Horrible and I should be refunded since I was not welcome.

They wouldn’t give me a room with a paper copy of my ID, but charged me for it anyway! Horrible customer service. I should not have been charged since I couldn’t get a room and had to go to a different motel.

Everyone, service was horrible and room and whole hotel smelled like cigarettes. Had to leave and still have not gotten my refund.

Getting stuck in the bathroom for an hour. They had to saw the lock off the main door and then bust through the bathroom door. They didn't offer us a refund or another room. We just made sure not to close the bathroom door.

Good place

I loved that indoor pool. My kids had a blast. Loved that we were upgraded from a 2 queen bed room to a 3 queen room.

That there was no fans to circulate the air. The bath tub never stopped running. The water was steadily leaking in the bath tub. Also one of the lights on the wall would constantly flicker.

I'll stay there again

The room had a clever floor plan. I liked the spaciousness of the shower/bath insert, which fit into a corner area of the bathroom. It was nice that the floors were a "hard" surface; some kind of laminated wood flooring perhaps. That made it easy for me to keep the floor clean near my dog's food and water bowls. There is massively abundant parking at this hotel. I was driving a pickup truck with a 12-foot long moving trailer. My vehicle with trailer took up 6 parking spaces, and it seemed like there was room for many more vehicles like mine.

The pavement of the parking lot (on the back/east side) of the hotel is not especially smooth. As a consequence, anything with small wheels, such as wheeled luggage, gets rather "shaken" while being dragged across the asphalt. I opted to carry my luggage, rather than hasten the demise of its wheels. The cart that hotel employees use to move trash bags out to the dumpster has tiny wheels, which make quite a commotion on rough pavement. The garbage cart would be much quieter (and easier to for employees to push) if it had larger wheels.

I wouldn’t book again

Location was okay.

Beds were rock hard, entire hotel smelt like cigarettes, walls were thin and could hear everything. Needs to be updated, everything was very old.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was near attractions and restaurants.

The smell of cigarettes kind of lingered in the hallways. We had trouble figuring out the ac.

Loved everything felt like home amlost

I still have not gotten my 150 DEPOSIT RETURNED TO MY CARD AND WE CHECKED OUT ON THE 25TH CALLED THREE TIMES AN VISITED TWICE STILL NO RETURN OF THE DEPOSIT THEY SAID IT WOULD ONLY TAKE A COUPLE OF DAYS

I still haven't received a refund, I booked a room and paid for it got to the property and was notified I needed to pay a deposit, I couldn't afford the deposit and was left to sleep in my truck when it was 28 degrees, the manager of the motel tells me he refunded my money fully and I haven't heard anything from booking.com
