The property was set back a little from the hwy which was nice and peaceful. The host and staff were amazing, very flexible and welcoming.

We had a great time at the property, the rooms are clean when we arrived and they provide all the necessary items like towels,garbage bags and tissue.

The unit was clean and budget friendly. All kitchen utensils were provided. Staff is very nice.

My daughter loves the playground. Also like the ambiance and location. Peaceful.

The pool is quite dirty. I hope they have a scheduled cleaning every day instead of every tuesday.

Extra Charges

Near the main road about 5 minutes.

There were extra charges upon arrival, like the parking fee, pool access and extra pax . Even if I choose the right pax the app was in auto default upon booking. Aside from the acceas fee the Pool was on maintenance and we are unable to use it even if it's one of the reasons we booked the place. Then comfort room a bit messy because there's no drainage on the other half of the cr so the water stuck on the floor.

Good

The caretaker of the unit was accusing us of the lost 3 saucers. We didn’t even access any of those because we used disposables to avoid washing dishes. We were offering to have all our bags checked before going out, or pay either for the lost saucers. The caretaker told us to inform the owner of the unit and text us how much to pay for the 3 saucers. We were waiting for a message but received none.

We really had so much fun staying in the unit. It's clean and kitchen utensils/needs are available.

My children love the place. A home away from home. We will definitely come back.

- We like that it is spacious and clean. - The owner and care taker is very accommodating and very responsive in all of our questions. - They provided kitchen supplies, coffee,tea and toiletries. - Cooking tools and dining ware are also provided, so you can cook simple meals. - The location is quiet and peaceful.

The only issue we have is there is no drainage on the sink and toilet bowl part of the cr but its okay, we just used the mop to dry the tiles.

A great super clean condo with attentive manager.

Manager was prompt with providing keys and our needs. We discovered the remote to the TV batteries were dead and the manager changed them immediately. We were impressed with her service. The condo was nicely decorated and the comfort room was pristine clean. The condo was perfect for our overnight getaway. Very quiet and secure condo. AC in the bedrooms was super cool and more than needed.

Pay items should have a printed listing with prices in the condo, but the manager sent us the info. TV smart features are a bit difficult to use with no Netflix app that we could find. We still enjoyed watching with YouTube.

It was a good value for money.

Accessible to many restaurants if you've got your own transportation.

Bed sheets and covers were not clean and had to replace it ourselves from the cupboard. Bathroom were not cleaned properly.

Superb

We liked the welcome arrangements (towels and toiletries in a basket). The staff (Roselle) was very courteous and accommodating. She even set up the equipment before she left. Liked the big TV, comfy bed and pillows, nice smelling towels, complete kitchen utensils and drinking water freebie. We liked the balcony facing the morning sun and with a good view of the pool area.

Some broken cabinets but it didn't bother us as we kept our things in our bags for the overnight stay only.

The elevator is not working. Only one trash can in the unit. Few power outlets inside the unit. Lacks extra beddings since i added another person.

Fabulous

We like that the place is spacious enough for the group. Complete with home essentials except tissue. It's like we are just in the comforts of our home. The host (Lyn) is quick in responding to our questions as well as the caretaker.

No wifi connection. Not recommended for commuters as there are no available tricycles at night.
