in P-Town again.

We would certainly stay here again, without hesitation! The home is easily walkable to the main Commercial Street, yet is removed enough to be quiet. The house itself had great character as you may imagine a 200+ year old home does. Yet the functionality is modern - Wifi was strong throughout the house, updated electrical outlets, A/C in bedrooms, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking pots and pans and plenty of glasses, and the washer & dryer were appreciated. We had 4 adults and a 13-month old baby and it was spacious - easily we could have accommodated 6 adults. There are two bedrooms on the second floor up a steep staircase (as is common in this age home) with a nice bathroom upstairs. The ground floor had the other bedroom with the full bathroom on the other side of the floor. One of the most pleasant surprises was the great backyard with a large table and plenty of seating - we spent lots of time relaxing out back!

This property gives you a first hand experience of the history and charm of P'town. It is perfect for a family or small group that want's a quiet, laid back lodging experience. There were enough modern amenities for our group, but note that parts of this house are 250 years old or more. Thus, there is a fair amount of quirkiness (e.g., the staircase is original, and created at a time when people had smaller feet. Definitely not for someone with problems ambulating). For those with an affinity for history and charm, though, it is comfortable and cozy. In addition, the rooms are spacious, and the outdoor space is great!

We loved the house. Fully furnished with all of the comforts of home. Great kitchen. Tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds. Great central location but nice and quiet at night. Our only criticisms would be that the yard could use a little gardening and the anti scald water regulator for the shower on the first floor needs to be replaced as it wasn't functioning properly. I recommend this place and would love to stay there again.

The property at 34 Pearl in Provincetown is a wonderful oasis from the hustle & bustle of the main drag (pun intended) on Commercial Street yet close enough to feel apart of it all!
The accommodations in this property are terrific. All new appliances. everything one needs for a week away in honest to goodness luxury (for the Cape) - PLUS the've got a washer dryer which came is really handy!
The space is terrific and well appointed and the parking, wifi and yard all major plusses. The owners were easy to work with and we will definitely be back next year!

We just loved the house and the location... The walk to Commercial and the Wharf was just minutes away!! The house was a step into the past but with all the modern conveniences. There was 6 in our group and everyone loved their rooms; especially the comfy queen beds! Saphira was great at responding quickly to our questions. Will definitely recommend to our friends and have tops on our list for next trip to PTown.
