The room they gave us had some sort of problem and there was a big noisy fan running to dissipate dampness. They were responsive to getting us a different room. I've stayed here before and I like the location and proximity to the city. Nice staff. Nice rooms.
Per the what did I like, they never should have assigned us to a room with a problem, so there was a disconnect in communications from the cleaning/maintenance staff to the front desk. The other thing I don't like, and this has happened before at this hotel: my digital key NEVER works for me! Even after they reset it at the front desk so I won't bother to even try in the future.

I thought the breakfast was GREAT, Enjoyed breakfast each day.
I did not like the fact the TV did not work even after changing it out.

It was already a familiar property
My room was not made by the time of checkin, so I had to request a different room facing the gym next door. The gym parking lot had very strong lights which made it difficult to fall asleep. Then the air conditioner was rattling, which awoke me twice the first night. The lobby coffee had grounds in it and the breakfast was not as good as during the weekend. I had a much better experience when I had stayed over the weekend.

The staff is warm and welcoming and very helpful in accessing local resources. a fun hipster vibe. Very clean and also an easy check in. Nice amenities for doing work online. The bed linens are nice.
The rooms are smallish, but adequate. One more comfortable chair in the room would be welcome.

2nd time visiting, definitely my go to stay for work. Business center, hospitality, and breakfast were awesome.
It was all good.

The staff was incredible! Very friendly and helpful. The small store was a huge bonus, especially if you forgot your contact solution like I did :) lots of fresh fruits, juices and other great little snack to avoid a trip to the store. Beautiful place. Very clean, recently updated, fantastic small touches everywhere.
If I have to find an I didn't like, I would say the towels were scratchy, mattresses firm, and pillows softer than my preference. Would stay again but bring my memory foam pillows :)

Michelle at the front desk deserves a raise for her amazing hospitality. She gave us some great recommendations and was just an overall great person to encounter.
There’s nothing not to like.

The breakfast was above average. The business center was clean and accommodating, I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea that was available 24 hours a day, and the housekeeping was exceptional. The location of the room was perfect for my needs.
Would have loved a pool, however, I am assuming I would not have had time, due to my work schedule. The bed was a bit harder than I am used to, but acceptable.

The breakfast was good. The facility was new and in good shape.
There were no rugs in the room so the snow made the floor wet. We used a towel to dry the floor. The tv signal was weak and very pixelated on most channels we tried to watch. It could have been due to the weather though.

I loved the cleanliness, the gym, the available fruits, coffee and tea in the lobby free of charge all day long. Very thoughtful. Big parking lot. Convenient shopping area nearby.
Breakfast variety. Would have preferred more meats or cheese, they only offered one kind daily which is fine for 1or 2 nights, but I stayed 6.

I liked price and proximity to the Epic campus. Couldnt beat it.
My digital key was slow to register and our physical keys kept getting reset at the end of every day.

The room was clean and well stocked with towels and toilet paper. We loved the amenities in the room with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and dishes. The front desk manager was very accommodating to help us with our reservation trouble. We were very pleased overall.
The breakfast was awful. The eggs were rubbery and had no taste at all. The waffle machine was not the best. The coffee was weak. It was a poor offering.

Check in was easy, room was clean, breakfast is awesome
A week ago I spent the night in the same hotel, booked with booking, checked in and out at the same time.
Last week they had no issues printing me off an itemized receipt to submit for expenses with my work. This time the front desk attendant didn't even try when I asked. She didn't even touch the computer. Just told me I'd have to wait for booking to send it.
