Amazing modern room. great staff that made us feel at home.

Mary and Luigi were so helpful. Mary made excellent restaurant reservations for us that we really enjoyed. Luigi’s breakfast was phenomenal. we really enjoyed it each morning overlooking the lake.

Memorable

stunning views of the lake, property was incredibly clean and hosts were really attentive. Breakfast was also sensational and pretty much everything was produced on site. I cannot recommend this property any more highly. if you want breath taking views of the lake in a fantastic property in Bellagio this is your place

Wonderfull stay in Bellagio - the view is the best part!

The location is absolutely perfect! On top of a little hill, with a picturesque view of the lake. 10-15 min walk to the center. Great free parking. Staff was super kind and helpful, and breakfast was the best we had in Italy (fresh and homemade). The room was pretty specious and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay and remember this one for its many virtues.

The room was quite basic - bed quality and hot water in the shower can be improved.

Exceptional

This is a fabulous option for a relaxing stay in Bellagio. Very nice hospitality, rooms are well fitted and equipped, the homemade breakfast is a stand out topped off by a magical view. The property is a 15-20 minute walk from central Bellagio - walking into town it's downhill. The walk back is a little steep but manageable for people of average fitness. We didn't have a car, and arranged a private transfer from Milan airport for EUR 180. On departure we took the ferry to Varenna and the train to Milan. The reward for staying up the hill and a little out of the town, is a fabulous peaceful relaxing stay - highly recommend (for those who are prepared and able to walk it).

4 perfect nights with viewing our sunsets from our room and seating area. Mrs Mary was there for out every need! made re

incredibly beautiful! our room was huge and the bathroom was huge with a beautiful rain shower and hand held. Our room opened to the patio with beautiful roses and the view of Lake Como was breathtaking! Breakfast by Chef Luigi was absolutely the best and he baked the most delicious apple, nut and ricotta tortes! eEery item was delicious, the best breakfast in Italy‼️

the view from the hotel is stunning. The breakfast is amazing on the terrace with wonderful view. the room is spacious and really nice. Luigi is very nice and helping! The garden is beautiful and he guided us through the crops.

The most amazing property, breakfast, and owners - I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

What's not to like! The owners Luigi and Mary were extremely helpful and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their B&B and guest satisfaction. The homemade breakfast was absolutely amazing and the views of the lake even better. It was a little walk from the main part of town, but worth the walk, and is close to many attractions. Mary was helpful with suggestions on things to do. I'd recommend Agriturismo Il Colle to anyone and everyone!

I only wish I would have booked an extra day there!

The breakfast was very good, everything was fresh and delicious. The view from the hotel is beautiful - view of Como lake. The hotel has free parking places and is located about 10 minutes walk from the main sites in Bellagio. The rooms are big and clean.

The wifi in the basement apartment was not working well and kept disconnecting.

Everything was amazing. We were very lucky to have an upgraded room for the most amazing view. The room and bathroom were very luxury and cosy at the same time. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were super helpful too.
