Worst accommodation I have ever stayed in - CANCEL IF YOU CAN!

The location was great

I honestly do not leave bad reviews but this one needs to be said. This is quite honestly the worst place we’ve ever stayed and we do travel a lot! I wish I had of read the hosts passive aggressive responses to other guests reviews as this shows their true colours. If you can still cancel do it!! A few days before our arrival I noticed we had not yet received check in instructions so asked if they could send asap as we were driving from Venice so knew reception wouldn’t be great. The day of arrival still nothing. 2pm still nothing so followed up. Apparently this was sent to a random email address I’ve never seen even though we had previously been communicating through booking.con messenger. From this point I knew we were going to have issues as all members of staff I dealt with were extremely rude and unhelpful. Full of aggression and rather than answering questions I was asked to ‘look at other messages’ which did not have my answer and would also have been quicker and easier to just answer my question. I was then told to contact another member of staff upon arrival which I did via WhatsApp. I advised him we were driving from Venice (7 hour drive with a 1 year old) so would love to gain access straight away. I was told to let him know when we had parked which was a 3 minute walk from the apartment. Once parked I received a message advising he would be 10 minutes!! I would have messaged 10 minutes ago if I knew this. Turns out we were waiting longer than 10 minutes. When the staff arrived the only word he said was ‘hi’ nothing else. He showed my partner up the stairs and gave us the keys he didn’t even take up to the room or show us the wifi just couldn’t wait to get out of there!! Also no help with any luggage ect all the other places we have stayed the hosts have been so helpful and take a bag or something up with them to help - nothing from this guy!

Multiple sets of stairs to reach the property and not lift. Was okay for us but not suitable for accessibility

For local people with local network contracts. People like me from Asia did not fit in the internet accessing

It was in centro

It is very noisy at night till 3:00 am and it was hard to sleep. Plus, the wifi was most of time out of service. The owner asked me to use WhatsApp but with wifi not working, I had to go out to use other wifi to contact the owner.

lovely stay in the heart of napoli!

loved the location and the private terrace! what a wonderful way to relax in between sight seeing! perfectly located to walk everywhere!

just so you know there are about 100 stairs to get to to the rooftop apartment- we loved it! but it is a climb!

Could be a really nice place

The property is take nice, the terraza is certainly the best of it

The relation price -quality is not good, specially for long stays. You don't get discounts and still they don't clean the rooms during your stay. The structure has common areas that neither get clean. It's a pity!

Would NOT recommend. NO wifi in rooms. NO option to leave luggage. NOT responsive host. STAIRS!

The location was good. Walking distance to main streets with restaurants, bars and city center.

The host was horrible! Did not respond to any messages, and was not flexible at all with check-out. There is no option to leave your bags. Internet did not work in the room, only in the common area. The apartment is on the 5th floor with A LOT of stairs and no elevator.

Great Central Naples accommodation, very friendly

Great location, safe and eveything in walking distance. Really friendly staff who were very accommodating for me and my baby- they gave him treats and all! Nice communal kitchen with coffee. Comfy bed and amazing shower!

Everything was great and would 100% stay again. The only things to be aware of: The walls are thin, not a problem for us, but I did feel bad for the room next to ours as our baby cried a bit during the night. There are alot of stairs and no elevator.

Good

Well placed in the heart of Naples old town. The kitchen has lots of appliances, the bed is really comfortable. Even if it is in the city centre, there is no noise you can hear, not even during the weekends when the old centre is so alive.

Loooots of stairs to climb each and every day. However, the owner was very upfront from the very beginning, as I think that the stairs and floor are mentioned in the description.

Very central. Lots of steps to climb though. Hotel quality room. Check out pizza lombardi round the corner. Nice shared kitchen area but cooking not allowed. Some quiet local bars and kebab house handy.

perfect honeymoon stay and ticked all the things we wanted to do off our Bucket list.

The roof top terrace is the perfect spot for coming home and relaxing after a long day of adventures and experience a whole different culture.

be ready for a lot of sleeps to walk but we’ll worth it and works off all the carbs you eat!

The location and the building as a whole, moreover, the neat shared apaces.

The bed was too small, the mattress too soft, the pillow too hard and the plastic layer around the mattress made it very sweaty.

Nice for a shared, hostel-like stay, but not what we were looking for

Great location. Friendly staff member who let us drop bags off early. Clean. Quirky - could be fun and sociable if you were in a group. Sun cream, packs of cards, hair products in shared area, which is nice.

Squeaky, uncomfortable bed with restrictive frame. Limited facilities in room (but shared facilities in main kitchen were okay). Curtains/blinds too small - let in light. Like a hostel.

Good location but very basic stay

Great location in the heart of the Naples historic center. Perfectly find place to stay if you don't plan to spend much time in the apartment.

The bed wasn't very comfortable, and although the room was nice enough the apartment felt a lot emptier and had less character/atmosphere than the pictures seemed to suggest. Not sure if I just stayed at a bad time, but the overall impression was quite different to the one the pictures create online.

Great CENTRAL Naples stay!

This locationnis EXCELLENT for Naples, 10 minute walk to the center, archeological museum, and port! The metro stop Dante is extremely near as well. The room had new bathrooms, extremely clean and modern. The staff was easy to contact , friendly, and reliable. THANKS!

Those travelling should know that there are numerous stairs, maybe 5-6 flights of stairs...

Cunti room!

The room was very clean but basic, Although we were not expecting an entire apartment, we were expecting to have use of the kitchen. There was a terrace off the kitchen with a dining table, but there was no way of accessing the other terrace (shown on booking.com) with the sofa type seating and lights. I assume this was accessed by another guest room.

We were expecting tea/coffee machine in the room as stated on booking.com. Also,there were no toiletries in the bathroom as stated, not great, when you're travelling light and didn't bring shampoo/shower gel. The pictures on booking.com are deceptive, as the terrace illustrated wasn't for our use, and the shared kitchen was not available to use. I did message the host, but i was told this is because of covid, but feel, this should have been brought to our attention before booking. I would suggest anyone booking here gets confirmation of what they expect from the accomodation, as we were disappointed. (Our room was Cunti, and probably the smallest of all the rooms) The lock on our room door played up, and on two of the nights we were unable to lock it from inside, and had problems locking it from outside when we left our room. The stairs are a bit of a killer, however this is more of a warning, as we were aware of this before we booked, but honestly they are tough, especially if you're up and down to go out for a morning coffee, because you can't make one in your accommodation.

Nice place seriously marred by internet problems.

Great location - cafes, bars, restaurants, groceries, attractions all within walking distance Apartment is compact but pleasantly/stylishly furnished. We took the suite which has a great private rooftop terrace

Internet did not work for the entire stay (5 days). The host was concerned, responsive and did his best - to no avail. Guests don't deserve this. The host should change the service provider. The beds are short: taller guests (above 1.8m) my have problems
