Dommage,amélioration sue le ménage à faire

Le matelas confortable,la pression de la douche et eau chaude rapide, le calme de l’environnement,les places de parking gratuit à partir de 17h00

Les casseroles sales,la bouilloire entartrée,les miettes des précédents dans le grille-pain,le manque d’éclairage au niveau de la table, l’escalier de la chambre ,les cheveux dans les siphons de la douche et évier

Un appartement confort idéalement situé au centre historique

L'emplacement parfait au centre historique. Rue calme, à côté de la cathédrale et des commerces. Décoration soignée, et tous les équipements pour un séjour de loisirs ou affaires. Les indications d'accès sont parfaites. J'ai aimé l'agencement, les conseils des hôtes sur place dans un classeur et l'ensemble des équipements. Une adresse idéale pour visiter le patrimoine de la ville de Bourges, que ce soit pour un séjour loisirs ou professionnel. Un grand merci !

Great find. Perfect location for exploring Bourges!

Perfect property for our family of 4 on a stopover back up to Calais. Great location in the heart of Bourges. Had no problems with parking with the bikes on the roof of the car (parked in the square around the corner at the recommendation of the owners).

Cozy place but not for everybody

Excellent location in old town, cozy place well decorated

The room we got was not good for tall people- My husband is 6.5 and had to walk bent the whole time not to hit his head on the various beams througout the main area - He could never make it to the mezzanine bed, so we used the pull out bed -Also not sure why this place shows as a hotel as it fonctions just as an AirBnB-never saw anybody, got access codes and instructions thru mail …

Superb location in a beautiful apartment.

Perfect central location in Old Bourges. Comfortable beds. Kitchen facilities.

We were tired and hot on arrival with 3 children. The sofa beds were not made up and there were no fans for air conditioning.

Perfect ⭐️

The cleanliness of the bedding and comfort of the high quality furnishings. The power shower and the abundance of towels. After a long drive I also appreciate the self check in . The location of the apartment.. well it can’t get better you are in the heart the cathedral in sight and sound. The owners are not present, but the instructions were clearly written, they were also available on text . In the apartment we found a folder with all the recommendations we needed. I will surely keep this address. Thank you for the good accommodations

Clean and stylish interior right in the center of the lovely old town. The hand over of the keys was via code and thus completly contact free and easy. Great experience all around!

The location is out of this world, right next to the cathedral. The shower was excellent and the flat really accessible. It is a great place to watch bourges go by.

Very modern

Tres chic apartment. Very modern facilities and a large bed and kitchen

Parking was complicated. Free parking is only available on ring road . Else it is 2hours max at each meter.

Hospitality and Human Contact Sorely Needed!

The location was excellent—it was close to everything I wanted to see in Bourges. I appreciated the extra effort the owner/manager took when I asked if I could arrive earlier in the day and leave my suitcase at the apartment.

I have never felt so unwelcome during a stay in an apartment. The experience was impersonal and sterile. I had four problems when I arrived: a vacuum sweeper was left in the bathroom area, which was rather small and cramped. I was afraid I would trip over it and sent a message through booking.com messenger asking if the vacuum could be removed. (The apartment is fairly small, its layout a bit choppy, and I needed some space). In addition, there was only ONE coffee pod left—not even enough for one breakfast. Finally, there was a huge duvet placed on top of the washing machine, which took up a lot of precious space, which would have been an ideal place to put toiletries. I asked for duvet to be removed as well as the vacuum. Finally, the info left for guests (only in French) indicated that there was laundry detergent under the sink. I could only find what I believe was detergent for the dishwasher. During my four night stay in Bourges, I never received a response from the owner or manager, much less had the requests and questions addressed. (And let me be clear—I never had any contact with the owner/manager or any staff during the entire visit.) I had to depend on carry-out coffee from the bakery—which, in addition to not being very good coffee, was chilled by the time I got it back to the apartment. The apartment was not cleaned during my days there, so the trash accumulated to the overflowing point. I had to ration toilet paper, too. This is not my idea of pleasant vacation accommodations. My not-very-good experience could have been avoided by some simple courtesy and communication. Hospitality requires some human contact in order to make guests comfortable. Oh, yes, in the photo that I included to show the duvet, you see the ONE hanger that was provided.
