Volveriamos a hospedarnos ahí.

La atención del hospedaje luego de algunos inconvenientes logísticos fue muy buena, nos acomodaron en una habitación de mayor valor sin cobros extras.

Al principio hubo un problema de mucha iluminación, pero el hostal lo solucionó cambiandonos de habitación sin cargos.

Good price and great to have access to cooking facilities

Access to the kitchen. Outdoor terrace nice to use.

Smell of cat poop in some communal areas. The room was very hot.

realmente longe do centro, usamos muito taxi, porque chegavamos muito cansada dos passeios, faltou cortina bloqueadora de luz

Calidad precio está bien

Buenas las instalaciones, las habitaciones limpias y ordenadas 👍

Nosotros estuvimos en la habitación uno y estaba al lado del portón, el ruido y el movimiento se escuchaba siempre y llegaba a ser molesto, aparte de eso todo bien, ojo que no tiene estacionamiento, pero el sector es muy tranquilo

Well equipped kitchen, very clean. Shower was spacious, with hot water. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The common area is in the center of the building with all the bedrooms surrounding it, so it can be noisy at times. No shelves/cabinets to put away your stuff in the bedrooms.

Fine facilities, but ask not to stay in the room right next to the front door.

Good shared kitchen, everything was clean. Rooms were nice. Decent location.

Unfortunately the walls were so thin, it was extremely loud at night with people talking right outside our door and window and dogs barking all night. Even with earplugs it was very loud.

Superb

It's a nice little place with a kitchen and terrace a bit further from the center, but an easy walk to anything important. I would have given it a 10, had it not been for the laundry situation. We asked if we could do laundry and the owner/manager said he'd "tell the girl". She told us it's 5000pesos and that she'd do it, since the washing machine was already occupied. We though it was a bummer it's no longer for free like previous reviews suggest, but at least we don't have to worry about it and we left. When we got back later, at one point we realised our laundry isn't hanging up to dry anywhere and that there isn't any space for it anyway. We checked the laundry mashine and our stuff was still in there dripping wet. So we whatsapped the owner/manager, who reacted immediately, put our laundry on a spin cycle, hung up some more wire for our clothes and we could then finally hang up our laundry ourselves. I don't think the girl used any detergent, because our clothes didn't smell clean and they still had dirt on them. I don't mind paying for a service, if I actually get that service. But this wasn't the case.

Good value for money

Great value for money. Nice kitchen and common areas. Comfortable beds and a nice, warm shower.

A little far away from the centre, but not too much (15 min walk). Rooms are a little small.

I certainly would come back.

The shared kitchen was awesome. The staff was always trying to help us and the place was very clean.

The water was extremely cold in the second night. They had to replace the gas canister, but there weren’t anyone there to do it during the night. We had to wait till ne next morning. After replacing it, shower was ok again. It’s a little bit far from Calle Caracoles (the Main Street of San Pedro de Atacama), but it’s possible to get there by walking (around 8/10 min).

Comfortable hostel with everything you need for a great stay

We had a lovely stay at Hostal Sairi and would thoroughly recommend it! The staff were really friendly and the hostel was spacious with a lovely outdoor area to sit and relax in. The kitchen was fully equipped with new appliances and, as a surprise bonus, there was a washing machine available to use free of charge. The rooms are really comfortable and the bathrooms spacious and clean with plenty of hot water available. On our final day there, we asked if there was anywhere to wash our car as it was really dirty from all of the desert driving. The owner very kindly offered us a jetwash hose to use to clean our car.

The wifi has a terrible connection and is extremely slow, but we found this to be the case everywhere in the Atacama probably due to its remote location.
