We had a fabulous day at this house. After many other cape rentals I can confidently say this is the best! The access to all of the cape and a beautiful pond just down the street is everything you need for a great Cape vacation! The house has plenty of Bedrooms to sleep people and as well equipped for a great week on the cape with beach gear and even a kayak! Highly recommend we will be booking year after year

My family enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. Being so close to Blueberry Pond and the bike trail was awesome! After a day spent at various nearby beaches we enjoyed wonderful meals prepared at home or dining out. We often ended our evening sitting by the fire pit. Plenty of space for a large family like ours!

This house was perfect for our multi-family stay in Cape Cod. Central location, this clean and well taken care of home was well stocked and very comfortable. Nice large lawn and proximity to the Cape Cod Rail Trail was perfect. Communication with Neil was excellent.

We enjoyed the spacious main living area. The proximity to the bike path was fantastic, we rode bikes every day and even rode to nearby beaches. The neighborhood is beautiful and having the pond down the road was lovely. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The air conditioners are window units and do need to be cleaned and the upstairs is carpeted, so tougher for those with allergies. The bedrooms were spacious and mattresses comfortable and we loved the multiple outdoor areas and outdoor shower.

Great spot for families or large friend group that is comfortable sharing beds / rooms. The upstairs bedrooms have many beds per room, but 2 bedrooms downstairs are more private. This worked perfectly for our group, but keep that in mind when booking! Both bathrooms were newly renovated and very clean.

This was a family vacation with our children, spouses, and grandchildren. The house was perfect for us. Everyone had their own space. The house had everything we needed and everything else was close by. Nick was very responsive when a question was asked. We made more happy family memories with the help of this home away from home.

Loved this property as it had a very Cape Cod look and feeling! Being so close to the pond as well as the CC bike trail were added plusses for our group. We made use of the fire pit in the evenings and plenty of yard space out front for kids to play. House was well maintained, was furnished nicely, had plenty of kitchen necessities, utensils, dishes, etc., My group had no complaints (other than the upstairs toilet which I mentioned to the host). Definitely recommend this property to others.

Late August week
We had a wonderful week staying in the Blueberry Pond home. The house was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. Having beach chairs, floats and bikes was especially convenient. We loved the short walk to the swimming pond. The owner Neil was very responsive. We had a small issue at check in and he immediately resolved the issue. We highly recommend this home.

Blueberry Pond
Excellent location - short walk to private pond beach and rail trail. Quiet one mile walk to Ellis Landing Beach.
Great house layout - King and Queen in two rooms on main floor, two adjoining rooms with four twins at one end of upstairs, one large room with Queen and two twins at other end of upstairs. Window ACs in all bedrooms.
Kitchen was well-stocked, as was garage, with two bikes, kayak, beach chairs, cooler, etc. Deck had small patio table with gas grill and adjacent fire pit with firewood.

Blueberry Pond Getaway
We stayed at Neil's place for a week. The setting was fantastic -- half a block from the entrance to the Cape Cod bike trail, 1 minute walk to Blueberry Pond Association beach. There were 5 of us, so in addition to using Neil's kayak, we rented an additional flotilla and spent wonderful afternoons on the lake, when we weren't biking. The house was extremely clean, and we were very comfortable staying there. It has a cozy setup. The bedrooms are all very good-sized and have multiple windows if you want to get a breeze going. There are enough of them to create plenty of spaces for folks to go off and quietly read a book or do their own thing. The living room is larger, brighter, and more comfortable than it looks in the photos. Neil was an efficient and thorough communicator. We borrowed one of the mountain bikes at the house, and it was in excellent condition. All in all, it was a delightful relaxing vacation. Just the break we needed from New York City during the pandemic.

Great location!
We loved our stay at this Brewster home! The house is large with five bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen, family room, and large dining area. The flow of the house worked well for our extended family (6 adults and 4 children), and we enjoyed being able to spend time together both inside and outside on the deck and in the yard. Our favorite aspects of the house were its proximity to a nice, clean little beach on Blueberry Pond (a very quick and easy walk) and the Rail Trail for biking/running (there's a little path straight onto the Rail Trail a short distance from the house). We also enjoyed Crosby Landing Beach, which was a short drive from the house (and could also be easily accessed from the Rail Trail). There were several restaurants and ice cream nearby within driving/biking distance. The owner, Neil, was attentive and responsive to our questions. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect Brewster location
My family had a wonderful time here, a beautiful wooded property just steps from Blueberry Pond, the Rail Trail, and great Brewster spots like the Snowy Owl. The kids also loved making s'mores around the fire pit. Neil the owner was very accommodating and responsive to our questions. We'll definitely be back.

Wonderful House near Blueberry Pond in Cape Cod
This house near Blueberry Pond was exactly as advertised. It was the perfect size for our group (11) and had all the necessary amenities. It was great having Blueberry Pond only a short walk away and the pond beach was perfect for the children. In addition to swimming and kayaking in the pond, the fishing was good also. Finally, the property owner was very friendly, responsive and easy to work with. We all hope to return to the Cape in the next several years.

Fantastic stay with big family
My family had a great time at this home. 8 adults and several children under five fit comfortably here. Location in the cape is fantastic and the house is lovely. Despite it raining most of our trip, we enjoyed spending time in the home together. It was clean, had the basic amenities you need and then some. Bedrooms are large and spacious. Location is close to the rail trail and the brewster flats, which were beautiful. Nice central location in the cape. Would absolutely stay again!

Spacious Family Getaway
Loved the property and how we all had more than enough space of our own. We traveled with both sets of grandparents and our two children. Set up was perfect- even included a changing table for the baby! I love how the kitchen is an addition on the back of the house and the stairwell had a door on it. Both of these features made it virtually impossible to have noises wake up the baby or the kiddos wake up the adults below. Great host, very responsive and friendly!

Excellent for large families
We had a great stay in this home. Plenty of space for everyone and lots of books and games for keeping busy on rainy days. Outdoor space was nice, with chairs and fire pit. So close to Blueberry Pond. Beds were very comfy!

Excellent location and great use of space!
We had a great time - house is clean and well stocked, and it’s a very short walk from a sweet quiet pond - perfect for swimming - and just a short ride on a quiet street to the bike path. Lots of beds - perfect for a couple of families. Thanks Neil!

Very nice roomy home in a quiet neighborhood
My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house definitely accommodated our family with 6 adults and 2 kids. It is right next to a beautiful lake. However, the beach area was closed due to flooding, but we were still able to take out the kayaks. Two bikes were in the garage but not usable due to flat tires. All the rooms were large, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was great and included some condiments. Although not stated on the listing, bed linens are typically not provided. But we spoke with Neil and he was able to provide the linens were needed for our stay.

Comfortable house, great location
The house was great for our family group of 5 adults and 4 children. It was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. We especially liked the big dining table, the deck, and the fire pit. The setting was quiet and very private; a short walk to a pond for swimming and kayaking and a short walk to access the Cape Cod Bike Trail. We enjoyed walking the trail to Cobies for seafood and ice cream. The Brewster beaches were perfect for young children; no surf and no sharks! Brewster is also a good central location to explore the rest of the cape. Neil was very easy to work with and we hope to return for another Cape Cod vacation.

Photos are misleading, home was not clean or comfortable
To be fair and balanced, I'll start with some positives. P1) The owner communicated in a timely manner. The owner informed me ahead of my rental period that the oven was not working and he worked to have a replacement oven installed early in our rental period which led to minimal impact to our vacation cooking plans (2 dinners effected). Next, when I informed the owner that the cable was not working in the kitchen or the bedroom, he quickly arranged for the cable company to fix the problem. Unfortunately, this problem was not resolved. P2) Another positive was the outdoor shower. It was the cleanest and most comfortable shower in the home.
Now on to the negatives. N1) Regarding the cable TV, the owner partly blamed me for not being at the home to allow the cable repairman in even though I made no commitment to do so. On this point, I do not think it is a reasonable expectation that I reschedule my travel plans to manage the owners home.
I found the home to be disorganized, poorly maintained, unclean, and uncomfortable. Provided are a few examples. N2) Lots of spiders, spider webs, and other bugs were observed throughout the home, including in the kitchen, clothes drawers, closets, and beds. Many of the interior walls, corners, windows, etc. had the remains of squished bugs. I assume that this is a chronic problem. N3) The interior of the home is badly worn. Dirt, scuff marks, dents, and holes (at least one fist-sized) were observed on walls, doors, and moulding throughout the home. N4) The family room is small and has limited seating for the sleeping capacity of the home. N5) The upstairs bedrooms were uncomfortable. Blinds were broken and full of holes. The closets consisted of unfinished parts of the attic, rife with spider webs. Each contained an assembly of random items thrown on the floor. Clothes drawers were unusable and the one media center contained an assortment of junk. N6) The upstairs bathroom was uncomfortable. There were no blinds, the shower head was old and leaked, the curtain did not contain water well, and the rug felt chronically under laundered. The toilet was not secured to the floor. There was no toilet roll holder or towel rods, only a door hook was present. N7) The garage was unclean and a mess. N8) The kayaks were stored among poison ivy. N9) The laundry room doors were absent. N10) The fridge coil cover was absent. N11) The family room rug smelt of beer. N12) The basement had safety hazards.

Nice place to stay
Tons of room and comfy! It was perfect for the group I went with for our stay. About the only thing I would even think would be a drawback is the hot water ran out when taking several showers back to back (we were a group of nine). So, just remember to take a few minutes between and you'll all have hot water. Would definitely stay here again

Thanksgiving fun! Great location and great house.
We visited over Thanksgiving and had a great time! Neil was super to work with and offered us access to everything we needed for the house. The house was very clean and tidy. It fit 5 adults and 7 kids (from teen down to 3) without feeling cramped and we were inside a lot (due to time of year!). We loved the short walk to the pond and bike path, the fire pit was perfect to make s'mores!
