Good location
The place was really dirty. Ants in the kitchen, and hair on the sheets and the floor clearly hadn’t been swept - when I made them aware of this the first thing they said was that the sheets were clean and they had changed them themselves. I had to leave the room after a long hike so they could clean again.

The place was really clean and close to the Camino. The host was there to greet us and took care of our need.
The first room we were given had no ventilation and there was no fan. We were given a different t room with two windows and better ventilation.

I loved my room would have stayed longer
if there was an electric kettle in the room I would have been happy

The location was excellent. Property very clean with nice kitchen area downstairs. The beds were comfortable and the shower excellent.
We had a bit of a problem getting in as the email with instructions was sent in the morning after we had left for that days walking. Staff need to be aware that not all travellers have mobile data and rely on WIFi. It worked out in the end as the cleaner called the owner and everything was resolved.

Central location.
The stated check-in times were not accurate. Staff phoned us to tell us to hurry up and check-in even though it was about 3 hours before close of check-in. Similar on check-out we were told to go, this time 4 hours before stated time of check-out. The reason given was we were pilgrims and not tourists; she couldn't explain difference and agreed that the price was the same for everyone.

The young lady on reception was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel very welcome. The room was great with a little balcony and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed. Situated in a great location, very close to the Cathedral.

Great place to stay - This is more like a hotel, than a hostel. Great bathrooms in hotel room. Plenty of charging points. Staff friendly. My favourite was the dual balconies - Great for taking photos! Hotel lobby also has a toilet as well in case you need to use it.
