Großzügig ausgestattet!

Wir wählten das japanische Zimmer für 5 Personen, obwohl wir nur zu zweit waren, und waren von dem Luxus, den es bot, begeistert. Mega glücklich! Geräumig (40qm) Gute Lage. Die Bushaltestelle ist ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Freundliches Personal. Family Mart & Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Hotel sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern.

Das Bett war okay. Es ist ein bisschen zu hart für mich. Aber diese Bewertung ist sehr individuell. Ich bin es gewohnt, in einer weicheren Matratze zu schlafen. Es gab etwas Staub bei der Waschmaschine & wir müssen auch den Filter vor dem Gebrauch reinigen, damit es funktioniert. Die Toilettentür muss geschlossen sein, sonst riecht es ein wenig.

Great home away from home hotel in Kyoto.

Location was great. Caughtva taxi from JR kyoto on arrival but hotel was 2 minutes walk to bus stop with buses going to Nijo Castle or Kyoto Station or Nishiki Market. Room was so spacious...loved the blend of traditional and modern. Room had fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, Great views. Access to the roof top terrace was a bonus.Staff were amazing - nothing was too much trouble.

There was nothing I found to comment on here.

我們一行六人可以在旅館內自在烹煮料理、一起用餐、小酌、聊天，即便不出門也可以待在房間內休息而不會感到擁擠、沉悶。

廚房設施及洗衣設施完備，有利於長天期旅行需求。服務人員非常友善～我們不小心打破了一個盤子，於是跟櫃臺反應並詢問應賠償金額，讓我們覺得貼心的是，他們趕緊問我們是否有因此被傷到，而不是我們在意的賠償😉

Very good value for money

The room was very spacious, with a well equipped kitchenette. The beds were comfortable and having a washing machine in the room was a big perk. It was conveniently located and very good value for money. We would definitely stay there again.

Lots of tech around the room that kept making noise throughout the night.

Almost perfect

The layout and facilities of the room are complete and stylish.

The tap in the bathroom sink has little water coming out and the heater is not working.

A comfortable, functional place to stay while exploring Kyoto.

This is a no nonsense apartment with an awesome Japanese style bath, simple but highly functional kitchen and functional dining/futon bedroom to accommodate up to 5 people. We stayed here for 5 days and found the staff incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is a few block walk from subway stations so if you are up for that then its great. We often walked to the trains in the morning and cabbed it back in the evenings for convenience. The shoji doors and tatami mats made it feel truly Japanese.

The facilities are bare bones but you can ask for a number of items for free from the front desk like a toaster oven and an apple TV to stream services etc which helped. The view was of a neighborhood's roofs and was nothing special.

Amazing stay. Really enjoyed our time at the hotel and Kyoto

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable space. In suite washer/dryer was so helpful! Spacious for a family of 4.

A little further away from the main shopping district, although it’s only a 15-20min walk.

만족스러웠던 미마루에서의 이틀

숙소는 정말 아늑하고 깨끗했습니다. 바닥에 까는 매트릭스도 매우 폭신폭신해서 이틀내내 꿀잠 잤어요ㅎㅎㅎㅎ샤워실에 따뜻한 물도 잘 나오고 수압도 매우 만족했습니다! 또한, 교통이 편리한 곳에 위치해 있어서 대중교통 이용하기에도 편했고, 직원분들도 정말 친절했습니다 :) 전체적으로 정말 만족스러웠던 숙박이었어요~

개선점은 딱히 없지만 매트릭스 위에 까는 이불에 머리카락이 많이 붙어있더라고요! 어차피 얇은천을 맨 위에 깔거라서 크게 상관은 안했지만 그부분의 청결만 조금 신경써주신다면 좋을 것 같습니다.

Very clean with modern facilities. Staff sensational. Handy bus stop 100m away.

Extremely courteous and helpful staff. From assisting with late check in, dinner reservations and taxi bookings the staff were always eager to assist.

Excellent

Amazing hotel, perfect location and easy access. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers in family apartment. Biggest hotel so far. Clean, tidy and has a washing machine. The staff were awesome. Organised e bikes for us which were delivered in the morning. Bikes to the bamboo forest and Monkey park. Was easy and safe, kids had a ball. Would highly recommend this hotel to families.

A lovely place to stay in Kyoto with good value

The room is very clean and comfortable, the staff upon check in are so friendly and lovely.

a little bit small for a family with grown up children but it’s still a lovely place to stay, a bit far from the central and there is no on-site parking which we were not aware when we booked in .

Amazing

The staff is amazing! Best service we've ever had in our vacation! And we travel a lot! Even my kids are impressed! Shout out to Louis who took out the time to give us advice and even got our wife the tea that we were looking for! But everyone is so nice and helpful!! Best crew!!

Really enjoyed our stay - high quality throughout

Excellent hotel with a charming apartment in a convenient location. This is an ultra modern hotel and apartment. The washing machine looks like a space capsule and the toilet is ultra high tech. But the apartment itself has a sense of traditional Japanese style to it, including being super efficient in its layout. It's small but never felt cramped. Very clean, comfortable and fast internet. Location is very convenient - obviously next to the Nijo Castle, but the bus stop outside the hotel has routes that are very convenient for tourists. You are also a short walk from the Bamboo Forest tram, though I wouldn't recommend it (overrated). There's a 7/11 *and* a Lawson supermarket just up the road. The staff were super friendly too. Oh and there's a roof terrace on the 11th floor too and you can see all the way to the Kyoto Tower. We really enjoyed our stay.

Not sure if it was an issue with the hotel or just noisy neighbours, but we could hear their kids screaming and banging until nearly midnight one night. Not loud enough to keep you awake, but an irritant all the same. The bus route is very convenient, but that also means it is popular - it was always full. You might want to take a taxi to the station if you have big bags; the bus even has a sign inside saying "no big bags" because of all the tourists, but nobody pays it any attention. Taxi is not too expensive at about 1000-1500 yen.

Perfect for a family stay

Lovely, helpful staff. Rooms were clean & neat. Perfect for young family with small kitchen for breakfast & washing machine/dryer in the room.

Location was great for buses to get to places during the day. Not many night time food options closeby.

If you would like to experience a Japanese style flat, it's a must!

It's the first time my parents vising Kyoto ans she felt so surprised by the vibe of traditional Japanese decoration and interior. The bed and the tatami were really lovely. I'm so glad that my family enjoyed so much!

It was very open which is great for big groups. The room provided facilitates such as a free washing machine and kitchen which was perfect for a big family staying. Bunk beds were awesome for the little kids and overall aesthetically pleasing

We were very happy with the Mimaru properties that we stayed in while in Japan.

Loved that there were bunk beds so the teens didn't have to share a bed. Loved the in-room laundry and the well stocked kitchen (dishes, cutlery, hot plate, kettle, fridge/freezer). We also borrowed a toaster oven which was handy for breakfasts. We also learned that the buses are easier/closer than the subway in Kyoto. The front desk staff were above expectation - very friendly and helpful.

We found the beds a little hard for our personal preference. The sliding partitions were a lovely decorative accent but sometimes in the way of a functioning space.

Comfortable family stay with a great rooftop and ability to self-cater, washing machine in room.

Great setup, included kitchen and tatami room for dining / sleeping. The staff were so friendly and lovely.

The location was a little out of central Kyoto, however was close to Niojo Castle, supermarket and bus stop.
