Room was clean and the shared common kitchen was great and had ample appliances, fridge, facilities for cooking etc.
No air conditioning as it was hot and ventilation limited

Very clean and convent for my short stay.
Nothing

Quite,nice people,kind stuff
abut key ,need more informations

Competing in the NZ Masters Games Athletics….it has an excellent location just perfect.
Room overlooked the fields second floor corner …excellent appointed well set up with everything we needed
Security excellent.
Only thing which was disappointing was the low data broadband allowance. Couldn’t even get a speed test result it was so low. For an extract $10 a night would have gladly paid for more wifi….it really really was poor.

The location was good, especially for us being across the road from the Polytechnic where we had our inductions. It was clean, had plenty of activities and the staff were really helpful especially when our flights got cancelled and we had to come back for another night.

Clean, very tidy and cosy
Parking wasn’t labelled well (said towing zone) although was free and no problem
4.3
Perfect for family group needing access to Logan Park
Wine glasses in the room would have helped ;)

Super clean and equipped
Frying pan missing

Prima verblijf voor in Dunedin, je kunt er koken en hebt een goede badkamer.
Kamer is goed bed is comfortabel.

The reception staff were friendly and they helped me with laundry. It was good to have the kitchen.
It should be known that this is an off season student facility, is not signposted as Otago Village but something else I could not read. There is no chairs to sit in the room, there is very little ventilation, the bed is a spring and very uncomfortable and the bathroom is tiny with also no fan or ventilation.
4.3
设备配置完全满足研究生学习生活,住宿条件。
游客住在底楼,窗外有很多学生运动,使得游客没有隐私感,不太舒服。

Cost effective

Clean and close to Otago Business School which was convenient.
my room didn’t get cleaned the whole time I was there. According to the room service booklet, Cleaning is every third day. I was there for a whole week and never got my room cleaned, which is likely to have been an oversight.

Great holiday use of student accommodation
It sas not obvious on Booking.com that these were in fact student accommodation and more difficult to find than traditional accommodation. This wouldn't have been a problem if we understood this in advance and planned for it, but it did cause a bit of stress. Once we checked in, it was great.
4.3
Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, good facilities
I couldn't get the air conditioning to make the room cooler

The room was clean and comfortable. The hostel itself was pretty quiet though it was still the holidays for the uni and for most polytech courses and super handy for the Polytech, which is what I went for. The TV was a good size. An excellent number of power points and great lighting. I loved the size and placement of the desk right in front of the window. For the price it was good and I would definitely stay here again.
The bathroom was fine but it didn't have space to put your things down. So nowhere to put a toiletry bag and toilteries. There was just enough space on the back of the sink to put my toothbrush. The bathroom sink also has no ability to plug the plug hole.
The kitchen had just enough to get by but there were no baking sheets, so if you want to use the oven you have to cook directly on the oven shelf.
There was no bedside table/cabinet but there was a filing type cabinet under the desk that I moved to use as a bedside table because I like to have a glass of water next to the bed and my phone.

privacy
ROOM WAS EXTREMELY HOT 30DEG. Although the nice reception person dropped off a fan to help.

Well first off was a bit unsure about it but I soon changed my mind it was just a gem of a place everything we needed was there the staff were so lovely and very helpful just ideal.
4.3
How modern it was, having our own rooms and two bathrooms, free wifi, free coffee & milk, lovely communal lounge, games and vending machines.
How hot it was in the rooms at night & the windows not being tinted, having to pull the blinds during the day to get dressed.
4.3
it was close to we’re I needed to be
no staff to control other tenants running around banging on doors all night drunk
4.3
Location was ideal being very close to Forsyth Barr Stadium and close to walking tracks.
One of the bedrooms had an annoying clicking sound in the ceiling which made it hard to sleep.
4.3
Everything was nice and clean and everyone was so helpful and friendly😊 I am definitely going back!!!
4.3
Close to campus
Clearly not a hotel but a student dorm
4.3
Modern, clean, tidy, warm, walking distance from City centre, quiet location
The mattress was springs and you can feel every move, but comfortable sleep otherwise
4.3
Loved staying there during the uni holidays. Really clean and spacious with a fab kitchen. It was very quiet and not far to walk into the city centre. Also used laundry room which was really cheap.
4.3
it was new and clean; basic but adequate.
The location was not convenient to town. There were few places to eat nearby.
4.3
Cute as hell lil apartment. Bed was comfy. Netflix access was cool. Shower was excellent.
Not a fan of lack of designated smoking/vaping area. Also not being able to really open the windows meant a real lack of airflow which I didn't enjoy.
4.3
the room was very functional, bright and clean
Water pressure was very low in the shower.
