This brand new modern studio situated hillside boasts AMAZING views of Ensenada Honda, Dakity, out to the Caribbean! Sit and relax on your huge covered terrace and watch boats come and go from town. Located across the water from the popular 'Dinghy Dock', there is always something fun to see - sea turtles coming up for air, and on a clear night enjoy the lights of Vieques! Wake up from your king size bed to view the most gorgeous sunrises. The completed kitchen has all the comforts of home including a large refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, and a complete set of cookware, utensils and dishes. There is a sitting area with a sofabed with a comfortable sealy mattress, so the studio can sleep 4 comfortably. A dining table, a flat screen tv with DISH Network, and patio furniture are also included for you to enjoy all that Culebra has to offer. Great place over looking the harbour. Centrally located with easy beach, shopping and restaurant access. Would definitely recommend! Great accommodating hosts!

Staying at Sea Turtle for three days made my wife’s and my experience in Culebra truly memorable. The view from the veranda on the bay was breathtaking - it would be quite challenging to find a comparable view anywhere else in mainland US or Puerto Rico. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of a grocery store, a market, an airport, a couple of restaurants, a bar, and a seaport/pueblo. In fact, we only used the cart to get to Flamenco Beach. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and the host was responsive to requests about navigating to the property, wifi, etc. We would definitely return the next time we visit Culebra!

The island is amazing, although the place we stayed in could've been better. It had a beautiful terrace and cute little studio, but there were many things that could be improved. Bathroom has no vent and window seems to be broken, so no way to open. The listing says 4 people can stay comfortably, but there were only 2 towels and 3 forks. The dish sponge is used by previous tenants. Furniture handles are full of dust. The shower drain is dirty with someone’s hair. The beach chairs are broken. And of course, we could ask the property manager to fix all this, because they were responsive. At the end we came for vacations where we could relax and not deal with this day-to-day routine. Seems like this place is mostly focused on how to increase the profit with minimum investment. Not sure I would book this place again.

I had a wonderful stay. I enjoyed this studio which had a wonderful view, quiet neighborhood, and i felt very safe. It was very clean with all of the amenities, and felt cozy. The owners Heather & Alonso replied right away to any questions i had. Also, they had very good recommendations on where to eat! My only regret is that i didn’t have more days to spend there… I would stay there again.

The view is amazing! Beautiful sunrise and stunning sunsets. The sea breeze is so nice to enjoy from the porch in the hammock it will take just a few minutes to fall asleep.

We had such a great experience staying at this suite. It’s conveniently located, close to everything and with such amazing views of the water! We had an unforgettable experience at Culebra. The suite had everything we needed, from pot's in the kitchen to beach chairs and a cooler to take to the beach. Our kids thought the sofa pull out bed was comfortable. Although they froze at night with the large ductless AC overhead. It cooled the suite into an ice box, a bit too cold for our liking. A couple of ceiling fans would be a nice option to avoid the frost in the room. Overall, an Amazing Stay!

The SeaTurtle suite was the perfect suite. It had all the amenities you would need. The view from our bedroom and balcony was amazing. Close to everything but you should definitely rent a vehicle or golf cart. The owner was always quick to answer my questions or concerns. I give this place a 10 out of a 10. Well worth the price!

Turtle Room, Culebra
Really beautiful lodging, bedroom with king size bed positioned just inside the balcony that overlooks a lovely bay. Very clean with good sized kitchen, living room, and bathroom.
Quick drive to everything. We enjoyed snorkeling at several beaches and had delicious pinchos at Playa Flamenco. We returned twice to Dinghy Dock for dinner.

Excellent location, hospitality, helpfulness, and friendliness for those who want a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Alfonso and Heather were extremely helpful with all aspects of our stay! Would highly recommend, but leave some time for our return :)!!

We spent 4 nights on Culebra at The Flamenco and got exactly what we'd hoped for. Comfortable accommodations with a great view and centrally located to explore all of Culebra's beaches. AND a great covered outdoor seating to relax, read and enjoy quiet island time. Definitely 5 star buy island standards.

This was a great place to stay in Culebra. Just as advertised, everything was new. It is a very cozy and clean studio with a balcony that gives you a fantastic view of Culebra Bay. Loved its colors and turtle-inspired decorations. It’s very close to everything, the airport, the town, restaurants and tour meeting places. It has air conditioning, wifi, a TV with Dish Network programming which for me was a plus because at Culebra by 8:00 PM everything was closed and I could watch the NBA Playoffs. The shower sprays mildly warm water at most. It has a beach cooler and beach chairs you can borrow. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again.

This property has it all: insuperable views, convenient location, quiet neighborhood and all the comforts one needs for a relaxing start. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen has all the basics you need and the AC works very well. The terrace and the views are exactly as shown in the pictures, that is, stunning.

Great Stay
Sea Turtle studio was a great place to stay during our week in Culebra. Heather was very responsive to messages and Alfonso took great care of us while we were there. Studio was very clean and well kept. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

The pictures were an exact reflection of the property. It was extremely clean and the view from our balcony/sitting area was very relaxing. The owner, Heather, put a lot of thoughtful and tasteful sea turtle touches throughout our Sea Turtle Studio. In addition to the regular amenities (pots/pans/dishes, coffee, cooler, and beach chairs), there were other helpful items not normally found in an Airbnb (toilet paper, paper towels, bug repellant, disinfectant wipes and first aid kit) that we appreciated having using. The air conditioner cooled off the unit very quickly and was actually a little too chilly for me; but perfectly comfortable for my husband. Lastly, Heather was very responsive (the property manager, not so much), even when I didn’t expect her to respond to my late night texts via the app. There was a helpful guide in our room on the restaurants and the suggested ones we chose did not disappoint. It was nice being in a neighborhood with the locals and felt like we were 10 minutes from everything...the grocery store, gas station, airport, drive thru bar, and most importantly, Flamenco Beach. The horses, dogs, and resident cats were friendly and not frightening in the least. I don’t know why there were so many roosters on the island; but their wake up calls were cool. All in all, this is a retreat I would gladly choose again. There are only 2 knocks on the property...the bed was too soft both of us and we couldn’t stay longer to take in that amazing view..

Great View of Ensenada Honda and central location
We found that the Sea Turtle to be in a great central location to beaches and restaurants on Culebra. The studio fit our needs nicely as home base for a week of snorkeling.

Great views, very clean
We loved our three day stay! By gold cart it’s about a ten minute drive to flamenco beach, and about twenty to the less populated but just as gorgeous Zoni beach. Some small bodegas bear by for basics and restaurants a short drive away. The harbor views were beautiful both in the morning with the sun coming up one side of the bay and in the evening the sunset over town was gorgeous. Would highly recommend!

A Room with A View
This was our third stay at the Sea Turtle - each time we have stayed for six or seven days. Obviously we like it - a lot!
The studio apartment is just the right size for two people. The kitchen is well enough appointed that I was not only able to make brunch each morning, two nights we had Culebra friends over for drinks on the patio and dinner!
The views from the porch are amazing. You look directly out over the water and at Dewey and can watch the planes flying overhead as the leave the airport.
In addition, this location provides quick an easy access to town and the beaches.

Perfect Home Base
My husband and I recently spent 6 days at Sea Turtle Studio, and we did not want our stay to end! The view was amazing, the unit was super comfy, and the location was perfect for us. Oh, and check in was super simple.
We started each day with an açaí bowl from Vibra Verde, then headed to Tamarindo for some early morning snorkeling (which is a must, we saw turtles, reef squids, rays, and so many beautiful fish), then headed back to the unit to chill on hammock, visit with the Island Charm’s resident cats, and re-pack for some afternoon beach time.
Most afternoons we chose to cart east, over to Zoni, but we also enjoyed the more lively and gorgeous Playa Flamenco, so being mid-island was a perfect home base for us. There are also many dining options close by, and a yummy churro cart at the foot of the hill.
I fell in love with the island, and can not wait to visit again. And when I do, I will for sure stay at Turtle Studio.

Great view! Great studio!
The studio is new, I loved the overall look and size of the apartment. The bed sits in front of a glass door overlooking The Ensenada Honda! There hammock is a great addition, perfect for sleeping in the cool wind.
