The Hotel and staff were Life Savers - we desperately needed a place to stay due to being Evacuated due to Forest Fires

Located conveniently in the heart of town. Plenty of parking. Staff was very helpful

Es el peor hotel en el que me e hospedado las tuberías no sirven el agua se estanca en la tina de baño me tenla que ir a bañar a otro cuarto pedimos que nos cambiaran de cuarto y nomas jugaron con nosotros olía muy mal el cuarto, a agua estancada le pedimos un descuento y dijieron que sí y todavía es hora de que no lo hicieron. La verdad es un lugar muy descuidado y nada deseable en mi vida vuelvo ahi ,me hicieron sentir como si no tuviera derechos y como si me estuvieran regalando los días en el cuanto cuando yo pague ppr booking inmediatamente es un asco de hotel.

Home away from home

Everything. Friendly clean everything we needed. Pet friendly! Roscoe was happy too.

When walking the dog I noticed a lot of trash around the side of the hotel parking. Too bad bcuz the stay was great. I'm thinking homeless?

Great Value/ Super Comfortable

Big room, comfortable bed, plenty of linens, great a/c. Well lit parking lot, friendly staff, quite hotel. Close to many things!

Bugs in bathroom- they appeared to be dying so I'm sure they have poisoned already. Bugs seemed to be appearing from a Crack in the wall near the tub.

Nice and quiet stay. Close to the Whataburger. Nice staff.

Nice girl working the front desk, was helpful with the info I needed. Clean and modern enough.

It wasn’t the best stay in Roswell.

It is walking distance to NMMI

They ran out of milk both days of my stay, the first night my room had no working air conditioning and the water didn’t drain from the shower.

it was very disappointing and we thought since newly remodeled it would be nice

the day staff was friendly but very frustrated she had no help but did do her best to stay positive with guests although she was left with a mess

I booked at his specifically for the pool I called to verify it was open as we were on a NMMI family holiday weekend wanting to relax with our cadet by the pool when I booked it we get there and we get there and it’s closed for repair!!! on a holiday weekend!! and when we checked in and we’re told that it was closed I did show disappointment to the 3-11 staff member and her response was” do you wanna go somewhere else”??? this was a holiday busy weekend we weren’t going to find anything else!!! breakfast was a flop nothing was available no creamer.. no milk,. no syrup for waffles

It was pleasant, no drama.

Nice size rooms. Rooms indoors. Personable employees.

The pool and hot tub were closed. I think they had a gym which was also closed. There was no creamer for the coffee in the morning.

Very good room, large with 2 TV's a couch.

The pool was closed, and green......during the hot summer folks need to cool off and not having the pool open is a big bummer.....Hey management open up the pool for folks....

beds were comfortable, and staff was nice. will not return however due to the issues in the bathroom and amenities.

staff was wonderful and super helpful despite having issues with our stay.

the bathroom was very dirty, had hair all over the floor and tub. there was also no towels, soap, or toilet paper in the room.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but not much in Roswell.

I liked that the staff was very helpful and funny. I also liked the outside looking park when you walk through the area.

We didn't really like Roswell itself.

Okay for the price

The pool and spa were not open, there was no elevator, parking lot had broken glass from a car window on the ground, causing me to worry about my car. The breakfast was okay, but the coffee was not hot and 3 of the juice options were out.

Disappointed for the cost

Clearly short staffed. Room keys kept failing, no pool although advertised (the reason we chose this hotel) No towels in bathroom, housekeeper never left any so we had pool towels then realised our bathroom hadn’t been cleaned so didn’t use it. Waited a long time for coffee in the morning and lots of breakfast items needed replenishing but they weren’t. It was early too. Shouldn’t be charging full price for effectively a bed for the night.

Pool and hot tub not working. Apparently for the past 2 years. That should be required to mentioned that on the website. I feel that is an important amenity. Air conditioning did not work properly.

The lobby was looked nice.

.We were on the 2nd floor and no elevator. My husband stepped on a nail in the room. We got down to breakfast and they were not keeping it stocked. The lady on check out was nice more then I can say about the gentleman that checked us in. Will not stay here again and I'm in town weekly. The bed was the worst part.

I didn't like that we were sitting at the table in room as family eating dinner and we got a noise complaint . For laughing and talking and the front desk kept calling
