Wish the water park was a little cleaner. Bathrooms needed soap and some cleaning.

always clean and nice staff
I paid around 130 dollars just for my kinds to play the arcade games for basically 10 minutes, so if they could give me a little more bang for my buck in that area I would greatly appreciate it otherwise great stay

The kids had fun.
Everything was so expensive! Too much to list on this topic. We could not afford to eat there.
The stores, restaurants, shops inside had weird hours, so whenever we did want to do anything, they were closed.
Our room was ok, but no microwave in the room, so you had to go to the vending area to use on, which ours had spilled food in. The ice machine on our floor was out of order.
Not enough rafts for the pool and slides. We had to stand around and wait for open rafts for the lazy river or slides. The actual swimming pool was crowded and couldn't be enjoyed because it's lined with many basketball hoops so the people running back and fourth bumping into other people made it impossible to swim or even lounge in the pool.
So this place was fun for the kids, but not for adults. I couldn't wait to go home.

The water park was as expected. It was clean and neat.
Does not have the hot tub that I have seen at other great wolf lodges one of the slides was not able to be used. Probably due to lack of staff.

They really need an indoor or outdoor jungle gym or play area. Arcade was way too expensive. A spa onsite would be nice too.
See above.

Our children loves water park and that's the main reason why we booked on this place. We had a blasts with the various types of slides and pools. We also received the wolf ears which is a good remembrance!!
The staff at the reception doesnt know what he is doing. First, he asked about my debit card and then, told me to pay again on site (knowing we already paid online) and they will reimburse it after. So, I replied a big "NO" and told him that I can open my account and can show him that it had been pulled out from our bank. Then, he began saying that the computer wasn't functioning right but will do his best about it. It finally got done, received our wrist bands and went to our room after 20 mins. from the check-in. The good thing about the receptionist was, he told us about the free wolf ears for our family. Also, It is stated on the information that from 11:00 pm, the silent time starts. Well, we were disappointed about it because it didn't happened. The room is not soundproof in the first place. The hallway was loud from the people talking loud and laughing until super late. We can't sleep and ended up sleeping at 2:00 am.
