Amenities: While the kitchenware was complete and basic amenities were available, the lack of maintenance overshadowed these positives.

I stayed at Epie’s Pad from December 24 to 26 with my two brothers and my senior citizen parents, and it was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve had with accommodations. Not to mention this is during Christmas. 1. Unmaintained Unit: The condo was in poor condition overall. • The air conditioning wasn’t working. • The showerheads and microwave were filthy. • Only two towels were provided for five guests. 2. Smart Lock Disaster: • The unit uses a smart lock with keyless entry, which is convenient. On our first day, we were given a code valid for 24 hours (a good security policy). • On December 25, after spending the day outside, we returned to find the code expired. This was fine—if only the unit owner had been reachable. • We tried to contact the owner, Diane, for two hours with no success. Both phone numbers went unanswered, Facebook messages were ignored, and messages on the booking platform were left unseen. 3. Poor Communication: We tried to contact the owner, Diane, for two hours, but there was no response. Both phone numbers were unattended, Facebook messages were ignored, and booking platform messages went unseen. • Meanwhile, my parents—both senior citizens—were left standing outside the condo in the cold because the lobby was packed with people checking in and out. The Wind Residences’ lobby is an open space, fully exposed to the elements. 4. Irresponsible Excuse: When Diane finally responded, she claimed she was at work and couldn’t reply sooner. This is unacceptable. As a host, it’s her responsibility to ensure guests can access the unit, especially knowing when the code would expire. Verdict: If you value cleanliness, functional amenities, and reliable communication from a host, I strongly advise against booking this unit. The lack of professionalism and preparedness made this an unpleasant and stressful stay.

I love everything! The owner was very friendly, easy to talked to. The unit was very nice, clean, comfortable and had a great view. Internet and TV are working well, theres also game boards. There's complimentary water, coffee sachet and snacks. It was a memorable stay. Would def recommend and go back!!

The kids didn't have a chance to swim because there's a new memo that the owner should get vouchers for their guest or pay, we are willing to pay but sadly it was a Sunday and the admin is open from Monday to Friday. But overall we had a great time.

Nice place. Good location - near to some attractions and the view of the Taal volcano.

Didn’t understand the rule about charging Php 100 if check in is done after 4pm. Also this rule is only made known once your booking is already within the non-refundable period. Very sneaky! I hope booking.com looks into this.

The view is fantastic, esp the sight of Taal Volcano, very relaxing.

water pressure in the shower is not that strong. The Netflix in the Master‘s bedroom isnt working , asking for PW, and have to pay. so we used my son‘s PW instead. But the tv in the sala is ok. Ms Dianne is very nice & accomodating . She lined up at the reception for us when we said we’re on the near. On out last day, i asked her to come at 10am instead of 12pm check out time coz we have other plans after Tagaytay and mind you, she came just in time. Thank you Ms. Dianne for a very nice stay! ❤️

Good place to stay at a fair price.

Good position, Taal lake can bee seen, but it's not really frontal view. Anyway the position allow the tenant to enjoy transportation services and restaurants. Sky ranch is quite near, just walking distance.

We only found 2 towels in the room despite being 4. Apart from this, no problem was found.

Broken doorknob, the security didn't handle well authorisation of parking lot when endorsement is already given by owner,too strict entry admissions. Big hassle for foreigners esp.

My family enjoyed our stay at Epie’s Pad. We would definitely recommend it.

It is clean and it the view is beautiful. You can see the lake side and watch the sunrise from your glass window. It has all the appliances that you need that makes it convenient. My children love their room and the master’s bedroom is also very comfortable.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. BAD SERVICE.

It was too late when we found out that the bed sheets were all so dirty. Kaya pala iba ang amoy pati blankets. WIFI is not working. we have to provide our own.

Ms. Dianna is so unprofessional. Didn’t even say thank you. All she want is to charge us with everything, konting galaw. Didn’t accomodate with our request to use the pool, even blamed us that we checked in late considering we paid 100php every hour beyong 4pm.

Our overall stay was good despite the mentioned things we didn't like.

The room was a good fit for my family.

It was the Wi-Fi connection. Converge is not working. Prepaid globe was used up immediately. No drinking water/dispenser available. Parking was very far.

Dian was accommodating and she accompanied us to the check-in counter and made sure it's hassle-free. A unit tour with a complimentary snack. We enjoyed the cold weather but had to bear with the cold bath due to heater malfunction. Overall it was a pleasant stay

One of the best Staycation Rooms at Wind Residences, Tagaytay!! 💙

The room has a nice view. Clean and comfy at the same time. We appreciate the service provided by the owners. They are very patient with us and well communicated. The paintings are so nice and comforting. Amenities serve its purpose. Cool kitchenware, dining, and sofa area. Will definitely book again. Thank you so much for giving us a great staycation time.

Would be better to know pool policies ahead. All in all, everything is well arranged.

Price is very affordable.. Dian was so nice enough and easy to talk with... The unit it was clean and complete facilities hot shower and everything u need in the kitchen was provided. The unit smells good as well. I would always suggest this place if u want a staycation.
