Our group of 8, 4 in our 50s and 4 early 20s, came to celebrate a 21st birthday! The house was PERFECT and a wonderful host! Clean, spacious, and welcoming!!! Perfect for a larger group with easy access for Ubering to the Broadway nightlife or Gulch!

The house was as advertised! Very clean property and working with the host for check in and check out was awesome! Our group had a great time in Nashville and the location was perfect for us. I would recommend this property and host 100 times over! The property was clean and very well maintained. Our group ended every evening enjoying the rooftop fire pit and lounge area.

This is a wonderful place for a group-lots of room for gathering and cooking. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing a meal. We were up on the rooftop every night during our visit-great views of downtown Nashville. Downtown is only a short Uber away. I highly recommend Ryan's house!

Ryan was super accommodating and friendly! The house was perfect for our group and a very quick Uber to everything we needed. We spent several nights enjoying the roof top!
The perfect location close to everything but just out of the chaos as well!

The host was extremely welcoming and responsive - provided us with plenty of helpful recommendations for things to do and see in the area. The house had plenty of room for our group of 9.
The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Rooftop deck was amazing. The living room was cozy and perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. And the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable - we all slept like babies!
We would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay in Nashville. The value was unbeatable, and we can't wait to come back again soon!

Our group of four all enjoyed this beautiful home to celebrate our Mom’s 60th birthday in Nashville. The location was perfect for all we did and a quick Uber into downtown. All the rooms were so nicely decorated. The master was gorgeous! We loved the rainfall shower and TV. The bed was also very cozy. We enjoyed making breakfast in the large kitchen and toasting to great memories on the rooftop deck with the cityscape in the background. The coffee bar with hazelnut and vanilla syrups was such a nice touch! Ryan was super helpful with dinner suggestions in the Germantown neighborhood nearby and quick to answer any questions we had. On our first night, there was a couple passing by who were very loud and argumentative. When reporting the incident to Ryan, he made us feel heard and safe, assuring us it wasn’t someone who lived nearby after he too heard it on the security cameras. After that, we had no other disturbances. My only suggestion would be for small TVs in the other guest rooms and attending to the landscaping and outside areas a bit more. The home had lots of spider webs and a small bees’ nest forming on the porch. It also sits next to a gated lot that’s overgrown and has a pond. The frog was a bit loud at night to drown out while sleeping. Of course that’s not something the host can control, hence the 5-stars. Overall, we’d highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to be close to it all but enjoy a calmer home base away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway.

The house was beautiful, clean and everything we were looking for. I hosted a total of 11 ladies for a bachelorette weekend away. (Nashvegas!) Ryan, the owner was so attentive and kind. We couldn't get the firepit lit. He came over and got it going for us in under 5 min. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed for our weekend. Beds were super comfortable. Everyone raved about the house and the location. I highly recommend renting from this host. He is tops and so are his properties!

We had a large group. This house fit our needs and was exactly as described. The host was prompt in all responses and even took extra time to send us a list of restaurants and other activities in the area. He had all the extras to make you feel at home like: stocked coffee bar, makeup wipes, toiletries and plenty of bedding and towels! Only a 5 minute Uber ride to Broadway! We loved our stay. Thank you!

We were a group of 11 ladies traveling to Nashville from Oregon to celebrate two of us turning 60! The home was perfect for a large group! We had plenty of space for all of us and had a great time! The home was located close to Broadway, so it was only a short uber ride to get to things. Ryan was in great communication with me and quickly responded to my questions and even sent me a list of recommendations for restaurants and activities. We loved the rooftop patio!

Perfect for groups!! We had 8 ladies stay here and never felt overcrowded. Home is very well stocked with all your basic supplies plus little extras. Rooftop is perfect place to unwind and relax. Check in and out is seamless.
Walking distance to Broadway or a very short Uber ride.
Great neighborhood with cute shops, restaurants, and bars.
Highly recommended! Host Ryan is fantastic!

Ryan’s home was cozy and comfortable! A short Uber ride to all the action but far enough away to relax. Would recommend his home to anyone and will book again if I’m ever back in Nashville with a big group.

We were in town for a three day event at The Country Music Hall of Fame, took an Uber each day to the event, very easy to be picked up and dropped off!
Never had any problems with the house while we were there but prior to our stay Ryan’s communication was spot on and very informative about restaurants and things to do in Nashville! Very clean and well stocked, would definitely stay again!!!

Ryan was a fantastic host, had excellent communication, clear (and easy) checkout instructions, and had a beautiful house that we made a ton of memories in! The master bedroom and bathroom seemed to be the place we all spent the most time getting ready for days/nights out. Ubers arrived within 3-5 minutes every single time we called (even large capacity vehicles to the airport). We have zero complaints and would absolutely stay there again!

This is by far the best VRBO rental I have ever stayed in had a group of 8.
Ryan was a great host, great communication for any questions we had & great suggestions for places to enjoy. The house is well stocked above and beyond what most rentals are. Will definitely be back!!!

My wife and I brought our daughters to Nashville to celebrate their 21st birthday with 5 of their friends. This house was fantastic! We had plenty of room and we were just a short Uber away from Broadway. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot to enjoy a Nashville vacation! The house was amazing. It was luxurious, spacious and very clean. We enjoyed walking around the neighbourhood and walking back from Broadway on multiple occasions. The rooftop patio was a great spot for our group to wind down and discuss the highlights of our day! Our host Ryan, was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!!

Great place with plenty of space for the family and very much up to date with appliances and beds

My group consisted of 6 Nashville first-timers who are 45+ years old. The house was beautiful and communication with the owner was a excellent. The microwave died the first morning we were there and the owner has a new one dropped off within hours.
The bathrooms were gorgeous and stocked with makeup wipes, a hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner and body wash. The kitchen had all the necessities and there was a gas grill on the back patio. The rooftop was awesome and perfect for a morning workout.
The only "negative" were the extra firm mattresses. Bring a mattress topper if you prefer anything softer than extra firm. I piled up blankets for softness and slept fine.
Uber/Lyft to downtown was a 5 minute ride and between $7-20 depending on time of day. When ordering your ride, get dropped off and picked 2 blocks off Broadway for a faster and cheaper ride.
The neighborhood is quiet and there is parking behind the house for 2 cars and free on-street parking. There's a Family Dollar next door and a Kroger's a few blocks away.
Overall, we loved the house and would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay--house was awesome! Lots of little extras--especially enjoyed the nice coffee station setup and the great rooftop deck. Very easy to get Ubers over to Broadway where we spent most of our time. Ryan was a great host and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here when in Nashville. We chose this house because it was one of the few that had a bedroom, full bathroom, and living area on the 1st floor. The house was really nice and clean. We loved the master bathroom. The large vanity comes in handy when you have several trying to get ready in the morning. The kitchen was really nice too. We would love to come back, stay longer, and enjoy all the amenities this house has to offer. This house has great outdoor space. We enjoyed watching the sunrise on the rooftop deck and sitting on the back patio. We did not use the firepit on the rooftop deck. If we had more time to spend at the house, we would have enjoyed the firepit. It is close to the Farmer’s Market and the Capital. (FYI: Farmer’s Market has free parking, and it is one of the stops on the Hop on Hop off Trolley tour. You can park/walk to Farmer’s Mrkt and catch the Trolley. (You will have to have your ticket before you hop on.) Use the trolley for transportation to various sites. When you are done take the Trolley back to the Farmer’s Mrkt. (before 4:30pm) This way you don’t have to pay for parking at the various sites. The last pickup is at 4:30pm, so this will work during the daytime.) Ryan did a great job of giving us all the information we needed. He gave clear instructions on everything. We had no issues, so no reason to contact him. We hope to visit Nashville again and we will definitely stay here again.

Close to downtown. Don’t let the neighborhood scare you, it’s very safe. House was very clean and had a great kitchen for entertaining. The upstairs patio has a great view of downtown. Definitely recommend.

The house was perfect for us--a bedroom for every couple, and lots of room and spaces to spread out and enjoy. The master is especially gorgeous and luxurious. The kitchen was so well equipped, and they even had coffee available for the entire stay--which was a nice bonus. We used instacart for a few groceries, and that worked perfectly. The rooftop fire pit/sitting area was so nice--probably would have used more if the temps were a little cooler, but still a great space.

Clean well decorated. Only problem was location

Owners were super helpful and responsive. Location was great with many things only a $10 Uber drive, or less. We didn’t walk anywhere from the house, because we weren’t sure how safe it was. There was a bus stop on the corner with people hanging out (sometimes sleeping on the bench) all day. Overall we had a great time. The house is very well equipped with anything you might need, and even with all showers/baths running at the same time we always had plenty of hot water.

We had an amazing time in Nashville. The house was beautiful and Ryan was great. When we arrived to Nashville and had a few dinners planned, one that required a crockpot. I reached out to Ryan to see if the house had one (we looked) he did not hesitate to order one via Amazon. He went above and beyond or our family. We can't wait to visit again!!!

Love the house it’s very beautiful. It’s close enough to boardwalk that you can almost walk but quite a little track. Once you’ve been drinking and enjoying the bands would definitely stay here again.

This was an excellent property! Plenty of room for all 8 of us! We loved the outdoor rooftop patio! Everything was very clean and welcoming! Ryan was easy to reach and very responsive. The property was close to everything we wanted to see - just a short uber ride. I would highly recommend this property to any large group headed to Nashville.

This was our first time in Nashville and really enjoyed ourselves! The property was clean and had everything you could think of that you might need during your stay! Communication with the host was excellent. The only downside to the property was the neighborhood is a little sketchy/dirty. This does not reflect at all on the actual property, but good to know if you get nervous about homeless people living on the same block, etc. I would stay here again without hesitation.

We were a group of 10 women ranging in age 21 to 73. Sisters, neices, cousins from Vt.,Boston and Oregon. The accomodations were superb. Plenty of room for everyone. Open floor plan downstairs works well. The house is spotless, which speaks volumes for the owner, our host. Ryan returned all emails answering questions within hours. I , we, would highly recomend this rental.

We had an amazing stay! The house had absolutely everything we needed. I could find some things to complain about, but that is true about everything in life. What makes this property and experience what it is is Ryan. We had the peace of mind our entire stay that he was there if we needed anything at all. When traveling to a new city - especially with a group of other women- you can’t put a price tag on that feeling. Book this house, you won’t be disappointed.

The house was beautiful and the hosts were awesome. The small touches like coffee bar in the kitchen and fire pit tools were an added bonus. It was a short drive to everything we wanted to see. The main suite was incredible. Would definitely book here again!
