This four-bedroom plus den, four-bathroom home in Blue River — just minutes from downtown Breckenridge — offers a quiet, affordable getaway for your family or group of up to 10. The living room offers lots of seating with a large couch and 6 power recliners. After a long day out on the town or hitting the slopes, everyone can relax by watching a movie on the large Smart TV in the den!
The living room opens to the fully equipped kitchen where seating is never a problem — there are 12 seats at the table and six more at the bar. The upper level, overlooking the living room, boasts four bedrooms. The king master suite features a king bed, gas fireplace and a private bathroom with a corner tub and stand-up shower. There’s also a queen master suite with a private bathroom, two more bedrooms with a queen bed and a full bed, and a full bathroom in the hall with a tub and shower. With two master suites, the home is ideal for two families to share!
The three-car garage gives everyone a parking space out of the snow, and there’s a spacious mud room for putting on and storing outdoor gear. Outdoors, there’s a large deck spanning the width of the house, a gas fire pit and a large, fenced-in yard. Other amenities include a washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the house. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, the home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. This property is as advertised. There was so much room for all of us to have our own quiet time. The BBQ grill is natural gas, never have to worry about running out of propane. The owners allow you to park in the 3 car garage, great perk, in my opinion. Constant communication and the check out, wait for it…..literally consisted of taking the kitchen trash to the garage and starting the dishwasher. I don’t know about you, but when on vacation and paying a cleaning fee, the last thing you want to do is 47 chores before you can check out and then possibly get dinged in your review because heaven forbid you missed something.

It was absolutely an amazing stay in the best location. The house was perfect for our diverse family with plenty of room for us to spread out. The kitchen essentials, toiletrie amenities and extra towels were plentiful. Thank you for opening up your home to help us make amazing memories

Had a great stay with family and friends! Definitely recommend, we had plenty of space for everyone and the location is perfect for getting to Breck Ski Resort early in the morning. Other than a gnarley snow storm that cause a power outage for a few hours, the host was very communicative and readily available for questionz. I recommend staying here for anyone and will return in the future!

The house is in a great location, nice and clean the only suggestion is to improve the bath tubs and the living room furniture or at least a coffee table that changes your first impression, the kitchen is really equipped everything you need to cook. I really enjoyed the nice and clean hot tub, you have a great backyard I think you could do an improvement on the landscaping to make the house perfect. Thank you very much. I give you a 93% over all

We had a nice time. There were a couple issues that you need to know. The last night the smoke alarm kept beeping, seemed like the one in the master bedroom, or upper hall. There is also an issue with the pull out couch, it would not go back into the couch. It appears as though it was broken on one side. We did not break it. There was no lighter in an office, for use with the firepit, so we could not use that. Or directions for usage of other things, like the TV's and the music system. All in all though, it was very nice, and close to town, and quiet. Thank you.

We enjoyed the Lakeshore cabin for our trip to Breckenridge very much! It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood that was an easy and quick drive to ski or visit the Main Street area. We appreciated having plenty of space to spread out as a family and enjoyed the hot tub very much after great skiing days! The kitchen was well-equipped and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

We had a great time staying with our family of 8. Plenty of room for everyone. It was great to have access to a 3 car garage. Kitchen was huge and had ample pots and pans…our only critique was the kitchen knives were a bit lacking and the floor in front of the fridge was very squeaky. It was a quick and easy drive to the slopes. We really enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend.

The hot tub was especially soothing after a long day of skiing and we really appreciated the heated mats between the tub and house. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

This beautiful and spacious house worked worked great for our group of 3 families. The kitchen and living room are huge, plus there is a private game room and parlor that can be used for hanging out or extra sleeping space. The hot tub and deck are also delightful.

We had a wonderful stay. More than enough room for our group of 8 (we had planned on 10). We called ahead to check if the kitchen had certain items and were told if we arrived and needed anything else, they were happy to bring them over. Great living room for spending time. Hot tub is right off the house so you don’t freeze getting in/out. Cute neighborhood/hikes nearby if you want to get out for some fresh air. Will definitely be returning.

The location was great for the activities that we had booked during our stay. The size of the house was spacious for our group of 12, and check in/out was easy. The carpet was very dirty and sink was clogged in bedroom bath. No blankets for pull out couch.

Big master bedroom with king bed, fireplace plus large bathroom and walk-in closet. Two living room areas each with tv’s. Game room. Jacuzzi dry off room. Two dining tables totaling 18 chairs. Four barstools. Property manager responded quickly to questions and concerns.
Only negatives were old carpet and tv channels. (No abc, cbs, nbc, ESPN live, fox, Fox News).

The house was more than large enough to accommodate all 11 of my family members. There were plenty of sleeping options and gathering spaces. We appreciated the proximity to Breckenridge (10 minutes away) and hiking trails nearby (we went on the Spruce Creek Trail and saw a moose at the first set of little ponds). The kitchen and dining area were expansive - all of us fit at one table for meals! Having access to pull into the garage to use for loading and unloading was a big help. Many members of the family really enjoyed the hot tub and lounging on the porch. We also appreciated that we were able to have a package of backpacking equipment delivered to the office on Ski Hill that we could then pick up. The only downsides were that the yard was on the smaller side (the kids wanted to explore in nature more), only 1 window opened to the back half of the house, and the noise from the street below was louder than expected. Other than that, we loved our stay here and would consider renting this house again!

The house was perfect for our family! It was close to hiking and everything we wanted to do. There was plenty of space for everyone and the big, open kitchen worked well for us. The cabinets were well stocked with dishes. The hot tub felt nice after a day of hiking and activities. Would definitely rent again. The flooring was outdated and in rough shape but that didn’t bother us since it was clean.

My friends and I enjoyed this property very much. It had plenty of room for us and more. We loved the hot tub, spacious kitchen, and massive dinner table that could accommodate us. We even had the pleasure of meeting a kind local neighbor who helped us when one of our vehicles got stuck. Fantastic experience overall!
