Nice apartment for vacation

The apartment has a very convenient location on the first coastline in the central part of the city. Close to all possible locations (beach, historical places, bars and restaurants, buses). Balconies and windows with sea view. There is everything necessary for a long stay, including with children.

It is quite loud outside in the evening (several bars right under the windows)

Pobyt udany, apartament mógłby być bardziej dopieszczony, niewiele brakuje, polecam ze względu na widoki

Linia brzegowa, pobudki na wschód słońca … bezcenne. Wszędzie blisko !

Łazienka, coś tam odpada przy suicie, nie widać na zdjęciu, Winda .. jechałem z dziećmi i się strachu najedliśmy, tzn dzieci bo się zacięła i czekaliśmy kilka minut, telefon alarmowy w windzie nie działa Klimatyzacja w jednej z sypialni to antyk, nie grzała, bo byliśmy w styczniu a wieczorem chłodno.

The view over sea and harbour - JUST SPLENDID Spacious - enough space for people , close and other stuff.

1. balcony-is not safe because the hight of the wall is to small. it should add another extra glass wall to not ruine the view but to feel safe on the balcony 2. noise- crazy noise from the street and the winndows are really poor on stoping it 3. needs some refresments on painting , furniture , and orhers

Very low water pressure in the bathroom. It was almost impossible to have a shower.

Overall it was ok.

The neighborhood is very nice, the people are friendly. Everything is very close, accessible. The host is very kind, friendly and helpful.

The water pressure was very weak, cleaning was uncomfortable. The restaurant below the hotel is very loud from Thursday to Sunday, you can't sleep until dawn, unfortunately the micro didn't work, so we couldn't heat drinks or food with it.

Great choice

It is a nice, clean, spacious place in a great localization. Big thank you for tea, coffee and water in the fridge. Good contact with the Owner, free parking place.

It is quite noisy place, just take it into consideration.

All in all this apartment quite good, for few days I would highly recommend.

The place is beautiful, the apartment is on the beachfront, on the top floor. It has a nice sea view.

Thin windows: ALL NOISE of street (generators, air conditioners, even people's voice was really disturbing, especially Saturday night. The other thing is the water pressure: to take a shower was a challenge :-).

Modern apartment with very good appliances. The location is great , facing the sea and all kind of restaurants located in the same street. Guest support (Katerina) sent us all the needed details on whatsapp which was very helpful, and whenever i send her a message she replies within few minutes.

The apartment wasn't very clean, specially under beds and under the sofa (seems was cleaned since some time). ants and insects encountered. Difficult to have correct water temperature for the shower as there is no pressure and the cold wad water flow is much more powerful than the hot one. The building elevator needs some renovation.

only good thing about this property is that it’s 2 mins from the beach and it’s a very good view for summer not the ideal location unless your happy to hear loud music till 1.30am and be prepared for salt water from the shower

was very dirty and dusty to start with until called for cleaners and even tho tv had 500 channels could only watch 10 of them

Ok short stay in Larnaca

Spacious apartment, well equipped, close to the beach and bus station to the airport.

The apartment would be perfect if it wouldn't miss something very important for a seaside holiday-that is proper water system. The shower lacks of good pressure and also is very difficult, almost impossible to have balanced hot and cold water, eventhough we have respected the instructions in order to heat the water. So yes, the apartment is OK overall, but for short stays (at least until this issue will be somehow fixed-another shower head or something else)

Lovely stay

Fantastic views, great location, attentive staff, we got free parking and were very lucky to get late check out.

Be mindful that water pressure is none existent , it is also pretty much impossible to get consistent water temperature.

Cold apartment with amazing sea view

- Perfect view - Central location

- Cold in winter, especially in the bathroom - Poor water pressure - Old and weak air conditioners in the bedrooms - Lock in the bathroom doesn’t work Administration promised to fix everything immediately, but we didn’t notice any changes.

Never again to Lazuli apartments.

Location only.

When we got to the apartment, we felt the sewage from the bathroom, and it is something that should not happen. No one came to our call to urgently get rid of the smell of the sewer, and the owners rudely avoided coming with various manipulations. The windows, and some parts of the floor were dirty. The water pressure in the bathroom is very low and there is not much hot water in the evening. Also, lot of things were old, and in poor condition. Definitely not a 4 star apartment, if it can be called a holiday apartment at all.

The property was very clean and the interior very nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped. The complimentary bottles of wine and water in the fridge, tea and coffee were a lovely touch. The views of the sunrise and sea were second to none. The beach, restaurants, shops, banks were all in close proximity of the apartment. We had everything we needed and more. Our host maintained excellent communication with us throughout our stay to ensure we were happy and our requirements had been met. We were also permitted a late checkout which was a nice finishing touch and gave us a wonderful ending to a brilliant first holiday experience in Cyprus.

Best location in town

The apartment is very clean and well equipped. Two bedrooms and a living room are a great place for a family or two couples. The location is amazing. The beach is so close, that if you are a good thrower you could throw your towel from the balcony straight to the deckchair on the beach ;P and the view from the windows is breathtaking! The only disadvantage was the water pressure. It took ages to wash long, thick hair because the water runs very slowly, but with all the advantages, this one disadvantage does not matter.
