This motel is well-located and spacious. The manager was friendly and everything was in working order with good water pressure in the shower.
It is in shabby condition with old carpets that are stained and missing doors off wardrobes. It needs a total refurbishment and deep clean.

Lovely comfy beds, noisy surroundings but couldn’t hear much inside! It is a bit high in price but overall very clean, comfortable and safe☺️

Nothing
Extremely disappointed
The motel was dirty and in poor condition
I would not stay there again
For the cost of the motel for two nights I felt the standard was extremely poor and unkept

Staff walk into your room whenever they want and don’t have respect for your privacy , had an uncomfortable experience where I got back to the motel went inside and was about to get changed until I realised one of the staff was standing in the bathroom, 2 hours later I was In the shower and one of the staff banged on the door, I had to hope out as he kept banging on the door and the staff member said they had to check the leak in the shower.
after walking in staff asked my reason for staying and I said I’m here for work and because of that he proceeded to tell me if I stayed again it’d be charged an extra 50 on top of the standard room price because I’m here on commercial business. Ridiculous!
wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re a female in your early twenties :)))

Not much, was warm and the lady who checked us in was very nice
Property is very run down felt like you should be located in the very poor, high crime areas not safe
Website advertised Sky TV but there was nothing and the coffee was so old it was black when we opened packet, parking was very tight - we have a large vehicle and was hard to park and move around drive though area

Location
Very retro/old looking for the price

Cia was helpful
The premises were shabby, the heaters were budget and did not heat the room sufficiently. The laundry facility was a shabby outdoor shed and the dryer was broken. I was offered a plastic drying rack. the plastic was peeling and the wire underneath was rusting. It was appalling despite the best efforts of Cia who tried very hard to accommodate my needs. The owners need to feel ashamed and need to resource their workers to meet the needs of guests. I worry for the staff in this motel. It is my view that they are disempowered and that the owners are controlling.

The facility being pet friendly. Location was perfect for us.
When we arrived later in the day the unit windows were all open and as it was a cold day the rooms were very cold. took a while to warm up. Maybe a check to see before customers arrive that the place is warm especially in winter.

Large kitchen.
Very old furnishings, makeshift repairs, handwritten signs sellotaped to appliances.
Tricky one-way driveway system which is hard to workout from the street.
Noisy as you are smack bang in the student area of town.
A bit of a shocker to be honest.

Very poor repair. Not enough towels or toilet paper supplied.
The stairs are unsafe with railings patched up. And the concrete steps are too narrow

The guys that checked us was really friendly and the location was good to town.
We had to go buy toilet paper because we had 3 rolls for the duration of our stay 4 days and not topped up while we were out. towels were only changed once while we were there. Linen were stained pillows were old and flat as were the blankets. The whole space was dated with damage to the walls etc. Towels were small and not soft. Constant noises could be heard from both street and other rooms. Fridge in the room. Turned everything to ice.

The staff is very caring. Even if we check-in late, they will help us turn on the heating in advance. There was something wrong with the room, they came to deal with it immediately. There is an exclusive parking space at the door, and the place is very convenient to go anywhere. You can also cook by yourself. The Wongkok restaurant recommended by the service manager was also very delicious.
The only drawback was that the motel is close to the road, and the sound insulation needs to be improved.

Convenient location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Place was clean and tidy. Really grateful that there was milk, tea, and coffee when we arrived after our long trip and there is a little dairy across the road and mcds/kfc 1 minute from the door.
The place is dated.. but in saying that, we really didn't care because of how lovely and clean the unit was.

It wasn't too far from the hospital
It is very very dated and had a bit of a musty smell. Gardens were pretty messy.

Steven was very accommodating with checking in times and stayed late on occasion when I needed to check in late coming from hospital, he was very sympathetic to my cause.
Thanks Steven, you made an already hard time less stressful!

It was great with 2 rooms
Needs updating. Old bathroom and kitchen
2.0 / 10.0
Woke up to door wide open, even though we has shut and snubbed it locked, so shut it again, but obviously broken as gust wind blew it open. Unacceptable in my eyes for safety.

Close to the university to see my daughter
Extremely over priced at $220 a night. Cold unit with pink mould on bathroom ceiling, black mould around basin. Very dated! All I could get close to the university, will not be staying again and will be telling people the same!
