Donde rompen las olas

Lo que más nos gustaron fueron la terraza con vistas al océano y dormir con el ruido de las olas a fondo en el dormitorio principal. Está en una playa para surfistas, más que para bañistas, aunque hay una piscinas naturales preciosas no tan lejos en coche. No hay aparcamiento propio, pero hay un descampado a pocos metros del edificio donde siempre encontramos sitio. No conocimos al dueño, pero su amiga nos proporcionó las llaves y un montón de consejos útiles sobre restaurantes y sitios que visitar. ¡Gracias, Eli!

El apartamento necesita unos retoques y pequeños arreglos, el WiFi sólo funcionaba en la planta principal, y la televisión no funcionaba.

Terrace with ocean and swimming pool view. Great location. 2 floor apartment with 2 bedrooms + bathroom on the first floor and kitchen, living room and bathroom on the ground floor. Parking place on the street can be found without problems.

Great accomodation

Great communication with the provider. The accommodation is nice, spacious. The beds are excellent, the partners do not disturb each other. Great spacious loggia with direct sea view. The building also includes a communal swimming pool with a shower. The beach for swimming is 3 minutes away, with dark sand. The town itself is not suitable for walking, you have to go shopping by car (5 min)

Très belle vue sur l'océan

Très jolie vue imprenable sur l'océan depuis la terrasse et la chambre Bonne literie Merci pour les bananes de la plantation familiales offertes , elle étaient super bonne

Logement mal préparé lors de notre arrivée, taille d'oreiller pas mise, terrasse pas préparée.... Vaisselles à disposition pas propre et pas de produit pour la vaisselle.

san Filipe liegt sehr einsam. keine Geschäfte. die wenigen Restaurants sind montags und dienstags geschlossen

Meeresfeeling hautnah

Für mich persönlich war die Lage direkt an der Küste traumhaft, insbesondere der Blick vom Bett direkt auf's Meer! Die Wohnung über zwei Ebenen mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einem geräumigen Bad, einer zusätzlichen Dusche und Toilette auf der (unteren) Wohnebene und der großen Terrasse ist schön geräumig. Wir haben zwar nicht gekocht, aber der Küchenbereich scheint gut geeignet zu sein für Selbstverpfleger. Es ist zwar etwas abgelegen, aber wer die Ruhe schätzt und keinen Wert auf eine belebte Strandpromenade und Gastromeile legt, wird sich hier wohl fühlen. Insbesondere Surfer kommen hier auf ihre Kosten.

Allenfalls die Lage mit einem sehr knappen gastronomischen Angebot in fußläufiger Distanz. Wir haben die Wohnung nur zu zweit genutzt und der von uns genutzte Schlafraum mit Blick auf das Meer war ausreichend. Den zweiten Schlafraum finde ich persönlich mit einem Etagenbett und zwei Einzelbetten zu vollgestellt.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sehr schöne große Terrasse mit tollem Blick auf den Surferstrand, Meeresbrausen inklusive.Den Pool hatten wir häufig ganz allein. Zur Erholung optimal. Die Wohnung ist schön ausgestattet und sauber. Man benötigt ein Auto, da vor Ort kaum Infrastruktur ist. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett.

Bei weiteren Hitzewellen wäre eine Klimaanlage gut.

The location of place is amazing. The view you need to see. Only noise is ocean. 2 bathrooms, top one is fantastic. A loved a lot hooks and shelves. Very often when I go to bathroom in hotels I have trouble where to put own things. Every morning we had breakfast on tarras and just enjoying view. Bed very comfortable, with duvet right for weather. We enjoy as well pool, which is located downstairs. Shops are in a bit of distance, but that was not a problem as we did shopping on the way. There is big fridge and freezer. We already missing this place.

The views are to die for. Its remote with no shops walking distance so must need a car. The apartment is clean and good size. The patio is very spacious.

The apartment was great, even better than the photos & the terrace was amazing with a view to die for! Communication from the host was also very good, I would highly recommend!

No shop nearby so you really need a car...

I travel a lot and I can say that in my experience this place is really a rare find.

The apartment is gorgeous, located *just in front of a beach*, and on two levels: two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, the living room, another bathroom and the kitchen downstairs. Both bathrooms are complete (there is a shower in both of them). The terrace is HUGE and has many chairs, a big table and other furniture. All forniture are modern, clean and recent. The TV is a SmartTV with access to Netflix (you have to login with your credentials, of course), Chromecast and Amazon Prime. The internet connection is GREAT (Movistar, I guess), with strong upload bandwidth, and upstairs there is even a wifi repeater. The main bedroom overlooks the beach and you will fall asleep with the waves lapping the rocks. The kitchen has all the appliances: many (IKEA) glasses and dishes, washing machine, microwave, oven, and some other things in the cupboards for you to discover ;) Ivan is amazingly helpful and always ready to answer any question you may have.

I didn't like the fact that I had to leave.

I enjoyed our time in San Felipe, we definitely will come back.

The apartment was bigger than I thought, which was great. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. The terrace was amazing and also well prepared to spend time on it, the view was stunning. I also really liked the contact with the owner.
