2750 Main St was perfect for our family. With 4 adult children, it was spacious enough for all of them and their friends. Perfect location to walk to coffee shops, restaurants and Ellis Landing Beach. Huge back yard for yard games and the trail through the woods to the rail trail was great for walks and biking. Overall a great week!

My family and I- ranging in age from 6 months to 74 years- thoroughly enjoyed our week in this home. It was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. The large back yard was ideal for play with small children, and the walk to Blueberry Pond was beautiful. Brewster is centrally located to many of the places we love on the Cape, so we never drove more than 10-15 minutes to our favorite beaches and restaurants! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location! Easy access to the rail trail for biking, quick ride to the beach right down the street. Everything was conveniently located in close proximity to the house. Home is nice and spacious for a larger group. The back deck is great for lounging outside. Beautiful, newer kitchen was well used. Homeowner is a thorough communicator. Thank you, Jim, we had a wonderful stay!

The house was very comfortable for 8 people. 3 generations and we found lots to do. Jim was very helpful and we enjoyed his lengthy instructions about the house, the suggestions of activities and restaurants. Being on the rail trail was an added bonus.

We had our family of 10 with age ranges from 3 - 80. The property was located well near grocery shops, restaurants, and fire wood. The owner was highly responsive and resolved any questions raised quickly. The two best things about the property for us were - The Kitchen and the bedrooms. Plenty of beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. Kitchen has all the needed utensils, equipment, silverware. We had a great time.

Beautiful house and awesome property. Close to everything. Would have liked to stay longer and wish I had brought binoculars for viewing the birds in the pond. There were several varieties of ducks but I would have liked to be able to identify them better.

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation . My parents, siblings, and our spouses & children decided on this place. We loved the location, we took the backyard path to the bike trail everyday. The beach was a short walk away. We brought our car down to drop off our chairs etc. then walked or biked down. Ellis Landing Beach was the perfect spot to watch the sunset. We ate dinner in the back deck almost every night and enjoyed the privacy of the sprawling backyard. The house was clean and had plenty of accommodations for all of us to have our space. There were 7 adults, 2 teens, and a 6 year old. We all had a wonderful week! Jim was on hand to answer the few questions I had, and responded right away.

This house had plenty of room for the entire family, and enough yard and deck space to host extended family in the afternoon and evenings. Our host brought fresh hanging flowers and replaced a broken firepit one day as well. He truly cared about us having the best experience and the property looking great. Like all of Cape Cod, there were busy times of day on the road out front, but it was never noisy, and it wasn't impossible to get in and out of the driveway. We have stayed in the Yarmouth area in years past and we found that Brewster is much more "central" to the things we like to do. We were much closer to the National Seashore, the Wellfleet Audubon Sanctuary, downtown Chatham and even the couple locations in Yarmouth we like to visit were easy to get back to. Great bookstore, coffee, bakery, beach and restaurants all within walking distance and the Cape Cod Rail trail is accessible from a walking path in the back yard OR just a short ride/walk down the street. We will definitely be considering this property again when we return to the Cape.

We've made a tradition of 3 generations spending a week together at the beach each summer. We have stayed in many homes and this was the best. The owner was very responsive with our questions and needs, the location is wonderful and the kids had more than enough room to run around. The grandma and grandpa, as well as our adult children were very happy. The cousins always love spending time together. Highly recommend.

The house was exactly as advertised, and more. Spacious, beautiful and very well equipped. Two families had plenty of space to gather, and the location was very convenient to beaches, biking and dining. Jim is a very generous and responsive host. We could not have asked for more.We loved our week there. Thank you!

Our family enjoyed everything about this house! Jim, the owner was extremely helpful and available. We had rented two homes for our family reunion. The second home was in walking/biking distance and waterfront, with a great beach!
Our grandchildren flew kits, rode bikes, played soccer, hide and seek and swam and snorkeled every day! Walking to JT's food and ice cream, bakeries, the bookstore and the convenient store kept us on foot and leaving the cars parked! The bike trails are right behind this house! Highly recommended for riding and walking!

This home was perfect for family to stay together for a wedding weekend! There were tons of rooms to choose from a couple bathrooms, and ample space in the kitchen, living room, porch, and deck to gather with family visiting from near and far. The location is also close to everything you could possibly need! Highly recommend this listing!

Unbelievable Experience in Brewster
We stumbled across this property while looking for a place to stay in Brewster for a wedding and week-long vacation. We absolutely loved it. The property itself was huge, and the house felt comfortably lived in. The convenience factor was tremendous (less than a minute drive to Ocean Edge Resort, gas/groceries/liquor directly across the street, great restaurants, beach and other activities all within walking distance). The owner was super attentive and responsive when contacted. Highly recommended for a family trip.

Great spot for family vacation.
The house was spacious and accommodated our extended family well. There was a cabinet of spices for our use. The write up stated “pet friendly” but Mr McGinnis changed the policy but not the write up. The upstairs shower didn’t drain very well and was fixed, but still continued to pool ankle deep water. . There was no direct hook up with the rail trail which was disappointing. However we were completely comfortable there and I would rent this property again.

Brewster stay
The house is lovely and well appointed. After a few glitches in the beginning (owner resolved the issues) very disappointed that the hiking trail was not cleared. We were so excited about taking daily hikes to Blueberry Pond and could not do so. Great location and a great house for family gathering!

A wonderful family get-together
Our trip to the Cape was the first time my sister and I, and our families, have been together since the pandemic started. We all fell in love with the house, which was beautiful, clean and well set up for guests.
We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we can gather together from Tennesse and California

complete satisfaction package
truly extraordinary in all aspects. spacious, tasteful, above and beyond basic expectations. inferred home was where James grew up, appointed for ongoing needs of family. communicated with James directly and couldn't have been more helpful. advised him to advertise that 2 single sit-on-top kayaks were in lower garage. found them only by accident. in sum, top marks for rental.

Amazing Family Vacation
We had a wonderful family vacation at Jim’s home to celebrate my parent’s 50th Anniversary! It’s on an amazing piece of property and in an excellent location; very walkable to the beach, a coffee shop, bakery, and restaurant. There was very easy access to the rail trail, and the adult bikes available to use were great. We put many miles on them! The home was very spacious, and the six adults and two children who stayed never felt crowded. The expansive yard was ideal for kids to have fun in. Jim provided an extremely detailed write-up with things to know about the house, local attractions, shopping/dining suggestions, and much more. We referred to it many times. Jim genuinely cared about our guest experience, and was incredibly prompt, responsive, and gracious in addressing a few issues that popped up. We’d definitely return to create more family memories!

Wonderful trip
We just had the most wonderful week on the cape. This house was fantastic. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and there was more than enough space for all of us. The location was perfect: walking distance from the bike trail, the beach, JTs, and a bakery. Jim was the most gracious host. He provided a detailed list of instructions and area recommendations. When the dryer didn’t work, he made sure our laundry was done and got the dryer fixed this week. We would love to stay at this house again.

Amazing Memories
Reigniting a lifelong family tradition of going to the Cape that has been dormant for the last 15 years and bringing it to the next generation was made as easy as could be with this house as our playground. Phenomenal atmosphere that felt like home the moment we walked in. Beautiful property, masterfully maintained, and allowed us to just jump right into vacation with minimal input. We will be repeat customers for sure! Thank you for putting us back into our childhood in front of our kids. New and old memories, new and old traditions, amazing stuff.

Roomy interior and outdoor paradise
We were a party of 10 and fit perfectly in the 5 bedrooms. Home was clean and had all the modern conveniences, loved the kitchen bar. With 6 teens, no problems spreading out with multiple floors and the two TV rooms. But of course we did t spend much time watching TV with the wide open, huge backyard. Plenty of space to play anything, whiffle ball games were a blast. And then we had the convenience of the bike trail, quick walk/ride from the house to the main trail and we were off. Took the entire family out riding on multiple days. Owner was very responsive to the couple of issues that popped up, would definitely rent here again.

The house was roomy and open. It had a big yard and deck with a patio and a lovely breezeway. It had everything we needed to have a great vacation. The beach was in walking distance. We were happy with our stay and the owner was available if we needed him. The Cape is our happy place!!

Very nice property and location
The property is located in a great area of Brewster. And, the house had a great layout for multiple family units with a bedroom wing down stairs and the other bedrooms upstairs.
I think my group may have been the first staying there in some time so there were a few little things that need to be taken care of and these have been communicated to the owner. They were nothing that stopped our enjoyment of our stay, just things that will make the next persons stay even better.

Great stay, wonderful hosts!
Everything was exactly as expected and more. Jim was super helpful before and during our stay, and the house was a great setup and very close to great shops, restaurants, and beaches. The kitchen with oversized island, breezeway, and back deck and yard were perfect. We look forward to returning again. Thank you, Jim and family!
