Old warehouses have been renovated into residential and office space, and upscale restaurants and a vibrant nightlife have made The Gulch one of the hottest neighborhoods in Nashville.

Anchored in The Gulch since 1974, Station Inn is Nashville’s foremost home for authentic bluegrass and offers live acoustic music nightly. A far cry from its trendy neighbors, Station Inn keeps it simple with pizza, beer, and some of the best Americana and bluegrass music around. I brought my wife and 4 boys between the ages of 15 - 20. We spent most of our time downtown and at other attractions during our visit. We did watch the fireworks from the rooftop and the view was gorgeous. In terms of the property, it was fine but it did seem worn down. Furniture and some of the walls inside seemed sort of beat up and the outdoor furniture was as well. It wasn't anything major that prevented us from enjoying our stay, but it was noticeable enough to where my wife and I sort of questioned the price. But again for our needs, it met those. My family had fun, and that's what counts.

A group of 6 of us enjoyed our stay at Nashview! There was plenty of room for everyone and the home worked out well. Pros: large rooms, high ceilings, plenty of dishes/supplies, Rooftop patio, plenty of towels, easy check in and out, good communication Cons: dealt with a lot of ants, living room furniture could use some updating, a lot of stairs to navigate. (One member of our group ended up on crutches just before the trip so stairs were difficult) It is a growing area just outside the gulch so there is quite is bit of construction currently going on. We drove into main downtown most days, the gulch area is walkable from the home. Overall, we had a great time at Nashview!

We really enjoyed our stay, the location was close enough to walk to the city and the apartment was very nice with the best part being the rooftop view.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a blast and the rental was beautiful. Best roof top ever! The place is worn and needs some freshening up (paint, missing towel bars, light bulbs burnt out...) But when I told them the a/c was not working on one floor, they responded immediately. Great rental for Nashville! ( Not great for older, bad knees...lots of stairs in the rental unit!😊)

Great choice, served our needs well. There are some basic items though that we typically expect to find at rental places, lacking here: -Kitchen drying rack -Oven mitts (!) -Broom -Soap dish/rack in showers (!) -Hooks/bar to hang your towel (!) -Games/cards -Would be nice to have some teas, along with the coffee provided (thank you). Otherwise great, just be ready for lots of stairs.
