The upstairs open plan living and kitchen have been renovated and the balcony extended to taken in the views over Geographe Bay, East to Bunbury and North to Curtis Bay.

The extensive grassed area and garden is easily accessed via the external stairs from the alfresco balcony.

Master Bedroom and En-suite are upstairs with the remaining four bedrooms downstairs, with the main bathroom, and laundry.

Perfect holiday home for families, easy walk to the 'Old Dunsborough Boat Ramp',

We booked this accommodation for eight adults, for a family gathering with cousins from over east. Communication was great when booking the property and also for check in and check out. Accommodation is in old Dunsborough so approx. 30min walk or 5 min drive into town which was not an issue. The upstairs area is well set out with open kitchen, lounge, dining area. The main bedroom and ensuite are also located here. The balcony has great views over the bay. The sun was a little hard on the eyes while sitting at the dining table in the morning, some blinds would help but not a big issue just a suggestion. Downstairs has four bedrooms, bath room, toilet and laundry. The bathroom could do with an upgrade but the shower was hot and had good pressure. Our room was a bit tight as the wardrobe doors do not fully open due to the bed being quite close but we worked around this. I would recommend booking this property.

Great location but unfortunately the house is definitely tired and in need of maintenance. The photos don’t show this. It’s really unfortunate there is no blinds or curtains upstairs in the main living area making it very uncomfortable in the morning with the sun glaring through. This could also be avoided with an outdoor shade on the verandah instead of a small umbrella. The upstairs bathroom constantly smelt like sewerage as if it was coming through the floor vent. We needed to wash the cups and plates in the cupboard before we used them as they hadn’t been cleaned properly. Coffee machine was filthy. Laundry light didn’t work.

The property is in an excellent location the view from the balcony of Geographe Bay is spectacular. The house is a little tired and needs a bit of matainance. The down stair shower would be better with a shower door not a curtain. The top of the stairs has a metal strip it was loose and we had to fix it. It was dangerous.We bought surface spray for the outside to keep the cockroach population down. You are definitely paying for the location and the view. We all had a great time, regardless of the few issue's.

Loved this beautiful property we will be back. The views from the decking out the back facing the ocean gave us prime position to see the Whales migrate through the area at sunrise and views to enjoy a glass of red in the evening! The local birds were amazing. Hand fed the kookaburras, magpies & 28 parrots it was beautiful!!! Even had the rabbits drop in out the back. Plenty of room in the backyard for kids if you have any, the home gave a real warmth about the place it has everything you need. 5 min drive from the hussle and bussle of town!

Have to be honest about our stay , we looked at the picture on line and unfortunately didn’t think the pictures were an accurate representation of what we actually got . The house is very rundown, the bathrooms were outdated and very old looking. One of my friends staying in one of the bedrooms caught her toe several times on the wardrobe frame . The photos online make the house look new but the carpets and bathrooms are very old . We definitely wouldn’t stay here again..

Wow this home has the most fantastic water view from the balcony. The living/dining and kitchen are lovely and fully equipped. There are plenty of bedrooms to accommodate families or a group of friends. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Pros - Perfectly located a few mins away from the beach, coffee van, playground and Meelup trail bush walk. Leisurely stroll to town along the foreshore. Lovely deck which we enjoyed in the evenings. Fully equipped kitchen and bbq. Cons - all bedrooms are very dated. Beware if you are downstairs, you can hear every footstep and sound from the top floor. No air con in bedrooms so it was stuffy at night even with fans on. Deck and living area very hot during the day. Dripping from ceiling in master shower was annoying.

We absolutely loved our stay at the beach house. Location is perfect, home is very well appointed, clean, comfortable and the most gorgeous views on the balcony. Perfect for our family getaway, we will definitely be back !

This is a great venue for friends catch up. Magnificent views from the very large deck. 5 girlfriends each had our own room. One main bedroom upstairs with an ensuite and 4 bedrooms downstairs sharing a bathroom. The newer loungeroom, dining room and kitchen upstairs are great but the rooms downstairs are a bit tired. Beware there is a difficult staircase with very narrow treads and bare boards. Outdoor furniture is quite worn. Overall we gave it a 3.5 rating but it is perfect for a fun weekend stay.

The location was amazing and the deck late afternoon was lovely. Has there been more protection from the sun the deck could be used during the day. The upstairs gets very hot and glary as there are no blinds to stop the beating sun from coming straight in. Overall cleanliness of the property was quite poor and had been overlooked, we had to ask to get the cleaners back just after our check-in, as bathrooms etc were not clean. A microwave would be a good addition also. Overall, we loved the location and the amazing outlook.

The property was clean and spacious. Something needs to be done to the upstairs squeaky floor for the comfort of those sleeping below. Everything was there that we needed for our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The home was beautiful and clean, the deck & view is spectacular, very kid/baby friendly. Communication was great, very fast replies. Only minor complaints- could do with more hand soap & toilet paper, a long life milk or something for the first morning there (before you get to the shops) would be great, TV & microwave are a bit tricky to figure out. Other than that, absolutely fabulous place to stay!

A group of 8 adults stayed for 3 nights, we enjoyed the property very much. Especially the top floor where the kitchen overlooking the decking gives beautiful views. The check in process was easy, the house has everything you need for your stay. As per other reviews the downstairs bedrooms etc are a little less pretty than upstairs but still very good. Would definitely stay again

Firstly was very pleased that the photos online were exactly as the property was, there was no enhancing of photos to make it look good, it was great. Layout was perfect for our family of 9 adults and a 11 month old infant. Everything you needed for a shortstay or long stay visit was there. Views from balcony great to be able to see out to the ocean and property is only a short walk to the beach. If you are energetic you can even walk into the CBD. Would definately book this property again and recommend it to friends.
