Recommended to all families! You stay here and enjoy the best location of Paris

Perfect, size, cleaner and etc. the only point was the Blackout that would be darker in the summer as we have night from 23:30 to 04am only. The rest perfect

Fantastic, staff excellent

Clean, modern rooms. Went the extra mile and had Easter eggs and a letter for our children as we were there over Easter. Lovely personal touch.

A clean comfortable and stylish studio apartment in excellent location

The location was excellent with very good restaurants within a minute’s walk. The room was clean and stylish and spacious

The temperature was difficult to control so we were too warm overnight even though it was January. The safe was also broken - and easily moved (so defeating the purpose of being “safe”)

Nice private space close to all main attractions

It was a really lovely room. The beds were super comfy. It was quiet and well designed. Location was fantastic.

I thought there was a bar on site, it's the reason I booked this hotel as I wanted somewhere to hang out that wasn't our room. But the bar was closed and generally the building didn't feel designed for that kind of thing. It's very much just a private apartment. Lovely, just not somewhere to go if you want the atmosphere of somewhere a bit more lively. Luckily there's plenty of bars and cafes nearby.

Small Apartment in the centre of Paris

The receptionist was very helpful

This was advertised as a 28sqm room and believed we paid accordingly. We were very surprised when we arrived to find we were in a very small cramped room. It would have been 20sqm at best. I did go and ask the receptionist if we had been given the wrong room to be told that all the superior studios are the same. In large cities you pay for the size of the room, the larger the room the more you pay, we felt we had been mislead. I have noted that booking.com has adjusted the size of the room to 25sqm but this is still an over statement. Using my phone I was able to do a quick calculation and it was no more than 20sqm including the cupboards. The apartment is in a block of residential apartments but does have its own entrance and lift. You are looking into a common space shared by everyone in the building and it can get noisy.

A great hotel, but outcome a bit lower than expected

Great location. Stéphan is friendly and offered valuable help.

Tiny bed (we have doubts if it was really queen size). Secondary building (Rue du Roi de Sicile) seems a bit unattended, maybe due to understaffing. These thing made me lower the rating that I provided in a stay in 2021 (a 10). Hope you guys catch up ahead.

This was perfect for us!

The property was in great newly furbished condition, in a separate location from the main reception but very close to cafes, restaurants and a great supermarket! So easy to access with our own keys and within walking distance from trains and many main attractions in Paris like Notre Dame, Sainte Chappelle and Louvre. This was just perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. Elevator was tiny (2ppl max) but at least we had one and had planned the amount of luggage we took in advance! The noise from the cafes below and the traffic did not come inside at all. Cute French windows with flowers, fully equipped kitchen and the 2 rooms were spacious for us all to fit in comfortably. Huge sofa bed, great air conditioning as it was getting quite warm in June. Would highly recommend this accommodation! The reception also organised a taxi to take us to airport, which can be tricky in Paris.

Loved our stay, would certainly consider staying there again.

Terrific location, staff were wonderful, big spacious rooms compared to other hotels in Paris.

Wish the drinks weren’t so expensive in the basement bar, would have loved to go down for a drink costs far too much compared to other places. Rooms were great however are in need of a little bit of maintenance to keep them in great condition.

Amazing location and comfy apartment

Amazing location and comfortable apartment. Ideal for families or small groups. Comfortable beds close to everything.

The apartments are somehow disconnected from the hotel, and therefore you don't really have access to the public amenities such as the bar. But on the other hands, the neighbourhood is full of options, it doesn't really matters

We'd absolutely stay again!

This is a clean comfortable apartment style hotel in the Marais. It's a great, lively neighborhood with tons of shopping and great places to eat! Lots happening all the time but the room was quiet enough to sleep well. The staff was very helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with great amenities! Easy access to the Metro as well and walking distance to the Seine.

Taxi can’t pickup near by apartments, always need to walk some few hundred meters.

A well-located, quiet and comfortable place to stay

We stayed in a Superior Studio for four days over New Year 2022/23. The room was reasonably well appointed, the bed was comfortable, the TV well-positioned and the kitchenette was well laid out. There were a couple of small issues but reception staff were mostly helpful and efficient in sorting these out.

We had several small issues that we mentioned to reception. They were addressed or in the process of being attended to at the time we checked out. The floor in the room was clean but gritty in areas, and could be better cleaned. The shower drained very slowly and we noticed a slight smell sometimes, which I assume is a blocked drain (we reported this). The toaster repeatedly caused the power breaker to trip so either it or the electrical wiring has a problem. A set of dishes, glasses and crockery for 2 people was provided, but both dinner plates had large chips. Although there is a cooktop only a single induction bowl was provided for cooking. Together with an oven casserole, a large knife and a bread board that was the extent of the cookware, which is absurd. Dishwashing liquid was supplied but no dishcloth, only a tea towel. Coffee capsules, tea bags and sugar sachets were provided but were not restocked each day - on the third day we mentioned this and one of the housekeepers brought us replacements. Overall we had the impression that housekeeping was only adequate.
