Elegant and Beautiful 3 Bedroom home in the West End, with front and back porches to enjoy morning coffee or barbecues. The house is set just a short walk to downtown gives you the privacy you want but easy 10-15 minute walk to town for great restaurants, bars and museums. Also a short walk or bike ride to beaches and bike trails in national seashore. There is a sandwich shop/store with bike rentals at the entrance of West Vine for your convenience

We loved staying at this home. It was very well appointed, very clean, super comfortable and a great quite area. It had everything you could ask for. The owner was super helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The outside deck was awesome. We would definitely stay there again.

My friends and I rented this space for a week for our -now traditional- end-of-summer getaway in PTown. The house is a 10-15 min walk to the BoatSlip on Commercial Street, which provides easy access to all the fun but allows you to stay in a tranquil part of town. The gardens are beautifully groomed and the deck space is just perfect. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils we needed to cook (we loved the double oven). Stephen was a very welcoming host and prompt to respond whenever we had minor issues. Would definitely recommend it and looking forward to renting next year!

There were 4 adults and we really enjoyed the home, the deck, the garden and the neighborhood! It has a very well appointed kitchen ( I was the chef for the week)! I am going to miss cooking in your kitchen, Stephan! A lovely walk into town. We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks for your attention to detail!

I’m someone who raises an eyebrow when I read a really out-of-this-world review, because hardly any property is perfect, but this one sure comes close. The house is well-appointed and attractive, the bedrooms are comfortable and the beds a joy on which to sleep, and the bathrooms are well-decorated and great for a group (the upstairs bathroom has dual sinks). The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is modern and it was a big help to be able to stock groceries to save on some meals. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and the outside areas and landscaping are a dream. Sound like it’s too good to be true? Well, I travel a fair bit with friends, and this is hands-down the best property that we’ve booked.

Stephen’s home was perfect for our family. He made us feel welcome and was extremely friendly. The house was spacious and well stocked. The location was perfect- tucked on a quiet street but within walking distance to commercial street.

Great location, just far enough away from the center of Ptown to offer a peaceful retreat. Great kitchen. We stayed in the autumn (October 2021) which turned out to be more like an encore of summer this year, plenty of sun and cool night temps. Overall very comfy; friendly, laid-back owner who is very helpful. Note: Laundry is downstairs by the lower unit, if that's important (not to us).

We were 3 couples getting away. We were lucky to find a house with 3 adult bedrooms. You wouldn’t think it would be so hard to find 3 “queen” beds in Ptown. But this house fit the bill. That turned out to be just the first of many pluses for this well equipped, tastefully decorated and super clean home situated within walking distance of PTown’s world famous downtown. The few questions we had were readily and happily answered by Stephen. You will be hard pressed to find a house between Orleans and Provincetown better suited for a group of friends to share good times in a vibrant community. We plan on returning.

This house has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and a great kitchen for cooking when you want to eat in. It's within walking distance to shopping, the pier, and great restaurants. The owner is very helpful and easy to work with. Without a doubt, we will stay here again.

The house was in a great spot, and very spacious. The back yard sitting area needed some tidying so we couldn’t use this space. The couch was also quite dated. Overall was a good week - the above made the difference in being just good instead of great.

I can't say enough about our experience at this property. Stephen was delightful and incredibly helpful. The property is beautiful - eclear and bright with beautiful grounds. Our kids felt at home and the adults enjoyed the excellent kitchen amenities and gorgeous deck. The location can't be better for Bradford and Commercial Streets and the beaches. We rode our bikes everywhere and thoroughly enjoyed our week.

A superb house that beautifully accommodated 3 friends. Quiet, totally relaxing, great indoor and outdoor space with stunning gardens! The owner was readily available for any questions or support. Fortunately this house was not in the center of town but an easy walk/bike to both the beach or Commercial street.

This house is pretty big and beautiful yet very cozy- if you enjoy cooking the kitchen is fab! Beautiful bathrooms and the 3 bedrooms are all very nicely decorated. Stephen is an excellent host and he was available to help us if we needed anything or if we needed advice with where to go in town. The location is house is great: Right off Bradford, the house is surrounded by beautiful nature and a great yard. We throughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back!

We have come to P-Town many times over the past two-plus decades - say 15 times, including our wedding. We chose Stephen's wonderful home because it was in a quiet location and beautiful neighborhood. Stephen is a fantastic host, welcoming and friendly. His home is comfortable and roomy, especially for the three of us who were staying there.If you like to cook, you'll be in heaven as Stephen has every possible kitchen utensil and the kitchen is roomy and well designed.We look forward to our next visit to P-Town and Blueberry Ave!
