I liked nothing at all
I didn't like the zero cleanliness in my room, I'm the common bathroom, hairs in the bed sheet, really disgusting. The common bathroom and shower place is also awful, like a bad remaining from the 1920s or so!

You stay here because you have to. Either for the convenience for the hospital or because you need to be in Vouliagmeni and can't find any other rooms. Very friendly lady at reception. Good access for supermarket, taxi, bus, tram stop, cafes.
It's a very tired property, iron burns on floor and carpet, fittings that are broken or about to break. Not very sound proof, threadbare curtains. I was only there for one night but don't plan to relax in your room, it isnt that kind of room! Go out for a meal, sleep and hit the road early!

The location is perfect, but the rest not satisfing at all for this kind of money they can at least make same changes in the room to become a little bit more from this century.
Everything was old and ugly, furniture design as whole, looks like more hostel then a hotel.

The view was amazing, enjoyed lovely sunrise and sunset right from our balcony.
Lady Maria was an excellent host, providing both information and advice regarding our transfer to the airport.
Boisterous area during the summer season. I initially travelled in April and it was lovely (or maybe I'm a heavy sleeper), however, when travelling with my partner in July, he couldn't sleep at all.
Too much noise coming from the main road or the parking under the room balcony, so we actually decided to spend the rest of the night in the airport. Also, too hot, as the air con was working only for 5 mins at a time. Did not have this issue in April, ofc, when the weather is quite pleasant.

The faucet was loose, needed both hands to open. The bathroom door was rotten. The lights did not work. Not enough light in the stairs at night.

Lovely staff. Not the Ritz but very good value for people who want to keep a bit of money in their pocket to spend around Athens. Very well placed. Above a very good bakery Veneti for early morning coffee and 3 minutes from a fabulous beach which however, has put it's prices up from last year. There is a tram, air conditioned, that whizzes you into the centre of Athens along the coast. If you want a no nonsense place as a base to explore from, then this is it.
I liked everything, but I don't demand luxury. I will certainly be booking next year.

The place shouldn't be considered as a hotel,.

People, this is the cheapest hotel in Athens so let's rate it with that in mind: it's 100m to the beach, there's a sea view, you can work at a table in a common room with good enough wifi, I mean, please what more could you request?

There was no brealfast
The room was dirty. Broken shower Pod. Not cleaned whole stay. No bleach to clean with. Fan hanging through thick hanging dust. Electrics bare wires hanging from Socket. Ripped dirty unfitted carpet piieces . No tv kettle hairdryer toiletries.
Bed linen was beautifully clean. Pillows needed dust covers or totally replacing.

It was a quick stop before the airport. The room had some cracks in the walls and honestly it felt like something out of a horror movie walking down the corridor. Not all of the lights worked. The shared toilet lock didn't work and the door wouldnt even close. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. No one on reception really. Locks are dodgy and theres been little effort into keeping the rooms presentable. I wasn't expecting much because it was cheap... But the conditions were just unacceptable. The worst place I came across in Greece. I would not stay again.

Very good location (near the sea, great big shopping area near by (couple stops by bus). I have found all of my favourite stores up there. During evening time you can find many cafes and restaurants with terraces to have a dinner.
Also there is a bakery and couple of cafes just near the hotel, were you can have your morning coffee. Several bus stops around, and there is no problem going to any beach you want fast. I took a pass for all transport for 5 days (8 euros) and had no problems. Also there is Express bus stop to the airport (it takes only 1 hour to get there).
Hotel is good (value for money), hostess is nice and helpful. Though I took a room with a shared bathroom, I never meet anybody when I wanted to use it (p.s. also there is a wash basin inside your room).
They started making some renovation (they put TV and fridge to every room).
I enjoyed my staying.
For me, it was not convenient to use internet only in public areas, but hostess told they will make it in every room soon. Also, I would like to have some locker inside the room, though this area is safe (hospital with guards near by).

The location and view were nice, there's an inofficial roof terrace that gives a nice view of the sunset. The staff was relatively friendly.
No one was there at 6pm, when I arrived and I hat to wait for 15 Minutes and call a greek phone number 3x, as ringing the bell did not help.
Mold is not accepted in any price category of hotel. General safety was not given. The bed is super loud whenever you turn around and the street quite noisy as well / windows were closed with a nail etc. All acceptable at the low price except for the mold and unsafe sockets.

Value for money. No particular problem. If you are looking for a solution starting from it's excellent in relation to the required amount but objectively too much basic for me too.
too much noise from the waterfront

Very basic to say the least. Not the cleanest and poorly maintained. Lock in the property for 20 mins on departure because the entrance door locked and would not open!
